The cloud boundary network environment is characterized by a passive defense strategy,discrete defense actions,and delayed defense feedback in the face of network attacks,ignoring the influence of the external environment on defense decisions,thus resulting in poor defense ***,this paper proposes a cloud boundary network active defense model and decision method based on the reinforcement learning of intelligent agent,designs the network structure of the intelligent agent attack and defense game,and depicts the attack and defense game process of cloud boundary network;constructs the observation space and action space of reinforcement learning of intelligent agent in the non-complete information environment,and portrays the interaction process between intelligent agent and environment;establishes the reward mechanism based on the attack and defense gain,and encourage intelligent agents to learn more effective defense *** designed active defense decision intelligent agent based on deep reinforcement learning can solve the problems of border dynamics,interaction lag,and control dispersion in the defense decision process of cloud boundary networks,and improve the autonomy and continuity of defense decisions.

Curvilinear Structure segmentation has numerous applications in various fields, including providing a better understanding of defects such as cracks on roads or walls, thereby assessing the structural safety of buildings. Numerous curve segmentation methods based on Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN) have been developed in recent years. However, preserving feature integrity remains a challenge. To address this issue, this paper introduces a double dynamic network, called DD-Net, which consists of a dynamic structure for training and dynamic masking for inference. Firstly, to enhance the nonlinearity of the model, a paradigm to auto-adjust the CNN structure via a trainable module is formed for better fine-grained feature extraction. This dynamic structure (DS) paradigm enables a trade-off to extract or discard the feature data in the model training. Due to the data heterogeneity between the training and inference data, models may contain some useless nodes that are less effective during inference. The dynamic masking (DM) is proposed to omit the useless nodes based on the score difference between the train and inference feature statistics, thereby reducing redundant computations. To further improve the model’s performance on thin-curve segmentation and to preserve feature integrity, we introduce a non-curve suppression (NCS) module. This module focuses on background information while considering foreground prediction to address noisy conditions. The experimental results show that our DD-Net achieves promising results on three benchmark datasets and outperforms state-of-the-art curve segmentation models. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

With the rise of big data and deep learning, AI has advanced in applications like recommendation systems, image recognition, and machine translation, primarily through optimizing loss functions in deep neural networks to improve accuracy and reduce training *** descent is the core optimization method but faces challenges like slow convergence and local minima. To overcome these, algorithms like Momentum, AdaGrad, RMSProp, Adadelta, Adam, and Nadam have been developed, introducing momentum and adaptive learning rates to accelerate convergence. This paper presents a new optimization algorithm that combines the strengths of Adam and AdaGrad, offering better adaptability to different learning rates.

Cloth-changing person re-identification (CC Re-ID) is a challenging problem for the prevalence of clothing texture information which occupies most of the pixels in the image, becoming invalid information or even misleading information. Recently, many methods introduce Vision Transformer into the field of Re-ID to establish global feature relationships between image patch sequences. However, Transformer tends to scatter critical local features, resulting in decreased performance within cloth-changing scenarios. In order to solve this problem, we propose a Local Feature-Emphasizing Transformer for CC Re-ID (LFET) that centers on the association of local features. Specifically, we propose a Patch Exchange Fusion Module (PEFM), which aims to improve the generalization ability of the reconstructed patch sequence by strengthening the correlation between image patches. Thus, we promote a closer interpretation of the spatial relationship within the image, and when environmental conditions change and various interference exist, the robustness of the model is enhanced. Furthermore, we design a dynamic feature weighting strategy (DyFW) to reduce noise and emphasize discriminative features by applying dynamically generated weighted tensors to sequences. We carry out experiments on various public datasets, demonstrating that our proposed method delivers strong performance in addressing CC Re-ID task. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). A High-Quality and Efficient Bus-Aware Global Router

As advanced technology nodes enter the nanometer era, the complexity of integrated circuit design is increasing, and the proportion of bus in the net is also increasing. The bus routing has become a key factor affecting the performance of the chip. In addition, the existing research does not distinguish between bus and non-bus in the complete global routing process, which directly leads to the expansion of bus deviation and the degradation of chip performance. In order to solve these problems, we propose a high-quality and efficient bus-aware global router, which includes the following key strategies: By introducing the routing density graph, we propose a routing model that can simultaneously consider the routability of non-bus and the deviation value of bus;A dynamic routing resource adjustment algorithm is proposed to optimize the bus deviation and wirelength simultaneously, which can effectively reduce the bus deviation;We propose a layer assignment algorithm consider deviation to significantly reduce the bus deviation of the 3D routing solution;And a depth-first search (DFS)-based algorithm is proposed to obtain multiple routing solutions, from which the routing result with the lowest deviation is selected. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can effectively reduce bus deviation compared with the existing algorithms, so as to obtain high-quality 2D and 3D routing solutions considering bus deviation.

