The uncertain singular system is a type of singular system that is disrupted by the canonical Liu process and is described as a multidimensional uncertain differential equation. Although stability in mean, stability in measure, and almost sure stability have been investigated for uncertain singular systems, these three types of stability may not apply in all cases. This paper aims to introduce the concept of stability in p-th moment for uncertain singular systems as a supplementary type of stability. A stability theorem is also presented for uncertain singular systems that are stable in p-th moment. Furthermore, this paper discusses the relationships between stability in measure and stability in p-th moment, between stability in p1-th moment and stability in p2-th moment for uncertain singular systems. In English learning, speaking practice is crucial, but traditional classroom teaching can hardly meet the needs of most learners. In this paper, we investigate and improve the two essential techniques of pronunciation error detection and pronunciation quality evaluation in the Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) system. In terms of pronunciation error detection, We extracted phoneme pairs' discriminative acoustic and phonological features. We used Support Vector Machine (SVM) for pronunciation error detection, and the accuracy was improved to 81.26%. For pronunciation quality evaluation, we added two new dimensions of pronunciation fluency and intonation, innovatively designed the word duration ratio, and introduced the Support Vector Regression (SVR) algorithm to achieve the effective integration of different dimensional features. The experiments show that the improved pronunciation quality evaluation model has higher performance and practical value. © 2023 IEEE.

Electrical signals are an important type of signals in plants, which can not only regulate normal physiological activities, but also reflect the current environmental temperature of plants to a certain extent. The plant electrical signal was collected and the Peak value, Peak to peak and Mean value were extracted as eigenvalues, and the BP neural network was trained to obtain the correspondence model between the eigenvalues of the signal and the ambient temperature. The mean square deviation (MSE) and correlation coefficient (R) of the trained BP neural network model were 0.0058 and 0.9408, respectively. In the re-collected data, 90% of the estimated values fall between 01, and the judgment effect is good, which proves that the model has a high accuracy of judgment. In the future, plant electrical signals can be combined with neural network models to detect temperature, humidity and other parameters in plant growth states, which has high application value in smart agriculture. © 2024 IEEE.

Deep learning methodologies are gaining popularity for enhancing the efficiency of Specific Emitter Identification (SEI). Nevertheless, the lack of labeled datasets continues to pose a challenge in most non-cooperative scenarios for SEI. Addressing this challenge, a framework for SEI is proposed, leveraging Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) in conjunction with auxiliary classifier GAN(ACGAN). The Short-Time Fourier Transform of emitters is utilized as radio-frequency fingerprint for the emitters. The input latent layer is infused with label information to steer the training process of the Generative Adversarial Network. Through semi-supervised training, shared weight updates are implemented for the classification network. Experimental results demonstrate that our model can achieve superior or competitive performances in several datasets compared with the former models. © 2024 IEEE.

Aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) is a crucial granular task within sentiment analysis, focusing on the precise identification of sentiment orientations for specific aspects within text. Recognizing that identical context words can express opposing sentiment polarities in different situations, it's essential to delve into the nuanced interactions between target and context words. This study introduces an RCG-based Hybrid Attention Network, a novel architecture that adeptly utilizes lexical attention mechanisms to extract lexical features and fortify the relationship between aspects and their corresponding target words. To assess the efficacy of our proposed approach, we conducted experiments on a well-known public dataset. The results show a significant 3.37% enhancement in accuracy and a 1.38% improvement in Macro-F1 scores compared to related methods, affirming the superiority of our technique in enhancing the performance of aspect-level sentiment analysis. © 2024 SPIE.

In this paper, an improved gray wolf optimization linear active disturbance rejection control (IGWO-LADRC) had been proposed by improving the grey wolf population initialization, convergence factor, and grey wolf position updating strategy of the traditional grey wolf optimization algorithm. The problems of standard gray wolf optimization algorithm in linear active disturbance rejection control parameters tuning, such as low efficiency of optimization search and easy fall into local optimal solution, had been solved. A brushless DC motor control system based on IGWO-LADRC and a brushless DC motor control system based on gray wolf optimization linear active disturbance rejection control (GWO-LADRC) had been built. The comparison had shown that IGWO-LADRC had a fast optimization-seeking speed, high control accuracy, quick response speed, and strong anti-interference ability. © 2024 SPIE.

