An extensive amount of research applications on traffic flow prediction models taking into account spatio-temporal modeling have been undertaken in recent years. Relative to traditional spatio-temporal modeling approaches, good application results have been achieved in predicting traffic flow. However, in real life, traffic flow proves to be time- and space-dependent, which poses difficulties for accurate modeling of traffic flow prediction. To address these problems, we propose the ST-GNN-GRU model, which mainly contains S-GNN and T-GRU modules. The model uses a combination of spatio-temporal modeling and deep learning, which can not only cope with the spatio-temporal modeling problem, but also improve the traffic flow prediction accuracy. The experiments are conducted using the METR-LA dataset, and the outcomes show that the proposed method performs more effectively than other baseline approaches. © 2022 IEEE.

In the field of biometric identification, fingerprints, as one of the most unique and persistent biometric features, are widely used for identification. With the popularity of fingerprint recognition in society, how to quickly retrieval fingerprints is a challenging task in large-scale databases. In order to ensure the accuracy of fingerprints retrieval , we propose a new retrieval model based on minutia features. We introduce fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm and Dijkstra *** C-means clustering is used to extract the detail point features in the fingerprint, Dijkstra algorithm to solve the shortest path of the minutia *** number of features and the shortest path distance are compared to determine whether the fingerprints are the same. In this way, our method can achieve fast retrieval. In addition, we conducted extensive experiments on a large-scale datasets and tested the correctness of the experiments by different filtering levels to demonstrate the superiority of our method for fingerprint retrieval.

Due to the continuous growth in steel market demand and the shift towards small batches and multiple varieties, efficient storage management has become a key factor in increasing the profitability of logistics parks. However, the current storage methods, due to the unreasonable allocation of stack positions, still result in energy waste during the dispatch phase and the need for trucks to pick up goods across multiple yards. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a comprehensive optimization scheme to reduce truck transfers and energy consumption in steel product dispatch. First, we constructed an optimization problem model that integrates the spatial layout of the logistics park and order data, aiming to maximize the correlation between steel products within the same yard and reduce the total energy consumption during the dispatch phase. Subsequently, a new algorithm called Enhanced Greedy and Tabu-Assisted Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (EGTA-ALNS) is introduced. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms existing ones in terms of solving speed and scale. It effectively optimizes energy consumption during steel dispatch and reduces the number of truck transfers. © 2024 IEEE.

Steel plate is a highly customized product, and steel plates from the same order may be stored in different stacks. However, during the outbound process, the steel plates of the next order can only be dispatched from the warehouse once all plates from the preceding order have been fully completed. In this case, the outbound scheduling of steel plates is a challenging problem since its efficiency and complexity are affected by the shuffling of steel plates. In order to address the challenge, this paper formulates the steel plate outbound scheduling as a dynamic programming model with the aim of minimizing the crane operation time. To solve the problem, an decision tree-based backtracking search algorithm (DTBSA) is developed, in which the search tree is pruned through lower bound functions and dominance rules, so as to reduce the search range of the solution space. Experimental results prove that the proposed method can obtain optimal scheduling results within a reasonable time range. © 2024 IEEE.

As a unique local dialect, Waxiang dialect carries rich regional culture and historical information. However, with the acceleration of modernization and the increase of population mobility, the inheritance and protection of Waxiang dialect are facing severe challenges. By constructing the ‘Xuewatong’ APP- Waxiang dialect digital protection platform, based on cloud storage technology, digital resource display, multimedia integration and other technologies, and providing learning resources through big data analysis of user needs, it can effectively promote the digital recording and preservation of Waxiang dialect language resources, and significantly improve the dissemination and educational effect of Waxiang dialect culture, showing the great potential of digital technology in dialect protection.

