With the rapid development of computation and communication technologies, the traditional vehicle ad hoc networks (VANETs) are changing to Internet of vehicle (IoV). Vehicular announcement networks in IoV have been widely used in the communication of vehicles. Generally, we need to solve two problems while establishing a vehicular announcement system. First, we need to protect user's privacy when broadcasting the message. Second, participants usually lack the enthusiasm to reply to the announcement. To solve these two problems, we propose a novel blockchain-based incentive announcement system that not only allows participants to anonymously announce their message on the blockchain in a non-trusted environment, but also motivates witnesses to respond to the request of the traffic information with incentive mechanism. Meanwhile, traffic messages and signatures in our system are tamper-resistant, which are recorded on the blockchain. According to the security and performance analysis, it shows that our system is privacy-preserving and efficient in computation cost.

We propose two simple and effective spiking neuron models to improve the response time of the conventional spiking neural network. The proposed neuron models adaptively tune the presynaptic input current depending on the input received from its presynapses and subsequent neuron firing events. We analyze and derive the firing activity homeostatic convergence of the proposed models. We experimentally verify and compare the models on MNIST handwritten digits and FashionMNIST classification tasks. We show that the proposed neuron models significantly increase the response speed to the input signal. Experiment codes are available at https://***/anvien/Evol-SNN. © 2019, CC0.

Massive Open Online Course(MOOC) is a new teaching mode appeared in recent years and its emergence has constituted some challenge to the traditional teaching. However, MOOCs teaching mode has both advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, both the merits and the demerits of MOOC education are analyzed. We point out that the MOOC education mode and the traditional face-to-face classroom instruction should be combined together so as to improve the teaching effectiveness in modern education. Finally, how to blend the MOOC mode and the traditional classroom teaching and further utilize the network platform to improve the teaching efficiency in several learning phases are examined.

In order to better monitor and manage the signal transmission in the communication system and base station, and carrier detection is more effective. This paper designs a carrier(Carrier frequency) detection system based on FPGA, including system design requirements, FPGA selection, system framework design, carrier detection method design and so on. The performance indexes of the system are tested, such as carrier frequency range, carrier search time, carrier detection number and CPU consumption rate. The system has the advantages of high flexibility and good portability, and has a good application prospect in communication system, base station and other equipment.

With the increasingly large-scale interconnection of power system, the object of this paper was to analyze the fragility of the fault of IEEE14 nodes based on the mixed entropy *** mixed entropy approach was adopted to quantify the fragile links in the system, which is made up by the flow entropy and the risk entropy. The simulation experiments involved in the study were implemented in the MATPOWER toolbox of the MATLAB platform. The results obtained in this study include that the flow entropy is the key factor on unbalanced distribution of power grid, furthermore the safety of the whole power grid can be achieved a quantitative assessment by the risk entropy. The simulation experiments of IEEE-14 node involved in the study were implemented in the MATPOWER toolbox of the MATLAB platform. The results were presented in the form of data and histograms. The impacts of the obtained results are that the transfer entropy is modified by distribution entropy of power flow. the findings of this study may do good to the power network vulnerability analysis with large nodes. © 2018 Lavoisier.

To address modeling problems of brain-inspired intelligence, this thesis is focused on researching in the semantic-oriented framework design for multimedia and multimodal information. The Multimedia Neural Cognitive Computing (MNCC) model was designed based on the nervous mechanism and cognitive architecture. Furthermore, the semantic-oriented hierarchical Cross-modal Neural Cognitive Computing (CNCC) framework was proposed based on MNCC model, and formal description and analysis for CNCC framework was given. It would effectively improve the performance of semantic processing for multimedia and cross-modal information, and has far-reaching significance for exploration and realization brain-inspired computing. Transition from conventional to digital pathology requires a new category of biomedical informatic infrastructure which could facilitate delicate pathological routine. Pathological diagnoses are sensitive to many external factors and is known to be subjective. Only systems that can meet strict requirements in pathology would be able to run along pathological routines and eventually digitized the area, and the developed platform should comply with existing pathological routines and international standards. Currently, there are a number of available software tools which can perform histopathological tasks including virtual slide viewing, annotating, and basic image analysis, however, none of them can serve as a digital platform for pathology. Here we describe OpenHI2, an enhanced version Open Histopathological Image platform which is capable of supporting all basic pathological tasks and file formats;ready to be deployed in medical institutions on a standard server environment or cloud computing infrastructure. In this paper, we also describe the development decisions for the platform and propose solutions to overcome technical challenges including responsive region retrieval and viewing, virtual slide magnification, recording of diagnostic areas. These factors would promote OpenHI2 be used as a platform for histopathological images in real-world clinical settings. Furthermore, in research, OpenHI2 inherited the annotation functionality from the previous version, thus acquired annotations can be directly utilized by the newly added machine learning module which include popular machine learning models to perform tasks such as histology image classification and segmentation in the same environment. Efficient and accurate classification of high-resolution scene remains a challenge of within-class diversity and between-class similarity due to rich image variations in viewpoint, object pose, spatial resolution and background. To address these issues, we propose a multi-branch convolutional neural network (MB-CNN), which focuses on tackling the problem of learning the appropriate representation of a high-resolution scene that is rich enough to discriminate between different semantic classes. First, pyramid scene parsing network (PSPNet) with minor modification is introduced to gather global object information. Then, an attention net is proposed to highlight transformation invariance and key regions for attention feature extraction. Finally, above two branches are fused with original input branch to learn consistently semantic class information and generate powerful predictions. Our approach achieves better performance favorably against state-of-the-arts on two publicly available scene datasets.