In order to solve the problem that the contour processing of X-Y motion platform is easily affected by load disturbance, friction disturbance and fluctuation of motor parameters, this paper proposes a linear active disturbance rejection contour control strategy of X-Y motion platform driven by dual permanent magnet synchronous motors. The anti-disturbance performance of the position loop is improved by establishing a linear extended state observer to compensate the disturbance. At the same time, the differential feedforward control is added to improve the rapidity of the system, so that the position loop can ensure a certain anti-disturbance while taking into account the rapidity performance. On this basis, a cross-coupled position synchronous compensator is added to improve the synchronous performance of the system. The stability and anti-disturbance performance of the system are studied by the Bode diagram analysis method in the frequency domain, and the tracking performance and contour performance are analyzed. The complex and dynamic environment of mines leads to time-variability and uncertainty in channel propagation, which affects the stability and reliability of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X)communication in mine networks. Channel prediction can help mitigate these issues. Introducing reconfigurable intelligence surface (RIS) into the mine V2X system can enhance signal coverage and quality in the complex mine environment. To address the issue of long-term error accumulation in existing channel prediction models, this paper analyzes the prediction error of channel state information (CSI) in mine V2X systems. It was observed that the error distribution exhibits characteristics of an approximate normal distribution, revealing its predictability. Utilizing this characteristic, this paper proposes an error correction strategy to suppress long-term error accumulation during the prediction process. Furthermore, an adaptive method for optimizing RIS phases is designed based on the Snow Ablation Optimizer. Specifically, this paper utilizes a metaheuristic optimization algorithm and deep learning techniques to propose a mine V2X channel prediction model that incorporates the error correction strategy. Experimental results show that optimizing the RIS phase can effectively enhance channel gain, and the mine V2X channel prediction model incorporating the error correction strategy can effectively suppress cumulative errors during the prediction process, thereby improving prediction accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

Simulation of open quantum systems is undoubtedly critical to design of quantum devices and applications of quantum technologies since dynamics of open quantum systems cannot be solved analytically in general. However, the dimension of open quantum systems grows exponentially as the number of their subsystems increases or as involving complicated environments, which reduces the computational efficiency of the simulation. In this paper, we boost numerical simulation of master equations of open quantum systems from several aspects with which the total time and the occupied memory in the simulation are significantly reduced without losing precision. Our method can be applied to the simulation of non-Markovian quantum systems described by an augmented system model as well. We conduct numerical experiments on simulation of a non-Markovian spin chain. Compared with the algorithm in a well-known toolbox, QuTiP, our method can take 26.3% time and less memory under fair conditions. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Weakly supervised semantic segmentation (WSSS) using only image-level class labels is a challenging task. Due to the local receptive fields of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), CAMs applied to CNNs often suffer from partial activation-highlighting the most discriminative parts of the image. To capture both local features and global representations, we propose an approach called MCTRM, which is a WSSS solution based on an improved Conformer as backbone. To ensure each class token's discriminative ability for the respective target class, we design a class-aware training strategy (CAT) to establish a one-to-one correspondence between the output class tokens and the ground-truth class labels. To enhance the class discrimination ability between each class token, we propose a class token regularization module (CTRM) to enhance the learning of discriminative class tokens so that the model can better capture the unique features and attributes of each class. To obtain a fine-grained CAM, we propose the refinement module (RM) to combine the class-specific attention and inherent patch-level pairwise affinity between image patches learned by the Transformer branch with the CAM of the CNN branch. Despite its simplicity, MCTRM achieves the state-of-the-art performance of 69.0% and 68.4% on the PASCAL VOC 2012 validation and test sets, respectively. © 2024 IEEE.
