The security of data generated by vehicles during operation is critically important, especially as the number of intelligent and connected vehicle users continues to rise, leading to the rapid increase of automobile communication data. In response, researchers have employed GAN s to address data security challenges within this domain, achieving significant outcomes. This paper primarily focuses on personal information identification, data desensitization, and secure transmission of data within the framework of automobile data security. The latest research on GAN s is reviewed and analyzed to assess the feasibility, strengths, and limitations for automotive data security, and the insights into future development recommendations are also provided in this domain. © 2024 IEEE.

Blind image deblurring is the restoration of latent clear images from blurred images without knowing the blur kernel. Recently, a large number of priors have been proposed to effectively address the ill-posed nature of blind deblurring. However, most methods approximate the proposed priors and only use the first-order term of the blurred image. We observe the gradient inner product of clear images is significantly larger than that of blurry ones. In this paper, we propose a novel Local Gradient Product (LGP) prior based on this observation. This prior not only offers a more accurate approximation but also uses the relationship between image pixels involving quadratic terms. The employment of the LGP prior avoids the inversion of large matrices, thereby improving solution efficiency. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our algorithm achieves state-of-the-art performance and competitive running speed on benchmark datasets. Wb-Lrp: Layer-Wise Relevance Propagation with Weight-Dependent Baseline

The message passing process of neural networks implies the feature extraction methods and inference patterns of neural networks. In this paper, we delve into the internal structure of neural networks and provide an instance-level interpretation of neural networks by investigating a Layer-wise Relevance Propagation (LRP) algorithm from the perspective of message passing. First, we derive the baselines of different existing LRP algorithms according to the theory of DeepLift algorithms, finding a problem that the baselines of these algorithms are independent of model weights or sample features, or both. Second, the Weight-dependent Baseline Layer-wise Relevance Propagation (WB-LRP) algorithm based on weight-dependent baseline is proposed to address this problem, and the norm-invariant rule (m-rule) is introduced accordingly. Then, the m-rule is extended to the positive norm-invariant rule (m+-rule) when focusing only on the forward activation of the weights. Finally, the proposed theory of WB-LRP is extended to different baselines settings to construct a framework that encompasses almost all existing LRP algorithms and a small number of interpretation algorithms that use gradient back-propagation. Experimental results show that the interpretation of relevance depends on two factors, model weights and sample features. The proposed WB-LRP algorithm can be designed with different baselines, so that the proportion of visualization results from model weights and from sample features can be adjusted to visualize the relevance of sample features and model weights for the target category, respectively. © 2023, The Authors. To meet the demand of the laser application market for semiconductor laser function diversification, this paper proposes a handheld multi-wavelength laser stack packaging module. The 808 nm, 915 nm, and 980 nm semiconductor laser bars are selected for the integrated assembly of the multi-wavelength module. However, with the continuous increase of the optical power density of the integrated packaging module, thermal management has become a key factor affecting the performance and life of the device. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the arrangement of three laser stripe chips in the stacked packaging structure on the heat dissipation of the multi-wavelength module. The simulation results show that the heat dissipation efficiency of the multi-wavelength module can be improved by 13.74 % by changing the arrangement of chips. A back heat dissipation packaging structure with higher heat dissipation efficiency is proposed, and the influence of chip arrangement and working mode on the thermal characteristics of the device in the new packaging structure is simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation results, a chip arrangement that can make the heat dissipation effect of the multi-wavelength module achieve the best is determined. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. The safety assessment of stage performing arts equipment for the temporary site is an urgent task to be solved. In this paper, the lifting equipment is chosen for risk analysis, safety circuit identification and safety integrity level (SIL) calculation. The Hazard and Operability Study(HAZOP) and Layer Of Protection Analysis(LOPA)-based method is studied to get the expected SIL level of the related safety loops. In addition, the fault tree and Markov model methods are used to verify the actual SIL level under the existing loop structure respectively. This study provides the theory and data basis for the development of safety requirements and evaluation standards for the temporary theater of stage machinery, which has certain theoretical significance and application value. © 2023 IEEE.

