Aiming at the problems that 3D optical measurement is easy to be affected by peripheral noise, difficult to calculate relative height and low measurement accuracy, a multi-frequency asynchronous phase shift algorithm based on time series changes was proposed. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and anti-interference ability of the system, five kinds of frequency grating projections were adopted. In order to improve the efficiency of phase undoing, the asynchronous phase shift method was used to extract the phase principal value. In view of the multi-frequency heterodyne phase solution method is prone to produce phase jump error, a phase jump error correction method based on threshold discrimination is proposed. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has better measurement accuracy than the original algorithm, and compared with the traditional multi-frequency heterodyne method, it has strong anti-interference ability and higher measurement accuracy. © 2023 SPIE.

Data in the real world is often not static but generated and processed in streams, such as real-time adjustment of device setting parameters and real-time GPS positioning data. Feature streams means the number of samples is fixed, and their features are generated and arrive individually over time. A significant challenge of learning from online streaming data is a phenomenon known as concept evolution, that the concept of the data may change over time. In the streaming feature scenario, we define meta-features as univariate statistics describing data distribution and use meta-features to capture the data distribution and statistical properties of concepts. Therefore, an efficient Meta-Feature-based Concept Evolution Detection framework on Feature Streams (MF-CED-FS) is proposed, which consists of a sliding window, meta-feature vector similarity discrimination, and a concept detection method based on a weighted bipartite graph. Extensive experiments on real-world high-dimensional datasets verify the effectiveness of MF-CED-FS. © 2023 IEEE.

The integration of large education and artificial intelligence technologies is gradually deepening, and how to provide personalized user profiling services for learners is an important research problem. In response to the long-term dependency problem and lack of learning features of today's deep knowledge tracking models, a deep knowledge tracking model (FSA-MuLSTM) based on forgetting features and the self-attentiveness mechanism is proposed. Firstly, the model combines the learner's historical learning interaction tuple sequences with learning times and memory residuals to obtain the input vector based on the LSTM;secondly, the correlation weights between tuples are captured using the self-attention mechanism;finally, the deep information between tuple sequences is captured using the stacking of multilayer LSTMs. The probability of correctly answering the current question is derived from the hidden vectors and the self-attentive weights of the output of the multilayer LSTM. Two public datasets are used for the experiments, and the combined analysis outperforms existing knowledge-tracking models in terms of performance and improves the accuracy of prediction. © 2023 IEEE.

Text coherence analysis is an important and challenging task that is essential for subtasks such as automatic summarisation, viewpoint extraction and machine translation in natural language processing (NLP). A large body of previous work has used linguistic features such as lexical, syntactic and entity features to capture relatively shallow coherence features, while ignoring deeper logically relevant features hidden in the text. We propose an end-to-end English text coherence analysis model (RGCM for short) that incorporates RST and graph convolutional neural networks (GCN). The intra- and inter-sentence logical relations of the input text are first mapped onto a discourse relationship tree, and then transformed into an RST-dependent context graph by certain pruning strategies. Subsequently, we propose a GCN-based text coherence assessment framework to capture intra- and inter-sentence interactions to assess text coherence. We conducted experiments on two different coherence assessment datasets and achieved accuracy rates of 95.5% and 97.8% respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

Recently,object detection based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs)has developed *** backbone networks for basic feature extraction are an important component of the whole detection ***,we present a new feature extraction strategy in this paper,which name is *** this strategy,we design:1)a sandwich attention feature fusion module(SAFF module).Its purpose is to enhance the semantic information of shallow features and resolution of deep features,which is beneficial to small object detection after feature fusion.2)to add a new stage called D-block to alleviate the disadvantages of decreasing spatial resolution when the pooling layer increases the receptive *** method proposed in the new stage replaces the original method of obtaining the P6 feature map and uses the result as the input of the regional proposal network(RPN).In the experimental phase,we use the new strategy to extract *** experiment takes the public dataset of Microsoft Common Objects in Context(MS COCO)object detection and the dataset of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)image classification as the experimental object *** results show that the average recognition accuracy of COVID-19 in the classification dataset is improved to 98.163%,and small object detection in object detection tasks is improved by 4.0%.

