image fusion seeks to seamlessly integrate foreground objects with background scenes, producing realistic and harmonious fused images. Unlike existing methods that directly insert objects into the background, adaptive and interactive fusion remains a challenging yet appealing task. It requires the foreground to adjust or interact with the background context, enabling more coherent integration. To address this, we propose an iterative human-in-the-loop data generation pipeline, which leverages limited initial data with diverse textual prompts to generate fusion datasets across various scenarios and interactions, including placement, holding, wearing, and style transfer. Building on this, we introduce DreamFuse, a novel approach based on the Diffusion Transformer (DiT) model, to generate consistent and harmonious fused images with both foreground and background information. DreamFuse employs a Positional Affine mechanism to inject the size and position of the foreground into the background, enabling effective foreground-background interaction through shared attention. Furthermore, we apply Localized Direct Preference Optimization guided by human feedback to refine DreamFuse, enhancing background consistency and foreground harmony. DreamFuse achieves harmonious fusion while generalizing to text-driven attribute editing of the fused results. The recurrent neural network model based on attention mechanism has achieved good results in the text summarization generation task, but such models have problems such as insufficient parallelism and exposure bias. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a two-stage Chinese text summarization generation method based on Transformer and temporal convolutional network. The first stage uses a summary generation model that fuses Transformer and a temporal convolutional network, and generates multiple candidate summaries through beam search at the decoding end. In the second stage, contrastive learning is introduced, and the candidate summaries are sorted and scored using the Roberta model to select the final summary. Through experiments on the Chinese short text summarization dataset LCSTS, ROUGE was used as the evaluation method to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method on Chinese text summarization. © 2023 SPIE.

A new talent training mode of collaboration between industry and education was proposed, which aims to reduce the gaps of talent definition between enterprise demand and college education. We formulates scenario as a text matching task of similarity between courses details and job position information, developed a ERNIE+DPCNN based model for the task. The model has been benchmarked on LCQMC dataset, the results show that it achieves the art-of state performance of Acc 0.8809, Recall 0.8745, and FX score 0.8739, We conducted many experiments about the text similarity calculation between domains of industry and educations. The experiment results show our approach has much potential to optimize the curriculum system while applying in this field. © 2022 IEEE

Diffusion MRI (dMRI) is widely used for the detection and diagnosis of various pathologies due to its non-invasive nature. However, its signal acquisition process is relatively slow and susceptible to motions. In order to accelerate reconstruction process, many deep learning-based methods have been developed in recent years to achieve promising results, while most of them are supervised based methods and require fully sampled data which are difficult to obtain in practical applications to train the network. Self-supervised based methods were proposed to deal with this problem to a certain extent, however, they are devoted only to conventional MRI data, ignoring the correlation between the directions of dMRI data. To address this issue, we propose a self-supervised fast reconstruction method for dMRI based on multi-directional assistance. The method better utilizes the information between dMRI data directions by Partition-Replace operation, cleverly constructing data pairs and designing effective self-supervised strategy for bi-directional prediction, which can overcome the problem of data incompleteness and guide the model to reconstruct unsampled signals in spite of the difficulty of acquiring fully sampled data. Experimental results show that our method achieves better reconstruction in the absence of fully sampled data, even with an 8-fold acceleration factor. © 2024 IEEE.

Variational Autoencoder (VAE) is now popular in modeling and language generation tasks, which need to pay attention to the diversity of generation results. The existing models are insufficient in capturing the built-in relationships between topic representation and sequential words. At the same time, there is a massive contradiction between the commonly used simple Gaussian prior and the actual complex distribution of languages. To address the above problems, we introduce a hybrid Wasserstein Autoencoder (WAE) with Topic Embedded Representation (TER) for modeling. TER is obtained through an embedding-based topic model and can capture the dependencies and semantic similarities between topics and words. In this case, the learned latent variable has rich semantic knowledge with the help of TER and is easier to explain and control. Our experiments show that our method is competitive with other VAEs in modeling. © 2022 IEEE.

With the development of artificial intelligence, pulse diagnosis has been standardized and objectified. However, there is a lack of research on the extraction and dimensionality reduction of hypertensive pulse features. We propose two effective features for distinguishing pulses of disease samples and a fusion dimensionality reduction method that combines linear and nonlinear dimensionality reduction. The results show that the proposed features and dimensionality reduction method make the classification accuracy of hypertension pulse feature reach 94.23%, and the training time of the classifier is reduced by 47 seconds, which improves the performance in terms of both accuracy and time. © 2022 ACM.

In this paper, a rectangular microwave filter with rectangular groove is designed. The filter adopts symmetrical three-stage structure. The first section is the slot line waveguide section to realize the input / output of microwave signal, the second section is the transition section, which adopts the impedance gradient structure, and the third section is the sspps section composed of periodic symmetrical rectangular groove and 90 degree bending structure. By adjusting the geometric size of the rectangular groove and its air gap, the passband width and stopband characteristics of the filter can be adjusted, and its microwave sub wavelength binding effect can be further improved, making the anti space electromagnetic interference ability of sspps filter more excellent. The filter can be applied to L ?s Band civil microwave communication system. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper introduces a broadband microwave bandpass filter. The structure of the filter is a filter cavity formed by two balanced dielectric sheets. On the two dielectric sheets, the relative face of the microwave input end and the microwave output end is symmetrically provided with a guided wave surface, the middle face is symmetrically provided with a filter groove surface for filtering, and the surface of an exponential curve structure is arranged along the microwave transmission direction, A plurality of arc-shaped filter grooves are arranged on the opposite surface of the dielectric sheet perpendicular to the microwave transmission direction. This special structure is analyzed and calculated by the finite difference time domain method. The results show that the filter can fully improve the subwavelength binding effect in microwave band and make the anti electromagnetic interference ability of the filter better. © VDE VERLAG GMBH ∙ Berlin ∙ Offenbach.

Accurate brain tumor segmentation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images requires the integration of multimodal data in effective collaborative learning. However, clinical scenarios often face missing modalities, significantly impacting segmentation performance. In this paper, we propose the penta-encoder with medical transformer (Penta-MedTrans) for incomplete multimodal learning, which consists of four main components: a modality-specific encoder (MSE), a modality-dynamic encoder (MDE), a multimodal fusion module (MMFM) and a convolutional decoder. The MSE extracts unique features for each modality, while the MDE captures inter-modal semantics to address missing modalities. The MMFM establishes and aligns long-range correlations between modal-invariant features and global semantics of tumor regions. The convolutional decoder generates robust segmentation results by progressively upsampling and fusing modality-invariant features. We extensively validated our method on the BraTS 2020 and BraTS 2021 datasets for brain tumor segmentation. Results showed that our method outperforms SOTA for incomplete multimodal brain tumor segmentation across most subsets. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper introduces a microwave filter with pentagram grooves, which belongs to an artificial surface plasmon (SSPPs) type microwave bandpass *** filter adopts a two-stage structure. The first section is a slot-line waveguide section, and one side of this section adopts an exponential curve structure to prevent sudden changes in electromagnetic impedance and achieve a good connection with the second *** second segment is the SSPPs segment, which adopts a novel mirror-symmetric pentagram-shaped groove air gap structure. By adjusting the geometric size of the pentagram-shaped groove, the microwave subwavelength confinement effect can be further improved,making the SSPPs filter more excellent in pass-band characteristics and anti-space electromagnetic *** filter can be applied to the civil microwave communication system of L~1/4S band. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
