Given the dual robots play a key role for collaborative work. In this paper, an improved method is proposed to find the kinematic positive solution based on its D-H parameters, model the dual SCARA robot in MATLAB environment, and solve the collaborative workspace point cloud map by Monte Carlo method. The proposed method extracts and plots the boundary curves of the collaboration space by improved the α-Shapes algorithm, and obtains the shape of the common region of the collaboration space of the dual SCARA robots and the limit position parameters in the collaboration space. It provides a theoretical basis for the research of path planning, trajectory planning, dynamics analysis, mechanism parameter optimization, self-avoidance, and anti-collision problems of the dual-robot collaborative system. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Landslide displacement prediction is an important and indispensable part of landslide monitoring and warning. The change of the displacement is always considered being related to inducing factors, which are aimed at improving accuracy of the predicted model. However, the seasonal characteristic of the displacement, which has not been carefully analyzed, reveals the law of inducing factors. In order to gain a deeper understanding of characteristics, the Baijiabao landslide is taken as an example. The variational mode decomposition (VMD) method, which can extract effective information well, is introduced to decompose the displacement. Introducing the seasonal parameters, the seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average (SARIMA) model is established to predict the displacement subseries. Finally, accumulative displacement prediction values are obtained by superimposing the predicted subseries. With higher accuracy and lower error, the VMD-SARIMA model proves a better option in application compared with VMD-ARIMA, SARIMA and ARIMA models. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Effective identification of faults or abnormal conditions can help operators make corrective decisions and plan equipment maintenance. Sequence matching and cluster analysis are important methods to distinguish different faults. Most existing sequence matching methods mainly focus on alarm event sequences, which reflect the amplitude change characteristics of process data. However, due to the complexity of the equipment and the coupling between variables, alarm event sequences caused by different faults may still assemble each other in a certain extent, which makes it difficult to distinguish faults based on alarms only. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a sequence similarity analysis method combining both alarm and trend events. A qualitative trend representation method is proposed to extract trend changes as trend events. A feature event fusion method is proposed to generate a hybrid sequence to distinguish different fault sequences. The proposed method is evaluated based on data generated by the Tennessee Eastman process model. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper concerns with the exponential stability of delayed neural networks via Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) method. Initially, an improved augmented delay-product-type LKF containing an additional double integral state is established, which introduces more delayed states and has less conservatism. In the LKF's derivative, the function has high order of delay due to the existence of exponent. Thus, in order to obtain tractable linear matrix inequalities, three state vectors are used to reduce the order of the function to cubic. Secondly, to achieve the negative-definiteness requirement, a negative-determination lemma for cubic functions with less conservatism is employed. Then, a less conservative delay-dependent stability criterion for neural networks with time-varying delays is established. Finally, the validity of the proposed delay-dependent stability criterion is illustrated by two numerical examples. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Large commercial complex projects have the characteristics of large roof area and high electricity price, and the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation has great potential. In this paper, a feasibility evaluation model of distributed photovoltaic power generation in large commercial buildings is established from the aspects of solar energy resources, power generation, economics and environmental benefits. A commercial complex photovoltaic project in Jinan is used as an example. In the case of fully considering the project operating cost and environmental benefits, the feasibility of the project under different power consumption modes is analyzed. The research results show that the economy of large-scale commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in class III solar resource areas such as Jinan is directly related to the power consumption mode. When the "spontaneous self-use" mode is adopted, the economic benefits of the project are good and the feasibility is strong;When the "excess electricity goes into the power grid" mode is adopted, the economic benefits gradually deteriorate with the increase of the proportion into the power grid, but considering the environmental protection benefits of photovoltaic power generation projects, it is still feasible;When the "full the power goes into the power grid" mode is adopted, the economic benefit is poor, and the project is basically not feasible. © 2023, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. This paper investigates the delay-dependent stability of time-delayed load frequency control (LFC) systems with multiple energy structures based on Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technology. Firstly, a multi-area delayed LFC model considering multiple renewable energy structures is established. Then, in order to improve the computation efficiency of stability analysis of large scale LFC systems, a new reconstruction technique for system model is proposed. Next, the improved delay-dependent stability criteria are established based on reconstructed model by using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, case studies are based on two-area LFC systems. Comparing with the criterion based on the original model without reconstruction, the calculation efficiency of proposed stability criteria has been greatly improved with the cost of small accuracy, and the calculation accuracy is better than the previous methods. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Soft robots are usually driven by soft actuators, and the dielectric elastomer actuator (DEA) is recognized as one of the most promising soft actuators. However, the DEA has complex nonlinear char- acteristics, which brings great challenges to its control. So, how to use the appropriate method to control the DEA has become a problem worth pondering. This paper proposes three model-free adaptive control (MFAC) methods to realize the tacking control of the DEA. These meth- ods avoid the complex process of establishing the dynamic model of the DEA, and only need the input and output data to control. Thus, these methods have a strong adaptability and generalization ability. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods, some simulations are imple- mented. More importantly, some actual experiments are implemented to further demonstrate the validity of the methods. The root-mean-square errors (RMSEs) of the simulation results are less than 0.35%, and the RMSEs of the actual experimental results can be maintained at about 6.5%, which fully reflects the excellence of the proposed methods. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2023.

At present, most research on the coverage of multi-agent systems is based on Euclidean distance. This does not consider the existence of obstacles and has great limitations in the application. In this paper, a kind of coverage control problem based on high-order geodesic Voronoi partition is practically investigated. It allows multiple agents to monitor an area with obstacles to achieve the monitoring of the overall environment. As a result, the geodesic distance is introduced as a metric form. Based on the geodesic distance, point-by-point scanning on the layer is taken to achieve high-order Voronoi diagram division. The coverage algorithm can be implemented in a distributed manner through the exchange of location information with each other, and the Lloyd algorithm is added to realize the movement of the sensor toward the optimal position. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Information on the physicochemical properties of chemical species is an important prerequisite when performing tasks such as process design and product ***,the lack of extensive data and high experimental costs hinder the development of prediction techniques for these ***,accuracy and predictive capabilities still limit the scope and applicability of most property estimation *** paper proposes a new Gaussian process-based modeling framework that aims to manage a discrete and high-dimensional input space related to molecular structure representation with the group-contribution approach.A warping function is used to map discrete input into a continuous domain in order to adjust the correlation between different *** selection techniques,including prior elicitation and prior predictive checking,are also applied during the building procedure to provide the model with more information from previous research *** framework is assessed using datasets of varying sizes for 20 pure component *** 18 out of the 20 pure component properties,the new models are found to give improved accuracy and predictive power in comparison with other published models,with and without machine learning.

In the era of big data,there is an urgent need to establish data trading markets for effectively releasing the tremendous value of the drastically explosive *** security and data pricing,however,are still widely regarded as major challenges in this respect,which motivate this research on the novel multi-blockchain based framework for data trading markets and their associated pricing *** this context,data recording and trading are conducted separately within two separate blockchains:the data blockchain(DChain) and the value blockchain(VChain).This enables the establishment of two-layer data trading markets to manage initial data trading in the primary market and subsequent data resales in the secondary ***,pricing mechanisms are then proposed to protect these markets against strategic trading behaviors and balance the payoffs of both suppliers and ***,in regular data trading on VChain-S2D,two auction models are employed according to the demand scale,for dealing with users’ strategic *** incentive-compatible Vickrey-Clarke-Groves(VCG)model is deployed to the low-demand trading scenario,while the nearly incentive-compatible monopolistic price(MP) model is utilized for the high-demand trading *** temporary data trading on VChain-D2S,a reverse auction mechanism namely two-stage obscure selection(TSOS) is designed to regulate both suppliers’ quoting and users’ valuation ***,experiments are carried out to demonstrate the strength of this research in enhancing data security and trading efficiency.
