To make full use of various active management resources in ADN to improve the economic efficiency, a dynamic reconfiguration model of active distribution network considering multiple active management (AM) strategies is proposed in this paper. The AM strategies including the configuration of energy storage system, output power controlling of distributed generation, reactive power compensation with static var compensators and packet capacitor switching, tap adjusting with on-load tap changer, and demand side response management. The model tries to minimize the total costs with respect to various operating constraints. Several linearization techniques are applied to formulate the dynamic reconfiguration problem into a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model, which guarantees global optimal solution and also reduces the computational difficulty significantly. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of the proposed dynamic reconfiguration model is verified on the IEEE 33-node distribution network system.

The real-time state estimation becomes greatly important with the wide application of phasor measurement unit (PMU) in distributed generation (DG) for wide-area measurement systems (WAMS). In view of estimation, particle filter (PF) is capable of providing the best performance but at the cost of heavy computation burden. Besides, the growing grid size sustainably boosts the amount of data communication from PMU, causing the congestion. An event-trigger master-slave nonlinear filter (ET-MSNF) is proposed to guarantee the estimation accuracy and get the communication bandwidth relieved. The local slave filter at the generator node carries out the local estimation and event-trigger strategy using unscented transformation, which is identical to the center slave. The master filter at the center is designed using Monte Carlo method to improve the center's estimation accuracy by the cooperation with the center slave. Such master-slave filtering structure can fully utilize the computation capability both at the center and node. Simulation on the standard IEEE 39-bus system verify the performance of ET-MSNF.

Through the analysis of sintering process and the relationship between sintering thermal state and sinter product rate, this paper determines the key factors influencing the sinter product rate, and proposes a method of sinter product rate forecasting based on T-S fuzzy model. Based on the extraction of the characteristic parameters of the thermal state of sintering process, the input of the model is determined. Then, the antecedent and the consequent parameters of the forecasting model are identified by the fuzzy c-means(FCM) clustering algorithm and the recursive least squares method(RLS). Finally, the T-S fuzzy model for sinter product rate forecasting is obtained. The proposed forecasting method is of value through the analysis of the forecast ing results. The forecasting results are also compared with the support vector machine(SVM) and the back propagation neural network(BPNN) methods. The results show that the proposed T-S fuzzy model can effectively improve the precision of the sinter product rate forecasting.

In this paper, a novel over constrained 2-RRU&RSR parallel manipulator is proposed and analysed. This mechanism is composed of a moving platform and a base, which connected by two identical RRU limbs and one RSR limb. Here, R stand for the revolute, U and S represent universal and spherical joints respectively. Three revolute joints, fixed on the base, are set to be actively actuated. The moving platform of the structure can realize two rotational and one translational freedoms. The design process and kinematic performances are studied in this paper. Firstly, the configuration design and structure characteristics of the mechanism are expounded. Secondly, the number and the properties of degrees of freedom (DOF) of the mechanism are analysed using screw theory. Thirdly, the kinematic problems, including the inverse analyses and the forward position analyses, are solved analytically. Then, the performance of the mechanism, such as reachable workspace, transmission capability, are analysed. Finally, some numerical examples and conclusions of the mechanism are pointed out, and the potential applications of the mechanism are suggested.

This paper investigates a distributed finite-time attitude synchronization and tracking problem of multiple spacecraft when a time varying reference signal is available to only a subset of group members. Modified Rodrigues parameters are used for attitude representation. A two layer sliding mode surface with fast non-singular terminal sliding mode surface (FNTSMS) as the inner layer and terminal sliding mode surface (TSMS) as the outer layer is used to create a full order sliding mode surface. The proposed distributed attitude coordination control law guarantees attitude synchronization and tracking as long as their exists atleast one spacecraft that has a direct access to the virtual leader's time varying attitude. Finite-time stability of the closed loop system is guaranteed by Lyapunov-based stability method. Simulation results are presented to validate the performance of the proposed control strategy.

This paper concerns the stability analysis of discrete Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems with time-varying delays. A suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed, and an extended reciprocally convex matrix inequality is used to estimate the forward difference of the functional. As a result, a less conservative stability criterion is obtained. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the advantage of the proposed method.

The design and implementation of a monitoring system for networked controlsystems (NCSs) are introduced in this paper. The monitoring system is developed in the .NET framework using C# according to the C/S architecture which allows the user to monitor network nodes without geographical limitations. The widgets used to display come from the National Instruments (NI) suit and are integrated in the system by reconstructing it. The user is able to design a monitoring interface freely by creating and customizing widgets dynamically. During the monitoring, the display value of the widget is synchronized with parameters and signals of NCSs through receiving data asynchronously from network notes. In particular, all elements of the matrix widely used in NCSs are supported for monitoring. The functionality and feasibility of the designed monitoring system are demonstrated via a networked control experiment. In addition, the saved data can be used in data driven control and model identification.
