Restricted by their energy storage mechanism,current energy storage devices have certain drawbacks,such as low power density for batteries and low energy density for ***,the nearest ion capacitors,such as lithium-ion and sodium-ion capacitors containing battery-type and capacitor-type electrodes,may allow achieving both high energy and power *** the inspiration,a new zinc-ion capacitor(ZIC)has been designed and realized by assembling the free-standing manganese dioxide-carbon nanotubes(MnO2-CNTs)battery-type cathode and MXene(Ti3C2Tx)capacitortype anode in an aqueous *** ZIC can avoid the insecurity issues that frequently occurred in lithium-ion and sodium-ion capacitors in organic *** expected,the ZIC in an aqueous liquid electrolyte exhibits excellent electrochemical performance(based on the total weight of cathode and anode),such as a high specific capacitance of 115.1 F g?1(1 mV s?1),high energy density of 98.6 Wh kg?1(77.5 W kg?1),high power density of 2480.6 W kg?1(29.7 Wh kg?1),and high capacitance retention of^83.6%of its initial capacitance(15,000 cycles).Even in an aqueous gel electrolyte,the ZIC also exhibits excellent *** work provides an essential strategy for designing next-generation high-performance energy storage devices.

Aiming at the problem that the correlation coefficient method cannot judge the deformation of the transformer winding when the measured frequency response curve is the same as the reference frequency response curve(frequency response analysis,FRA) and the amplitude is different, this paper proposed a new transformer winding diagnosis method based on signal *** method can accurately determine whether the winding is deformed according to the mutual distance value [0, 1] by calculating the mutual distance between the measured frequency response curve and the reference frequency response *** the simulation experiment and the national standard judgment criterion, the criteria for judging the deformation of the winding by mutual distance were *** simulation results show that the method is sensitive, reliable and universal.

Compared with traditional machine learning, intrusion detection based on deep learning has the advantage of feature extraction. Auto-encoders, owing to having good feature extraction and dimensionality reduction ability, are known for the superior performance. However, the network structure selection is time-consuming and laborious. The essential features cannot be automatically extracted according to different distribution characteristics of the data set. Moreover, the existing data pre-processing method fails to adapt the model better. Based on the stack sparse auto-encoders(SSAE), we propose a new intrusion detection model named DBSO-SSAE. The algorithm is based on difference brain storm optimization(DBSO) which automatically adapts to selection network framework. Meanwhile, a new normalization strategy is introduced to further improve the accuracy of the model. The simulation results show that DBSO-SSAE greatly reduces the complexity of manual tuning and increases the adaptability of the network model.

Facial expression recognition is the key research direction in many fields such as machine vision, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence. lt has become a research hotspot of many scholars and experts. This paper gives a comprehensive overview of deep expression recognition from image preprocessing, common expression recognition networks, and common expression databases. Then we review the current design and training strategies of deep neural networks based on static images and dynamic images, and discuss their advantages and limitations. Finally, the future challenges and corresponding opportunities in the field are analyzed, as well as the future direction of deep learning expression recognition systems.

This paper mainly focuses on the literary genre of ancient poetry with a certain rhythm and cadence, and proposes a novel automatic generation model of ancient poetry. The model uses about 300,000 Tang poems and Song poems as training data, uses One-hot encoding to process data, and uses long short-term memory networks (LSTMs) to learn the semantics of ancient poetry texts and conduct research across a single RNN structure. According to the user's requirements, the model can automatically calculate the most relevant coherent words in the context of the selected context, and generate common ancient poetry and specified words. The method of BLEU automatic evaluation and manual evaluation finally demonstrates the effectiveness of the experiment.

The paper deals with two nonlinear elliptic equations with (p, q)-Laplacian and the Dirichlet-Neumann-Dirichlet (DND) boundary conditions, and Dirichlet-Neumann-Neumann (DNN) boundary conditions, respectively. Under mild hypotheses, we prove the unique weak solvability of the elliptic mixed boundary value problems. Then, a comparison and a monotonicity results for the solutions of elliptic mixed boundary value problems are established. We examine a convergence result which shows that the solution of (DND) can be approached by the solution of (DNN). Moreover, two optimal control problems governed by (DND) and (DNN), respectively, are considered, and an existence result for optimal control problems is obtained. As the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) system work environment is a high-temperature environment for a long time, it is difficult to obtain the SOFC stack internal state change directly. When the fault occurs, it is difficult to determine where the fault occurs. Moreover, the existing literature ignores the impact of faults, which creates many problems for SOFC system control. Therefore, a state observer-based fault detection method, which is used to detect the input flow sensor fault and the fuel input fault, is proposed. Their advantage is that they do not need data processing. To realize the fault detection, the observer is used to track the changes of SOFC stack chamber temperature. To obtain the observer estimation parameter, an approach from the actual stack structure parameters is employed to approximate the observer parameters. The results show the proposed fault detect method can judge fuel input fault type quickly and shield the disturbances signals from the sensor effectively. In recent years, scene text recognition has received much attention, and has a wealth of application scenarios, such as: photo translation, image retrieval, scene understanding and so on. However, the text in the scene is also faced with many problems, such as: light changes, deformation text, text string recognition under background noise interference, text skew and degree of curvature, and a large number of artistic fonts. Solving the above problems will always be a challenging thing. This paper reviews some recent work on text detection, text recognition and end-to-end text detection and recognition, and finally looks forward to the future development direction.

With the development of information technology, many colleges and universities have established student information management system. The long-term operation of the student information management system will generate big data for colleges and universities. Moreover, there exists valuable information in the huge amount of data. Hence, it is necessary to use the data mining method to mine the massive data and get some valuable reference information so as to improve the teaching and management of students. In this paper, the Apriori algorithm is used to mine association rules of 34 courses of 100 students majoring in computer science and technology, so as to find out the correlation between courses and the factors that lead to the high or low grades of courses. R is used to conduct the experiment to discover the association rules, and the association rules are analyzed and discussed. The results of data mining on students' achievements in this work are expected to provide a reference for improving the teaching quality of computer science and technology courses.

To realize the commercialization of SOFC, it must be ensured that it can work efficiently and stably. SOFC fault diagnosis becomes an essential part of the research. Due to the strong coupling of faults in the stack, this paper uses neural network algorithm to detect and diagnose faults. The simulation results verify that through the diagnosis of the test sample, the recognition rate of the test sample by the network is found to be 95%, which explains the neural network fault diagnosis model established in this paper on identifying the normal working state of the stack, the electrode stacking of the stack, and the gas leakage fault of the stack has good effectiveness and accuracy.