The integration of renewable energy sources into the power grid has led to new challenges in maintaining the stability of the system frequency. This paper proposes a novel approach to address the Optimal Demand Side Frequency Control (ODFC) problem using Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (MADDPG) method. The proposed method models the ODFC problem as a Markov game, with centralized training based on multi-agent cooperative self-learning and associative storage service. In the decentralized execution stage, each agent independently outputs control actions to the controlled plant using local observations. Numerical simulations show that the proposed method effectively addresses the ODFC problem with superior performance compared to traditional methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In sentence similarity research methods, sentence similarity is often calculated from semantic aspects, however, the influence of other features is ignored. For example, the influence of sentence syntactic structure and word order on sentence similarity is not considered. Therefore, This paper proposes a method to measure the degree of similarity between sentences based on a multi-feature fusion of semantics, syntactic similarity and word order similarity, respectively. For the aspect of semantic similarity, in this paper, we first preprocess the sentence and obtain the word vectors, and then obtains sentence vector features through neural networks, so as to calculate the sentence semantic similarity;Finally, for the aspect of word order similarity, word order is considered as the auxiliary feature information to calculate sentence similarity since word order has a smaller effect on sentence similarity compared to the above information. The experimental results show that the proposed model has an accuracy of 77.4 % and an F1 value of 84.3% on the MRPC dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the attack detection problem is investigated for a class of closed-loop systems subjected to unknownbutbounded noises in the presence of stealthy attacks. The measurement outputs from the sensors are quantized before transmission.A specific type of perfect stealthy attack, which meets certain rather stringent conditions, is taken into account. Such attacks could be injected by adversaries into both the sensor-toestimator and controller-to-actuator channels, with the aim of disrupting the normal data flow. For the purpose of defending against these perfect stealthy attacks, a novel scheme based on watermarks is developed. This scheme includes the injection of watermarks(applied to data prior to quantization) and the recovery of data(implemented before the data reaches the estimator).The watermark-based scheme is designed to be both timevarying and hidden from adversaries through incorporating a time-varying and bounded watermark signal. Subsequently, a watermark-based attack detection strategy is proposed which thoroughly considers the characteristics of perfect stealthy attacks,thereby ensuring that an alarm is activated upon the occurrence of such attacks. An example is provided to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed mechanism for detecting attacks.

Compared with grayscale and RGB images, hyperspectral image (HSI) can provide both spatial and spectral information of ground targets, which makes it possible to improve the efficiency and accuracy of target detection. Therefore, the research of HSI target detection algorithms has attracted widespread concern in recent years. With the development of hardware devices and the arrival of big data era, deep learning algorithms have been successfully applied to image processing, text recognition and other fields. However, due to the complex gathering environment of HSI, it is so difficult to obtain a large number of labeled samples, which limits the application of deep learning algorithms in HSI target detection. Therefore, a dense convolution Siamese network (DCSN) is proposed for HSI target detection, which improves the accuracy in the scenery of small-scale training samples. The main contributions of this paper include the following three points. First, we design a target sample generation method based on improved autoencoder to enhance target training data. Then, a background selection method based on density estimation is presented, which can acquire typical background samples effectively. Finally, a spectral feature extraction method based on dense convolution is proposed to extract the more discriminative spectral features. The experimental results of HSI target detection on Muufl Gulfport and San Diego datasets indicate that our proposed DCSN is able to achieve superior performance than the existing target detectors. © 2022 IEEE.

Hyperspectral image (HSI) classification is the key technology of remote sensing image processing. In recent years, convolutional neural network (CNN), which is a powerful feature extractor, has been introduced into the field of HSI classification. Since the features of HSI are the basis of HSI classification, how to effectively extract the spectral-spatial features from HSI with CNN has become a research hotspot. The HSI feature extraction network, based on two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) CNN which can extract both spectral and spatial information, may lead to the increase of parameters and computational cost. Compared with 2D CNN and 3D CNN, the number of parameters and computational cost of one-dimensional (1D) CNN will be greatly reduced. However, 1D CNN based algorithms can only extract the spectral information without considering the spatial information. Therefore, in this paper, a lightweight multilevel feature fusion network (LMFFN) is proposed for HSI classification, which aims to achieve efficient extraction of spectral-spatial features and to minimize the number of parameters. The main contributions of this paper are divided into the following two points: First, we design a hybrid spectral-spatial feature extraction network (HSSFEN) to combine the advantages of 1D, 2D and 3D CNN. It introduces the idea of depthwise separable convolution method, which effectively reduces the complexity of the proposed HSSFEN. Then, a multilevel spectral-spatial feature fusion network (MSSFFN) is proposed to further obtain more effective spectral-spatial features, which effectively fuses the bottom spectral-spatial features and the top spectral-spatial features. To demonstrate the performance of our proposed method, a series of experiments are conducted on three HSI datasets, including Indian Pine, University of Pavia, and Salinas Scene datasets.
