The study primarily delves into addressing the data filtering challenge inherent in the silicon single crystal growth process by proposing a multi-sensor integrated detection approach. This approach is designed to alleviate the diminished filtering accuracy resulting from the reliance on a single sensor and the conventional Kalman filtering algorithm. By utilizing an enhanced adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm and the maximum likelihood estimation criterion to incorporate the innovation variance directly into the gain calculation of the Kalman filter, dynamic adjustment of the estimation model is achieved while interference from system noise and measurement noise is reduced. Finally, simulation-based comparative experiments between the adaptive and conventional Kalman filtering algorithms are performed. The results show that the performance of the adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm is superior to that of the conventional Kalman filtering algorithm in terms of accuracy and stability when detecting signals from multiple sensors. The research findings furnish dependable data support for refining the decision-making process in crystal growth technology, augmenting the precision and scientific integrity of crystal safety production scheduling and decision-making endeavors.

Due to difficulties in observing crystal state and the high cost of crystal preparation, the teaching of the Czochralski single crystal silicon production is complex. To solve the above problem, a digital twins-inspired virtual simulation system for the growth of single crystal silicon was developed. The 3D models of the single crystal furnace, single crystal silicon rods, and other related objects were created using Blender. The nonlinear model of the single crystal silicon growth process was established based on the heat conduction during crystal growth and geometric deformation. The 3D models were then imported into the web page using ***. The PID control algorithm was used to control the temperature and pulling speed, and finally, the B/S architecture was adopted to design and implement the virtual simulation experiment system for the growth of Czochralski single crystal silicon. The virtual simulation method will help to overcome the shortcomings of on-site experiment teaching and enhance students’ understanding of the entire single crystal silicon preparation process.

Fatigue driving is a common potential traffic safety hazard. To detect and analysis the driver Fatigue degree in real-time, more attention have been increasing paid to application research of EEG fatigue detection device. However, existing methods suffer from complex model structure or large-scale model parameters. In the other words, they requires high computational consumption and large memory footprint, which creates a contradiction between model and portable EEG machine with limited hardware resources. In this work, we take both time and frequency domains of EEG signal into account and design an lightweight and efficient driver fatigue detection network based on GCN (EEG-GNet), which is available edge-end device application. Experiments on 4th Raspberry Pi on a public baseline dataset show that our EEG-GNet outperforms the state-of-the-art methods and takes good tradeoff between detection accuracy and resource consumption. Our EEG-GNet provides a new potential opportunity for future applications in practical portable/wearable (P/W) devices. © 2024 IEEE.

UNet and its variants have widespread applications in medical image segmentation. However, the substantial number of parameters and computational complexity of these models make them less suitable for use in clinical settings with limited computational resources. To address this limitation, we propose a novel Lightweight Shift U-Net (LSU-Net). We integrate the Light Conv Block and the Tokenized Shift Block in a lightweight manner, combining them with a dynamic weight multi-loss design for efficient dynamic weight allocation. The Light Conv Block effectively captures features with a low parameter count by combining standard convolutions with depthwise separable convolutions. The Tokenized Shift Block optimizes feature representation by shifting and capturing deep features through a combination of the Spatial Shift Block and depthwise separable convolutions. Dynamic adjustment of the loss weights at each layer approaches the optimal solution and enhances training stability. We validated LSU-Net on the UWMGI and MSD Colon datasets, and experimental results demonstrate that LSU-Net outperforms most state-of-the-art segmentation architectures. Andrew's Sine Estimator (ASE) has recently been used to invent adaptive filtering, which can combat more kind of noises than conventional estimators. Inspired by the LMS and its sparse forms, normalization and proportionate ASE algorithms with Lawson constraints are constructed with the respective given names of Lawson normalization ASE (LNASE) and Lawson proportionate NASE (LPNASE). Simulations are performed to analyze the performance of these algorithms under impulsive noise. © 2022 IEEE.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, AI technology has been widely applied in various industries, including education. In English teaching, AI technology provides teachers with objective and instructive feedback, offers students a more personalized learning experience, helping them improve their English language skills, etc., and brings new development opportunities and challenges to English teaching as well. However, there are still some problems that need to be solved in college English teaching in our university. For this reason, based on the application of AI technology in college English teaching, this paper mainly explores the impact and application countermeasures of AI on college English teaching from the following four aspects: individuals with differences, teaching management, classroom teaching and teaching evaluation. In addition, the profound integration of college English education and AI will foster the advancement and transformation of college English instruction, ultimately serving as a catalyst for its reform. © 2023 ACM.
