In this study, to solve technical problems such as bad wear abilities of hairy ramie spun yarn fabrics and the inconvenience of four-components' embeddable and locatable spinning system(denoted as ELS), this paper introduces a simplified embeddable and locatable spinning system(denoted as S-ELS) to produce smooth yarns of ramie fibers;then the smooth ramie yarns were knitted to obtain smooth fabrics. For a comparative study,three different ramie yarns were prepared by S-ELS, dry contact spinning of S-ELS and wet contact spinning of S-ELS;all the three type of yarns were knitted into fabrics respectively for the comparison of wearing performance. Results show that the wet contact spun S-ELS yarns had the least hairiness;knitted fabrics of wet contact spun S-ELS yarns had smoother surface, better permeability and higher mechanical properties than ELS as well as dry contact spun S-ELS yarns.

Microstructural parameters are important for analyzing the chemistry and performance of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). Aiming at the YSZ / Ni anode optical microscopy (OM) image of SOFC, in this paper, particle swarm intelligent optimization algorithm is used to improve the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm for image segmentation. Particle swarm optimization is used to adaptively search the initial clustering center, helping to avoid local optimization and preserve more image detail. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the segmentation accuracy of images. At the same time, it can accurately segment the SOFC three-phase and provide effective image segmentation results for the microstructure parameters.

Differential evolution(DE) is an excellent global optimizer, which has been used to optimize various engineering problems. In recent years, the radio frequency identification technology(RFID) has been applied to many fields. However, it is not an easy task to design an efficient RFID antenna. The antenna structure is usually complex and it is difficult to find a suitable parameter set. In this paper, we try to use DE to design a RFID antenna with Fibonacci sequence quasi Yagi structure. Simulation results show that DE can successfully design the antenna. The obtained antenna size is 30 mm × 20 mm. Its simulation center frequency is 60 GHz and the center frequency gain approximates 8 dB. In the frequency band 59.5-60.5 GHz, the frequency echo loss is less than-10 dB and the minimum value is-111 dB.