With the explosion of ChatGPT, the development of artificial intelligence technology ushered in another explosion. Similarly, with the rapid development of extended reality technology and Internet of Things technology, Metaverse will also usher in greater breakthroughs. However, in the development of the extended reality metaverse under edge computing, many security issues will arise. This paper focuses on data security, considering that data will be transmitted and processed between multiple devices and nodes instead of being concentrated in the cloud, which may bring To solve data security issues, relying on the integrated architecture of Metaverse educational applications based on edge computing (MEC), it provides an identity verification and access with higher security and scalability, better performance, and service requirements that meet the current environment control mechanism solutions, while analyzing other problems that will arise during the development of the extended reality metaverse. Aiming at the security problem on the edge side, a signature authentication scheme is designed based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) integrated blockchain encryption technology and the effectiveness of the method is proved. Unsupervised Object-Centric Learning from Multiple Unspecified Viewpoints

Visual scenes are extremely diverse, not only because there are infinite possible combinations of objects and backgrounds but also because the observations of the same scene may vary greatly with the change of viewpoints. When observing a multi-object visual scene from multiple viewpoints, humans can perceive the scene compositionally from each viewpoint while achieving the so-called "object constancy" across different viewpoints, even though the exact viewpoints are untold. This ability is essential for humans to identify the same object while moving and to learn from vision efficiently. It is intriguing to design models that have a similar ability. In this paper, we consider a novel problem of learning compositional scene representations from multiple unspecified (i.e., unknown and unrelated) viewpoints without using any supervision and propose a deep generative model which separates latent representations into a viewpoint-independent part and a viewpoint-dependent part to solve this problem. During the inference, latent representations are randomly initialized and iteratively updated by integrating the information in different viewpoints with neural networks. Experiments on several specifically designed synthetic datasets have shown that the proposed method can effectively learn from multiple unspecified viewpoints. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. With the increasing demand for stage performance activities, the quality and safety of performance equipment, especially for the temporarily constructed stage, have become important topics that cannot be ignored. In order to enhance the safety of performance equipment and improve the service quality, this article mainly conducts risk analysis and safety assessment on the lighting and sound equipment for stage of temporary perform site without protective measures, and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) to conduct risk analysis and evaluation. The calculated risk level of stage lighting and sound equipment is given, and relevant safety measures are proposed to reduce the potential risks. © 2023 IEEE.

FacialFlowNet: Advancing Facial Optical Flow Estimation with a Diverse Dataset and a Decomposed Model

Facial movements play a crucial role in conveying altitude and intentions, and facial optical flow provides a dynamic and detailed representation of it. However, the scarcity of datasets and a modern baseline hinders the progress in facial optical flow research. This paper proposes FacialFlowNet (FFN), a novel large-scale facial optical flow dataset, and the Decomposed Facial Flow Model (DecFlow), the first method capable of decomposing facial flow. FFN comprises 9,635 identities and 105,970 image pairs, offering unprecedented diversity for detailed facial and head motion analysis. DecFlow features a facial semantic-aware encoder and a decomposed flow decoder, excelling in accurately estimating and decomposing facial flow into head and expression components. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that FFN significantly enhances the accuracy of facial flow estimation across various optical flow methods, achieving up to an 11% reduction in Endpoint Error (EPE) (from 3.91 to 3.48). Moreover, DecFlow, when coupled with FFN, outperforms existing methods in both synthetic and real-world scenarios, enhancing facial expression analysis. The decomposed expression flow achieves a substantial accuracy improvement of 18% (from 69.1% to 82.1%) in micro-expressions recognition. These contributions represent a significant advancement in facial motion analysis and optical flow estimation. Codes and datasets can be found here. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. Given a bipartite graph G = (T∪ B, E), the problem bipartite 1-sided vertex explosion is to decide whether there exists a planar 2-layer embedding of G after exploding at most k vertices of B. For this problem, which is known to be NP-complete, parameterized algorithms have received increasing attention more recently. In this paper, we focus on the problem parameterized by the number k of allowed exploded vertices of B and develop a faster algorithm for it.