Deep convolutional neural networks have been widely used in scene classification of remotely sensed images. In this work, we propose a robust learning method for the task that is secure against partially incorrect categorization of images. Specifically, we remove and correct errors in the labels progressively by iterative multi-view voting and entropy ranking. At each time step, we first divide the training data into disjoint parts for separate training and voting. The unanimity in the voting reveals the correctness of the labels, so that we can train a strong model with only the images with unanimous votes. In addition, we adopt entropy as an effective measure for prediction uncertainty, in order to partially recover labeling errors by ranking and selection. We empirically demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method on the WHU-RS19 dataset and the AID dataset. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

UNet and its variants have widespread applications in medical image segmentation. However, the substantial number of parameters and computational complexity of these models make them less suitable for use in clinical settings with limited computational resources. To address this limitation, we propose a novel Lightweight Shift U-Net (LSU-Net). We integrate the Light Conv Block and the Tokenized Shift Block in a lightweight manner, combining them with a dynamic weight multi-loss design for efficient dynamic weight allocation. The Light Conv Block effectively captures features with a low parameter count by combining standard convolutions with depthwise separable convolutions. The Tokenized Shift Block optimizes feature representation by shifting and capturing deep features through a combination of the Spatial Shift Block and depthwise separable convolutions. Dynamic adjustment of the loss weights at each layer approaches the optimal solution and enhances training stability. We validated LSU-Net on the UWMGI and MSD Colon datasets, and experimental results demonstrate that LSU-Net outperforms most state-of-the-art segmentation architectures.

Simple molecular graphs or molecular line notations are insufficient for molecular representation learning models that automatically learn molecule representations to acquire deep semantic features about chemistry. Therefore, we proposed the Morgan Fingerprint Graph, a novel molecular graph model constructed with the nodes of the Morgan Fingerprint Identifier, whose nodes incorporate various properties of the atom neighborhood. Based on our Morgan Fingerprint Graph, we trained a BERT-based molecular representation model MFGB which employs a local rather than global attention module to adapt the model to the Morgan Fingerprint Graph. The attention module of MFGB regulates the exchange of information in the attention layer based on the connection information of the atoms in the molecules. To verify the effectiveness of MFGB, we selected several mainstream datasets for evaluation. The results demonstrated that our method improve the performance of molecular properties prediction. In addition, we analyzed MFGB from both the over-smoothing and the attention perspectives. The analysis indicates that the node vector representations learned from the Morgan Fingerprint Graph are generally less smoothing, and the attention distributions of MFGB match the partial charge density distribution of the molecules. © 2023 IEEE.

Panoramic image plays an extremely important role in the application of 3D, but in some special scenarios, the depth information is also needed as an auxiliary, but to obtain the panoramic depth information needs a high cost, it is extremely difficult to obtain. Therefore, this paper proposes a panoramic depth estimation method called PDEGAN (Panoramic Depth Estimation Generative Adversarial Network). This method first enhances the style migration, transfers the input panoramic image to a style closer to the panoramic depth image domain, and then combines the conversion results with the original panoramic image as the input data for further depth estimation training. By using the style closer to the depth estimation, the texture, color and other characteristics of the image can be adjusted, so as to better highlight the depth information of the object in the image, so that the generator network is more focused on performing the image translation task, reduce the impact of style differences on the image translation task, and improve the generalization ability of the model. At the same time, the model will also use multi-scale feature fusion, combined with the attention mechanism, to better capture the depth information of different scales, viewing angles and channels. Not only that, but also by introducing depth gradient loss, surface normal loss to improve the accuracy and stability of depth estimation. To this end, we also made a set of related datasets for the related experiments of PDEGAN, and named it PDE Images. Finally, it is shown that the method proposed in this paper has more accurate estimation results than the traditional Pix2Pix image conversion model. © 2024, Taiwan Ubiquitous information CO LTD. Service computing techniques have achieved remarkable results in solving the cohesiveness problem of Web applications and are therefore introduced into the IoT do-main to break the trend of inlining IoT systems. However, compared with the traditional Internet, IoT has richer elements and semantic connotations, so the existing service description framework needs to be improved and extended. In this paper, we propose an ontology description framework for IoT services, design corresponding inference rules, and give a storage method for IoT services by integrating the knowledge graph technology for the strongly associated characteristics of IoT services. On this basis, an algorithm for combining IoT services based on graph planning is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method in this paper can provide richer entity semantics and ef-fectively improve the efficiency and success rate of IoT service composition. © The Authors.
