An improved incremental Naïve Bayesian for sentiment classification

Web review mining and sentiment analysis can help customers effectively. Currently the existing methods are mainly divided into supervised and unsupervised. This paper adopted supervised method and proposed an improved incremental Naïve Bayesian (Named T-INB) for Sentiment Classification. In order to decrease the effect of noise data in traditional incremental Bayesian, a threshold is introduced and it can control the order in which data is added to the original training dataset. Experimental results on a movie review data set show our approach is feasible and effective. © 2013 ICIC International.

The k-means algorithm is known to be a fast clustering algorithm. However, it is sensitive to initial cluster centers and the number K must be pre-set. To solve the problem, the k-means algorithm based on Max-Min distance algorithm has been introduced, but it cannot handle noise data. In this paper, we present the improved Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean (UPGMA) algorithm with Max-Min distance method (IU-M) k-means algorithm, data sampling and the improved UPGMA algorithm are used before the Max-Min distance algorithm to get favorable initial cluster centers, and the number K can be determined intelligently. Comparative experiments are done on three benchmark datasets. The results demonstrate that the IU-M k-means algorithm is efficient and effective. © 2013 ICIC International.

Dynamic programming(DP) is not a useful tool for solving many control problems because of its complexity in computation. In this paper,we propose Approximate Dynamic Programming(ADP) optimal control strategy for ship course trajectory tracking control *** system transformation,we convert the optimal tracking problem into designing a infinite-horizon optimal regulator for the tracking error ***-dependent Heuristic Dynamic programming(ADHDP) technique,as one form of ADR is presented to obtain the infinite-horizon optimal tracking *** the ship course optimal tracking control simulation results,we can see that the ADHDP controller makes the performance index and the control sequence for the error dynamics converge to the optimal *** BP neural networks are used as parametric structures to implement ADHDP *** two neural networks aim at approximating the cost function and the control law,respectively.

In continuum one-dimensional space, a coupled directed continuous time random walk model is proposed, where the random walker jumps toward one direction and the waiting time between jumps affects the subsequent jump. In the proposed model, the Laplace-Laplace transform of the probability density function P (x, t) of finding the walker at position x at time t is completely determined by the Laplace transform of the probability density function (t) of the waiting time. In terms of the probability density function of the waiting time in the Laplace domain, the limit distribution of the random process and the corresponding evolving equations are derived. © 2014 Long Shi et al.

Web service composition is one of the fundamental technologies in implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based applications. Description Logic based Web service composition can easily express the static knowledge, however it is lack the dynamic knowledge support. Dynamic Description Logic extends from Description Logic and it can represent both static and dynamic knowledge. In this paper, we propose a Web service composition method base on AI planning which introduce the action dimension to the Web service composition. Finally, we give a simple example to show the algorithm's validity. © 2013 IEEE.

A multi-feature bio-inspired model for scene image classification (MFBIM) is presented in this work;it extends the hierarchical feedforward model of the visual cortex. Firstly, each of three paths of classification uses each image property (i.e. shape, edge or color based features) independently. Then, BPNN assigns the category of an image based on the previous outputs. Experiments show that the model boosts the classification accuracy over the shape based model. Meanwhile, the proposed approach achieves a high accuracy comparable to other reported methods on publicly available color image dataset. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In this paper, we propose a text classification approach based on Ontology and Structure Weight Strategy as the Multi-label Classification for Chinese science papers. Considering the special structure of Chinese Science Paper Online, we transformed the title, abstract, key words, and the text of the paper into four parts that are title, abstract, key words, general feature words and assign a different weight to each part. We adopt ontology to abstract the feature of papers in classifying science papers. Experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithm for Chinese science paper classification, and it can improve the average precision in multi-label classification. © 2013 ICIC International.

Performance analysis of irregular non-binary LDPC coded modulation over atmospheric turbulence channel

Irregular non-binary LDPC codes have better error performance than binary ones. A channel model is established for atmospheric transmission channels under turbulence, and irregular non-binary LDPC coding and modulation systems are built based on this. Then, a stimulation platform is built and the LOG-FFT-BP algorithm is applied in hardware implementation of irregular non-binary LDPC coding. The results show that compared with binary LDPC codes, with the increase of the signal to noise ratio, the system bit error rate of non-binary ones is declined sharply and the performance is obviously improved. © 2013 by CESER Publications.

Failure modes and stability of rock mass slope containing multi-weak interlayer

The phenomena of rock mass slope with multi-weak interlayer can be found in real engineering frequently. It is worthy to study the influence of multi-weak interlayer on failure of rock mass slope. Based on the shear strength reduction finite element method stability and failure surface of rock mass slope with different parameters had been studied, the failure mechanism of rock mass slope containing multi-weak interlayer has been analyzed. It can be found that the stability of consequent rock slope decreased first and increased later with increasing of rock stratum inclination which got its minimal value at 30° of rock stratum inclination. The stability of anti-dip rock slope fluctuated with increasing of rock stratum inclination which got its maximal value at 135° of rock stratum inclination. Whether consequent rock slope or anti-dip rock slope, the stability of slope decreased witii angle of slope increased. Although the stability of rock slope reduced or weakened by multi-weak interlayer, the failure and stability is controlled by parameters of rock mass mostly. © 2013 Asian Network for Scientific information.

Raisins grade identification in China still relies on photoelectric sorting and manual separation, also, the function of management system for the production, processing, and sales of raisin is traditional and simple. This study presents a processing method on the basis of the Neural Network (NN) and image manipulation. Calculating the length of the long-short-axis, marking the location of it and calculated the 7 parameters, chroma, length, width and etc, and using boundary tracking algorithm, A BP NN was to build and identify the level of raisins through analysis of the external characteristics of raisins. The result of experiment indicates that average recognition rate is higher than 92%. This study took regional economy statistics of Pan Zhihua as an example, designed an system based on regional economy statistic and achieves the analytic function of regional economic statistics by utilizing distributed SAS /GIS to release the data, provide browsing, searching and analytic function of the space data for the users and accomplish data share. Therefore, the method has a great practical value, which can be applied to other. © Maxwell Scientific Organization, 2013.