2D human posture detection, a challenging task in computer vision, aims to identify human body key points and is widely used. The HRNet model performs well in human key point detection. To enhance its effect in human posture detection and address suboptimal prediction accuracy in interactive occlusion, this paper combines HRNet and Transformer. The Transformer's attention mechanism handles complex image dependencies, and HRNet obtains image features. By embedding the Transformer's attention mechanism module into HRNet's backbone network and integrating a self-designed double-branch structure and convolutional attention module an improved HRNet model is constructed. The DConvAttention module processes extracted features and the convolutional attention mechanism balances image frequencies, enhancing processing and discrimination of complex backgrounds and occlusions and improving detection performance. In tests of complex and occluded images, the improved HRNet Local model has a 4.2M parameter increase, 0.5G FLOPs increase, and 1% mAP increase compared to HRNet, with the same recall rate. The improved HRNet Global model has 11M more parameters, 1.1G more FLOPS a similar or slightly higher recall rate, and a 2% higher mAP value.

Human motion prediction is of great importance for artificial intelligence systems, particularly in fields like autonomous driving and human-computer interaction. Existing methods have achieved good results in simple motions with small changes but still struggle with coherence in predicting complex motions with large changes in a short time. Regarding the issue in current methods, this paper proposes a novel network composed of three modules: spatial encoders that captures correlations between joints, temporal encoders that models the movement patterns of joints across frames, and a multi-frame temporal encoder that learns high-level temporal correlations to enhance prediction coherence. In addition, we propose to use Weighted Mean Per-Joint Position Error (WMPJPE) as the loss function by considering that different joints of the human skeleton have different effects on the entire action. We evaluate our method on the Human3.6M, AMASS, and 3DPW datasets. The quantitative results indicate that our method notably outperforms other methods in the prediction range of 160ms to 560ms. Wideband signal recognition is a crucial task in the cognitive wireless communication, involving accurate classification of different signal types, modulation types, center frequencies, etc. However, most conventional approaches treat the recognition of different parameters as multiple independent tasks, and often face performance bottlenecks due to the complexity and diversity of wideband signals. To overcome these challenges, we propose a multi-task learning (MTL) network that integrates multiple tasks of signal recognition into an end-to-end model to accomplish spectrum sensing, modulation recognition, and signal classification simultaneously. By employing a shared feature extraction network and a multi-task classification header, the proposed framework effectively captures the correlations and shared information among different tasks, thereby enhancing overall recognition performance. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, we compare its performance with other state-of-the-art recognition and classification networks. Experimental results demonstrate the significant performance of the proposed MTL network in spectrum sensing, modulation recognition, and signal classification tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

Although underwater robots can replace humans to explore the ocean which is rich in resources but fraught with unknown risks, there are phenomena such as monotonous colors, complex backgrounds and uneven illumination in the underwater environment, which makes it difficult for underwater robots relying on the optical vision system to obtain clear images and is not conducive to subsequent recognition and grasping tasks. In this paper, relevant preparatory work was carried out for underwater image processing applicable to underwater robots, and the underwater imaging model as well as other underwater image processing models were analyzed. Subsequently, a method combining the underwater physical model and the dark channel image was proposed to improve LYT-Net, enabling it to be applicable to mobile embedded devices such as underwater robots. After training and testing on the real datasets LSUI and UIEB, our model achieved good results on important indicators such as PSNR and SSIM. Meanwhile, it met the theoretical requirements of mobile devices in terms of FLOPs, Params and single-frame processing time, which verified its robustness and real-time processing ability in various underwater environments.

Self-Supervised Semantic Segmentation, aiming to leverage masses of unlabeled data for boosting semantic segmentation, has been rapidly emerging as an active task in recent years. However, existing self-supervised semantic segmentation approaches mainly focus on planar images, leaving multiple distorted objects encountered in panoramic images unexplored due to the formidable challenge of handling heterogeneous degrees of distortions across different locations. In this paper, we propose a novel Self-Supervised Panoramic Semantic Segmentation model, termed DASC-SPT, built upon the mainstream contrastive learning framework. Towards distortions in panoramic images, we present two structures to better learn from distorted features by applying planar images. For the input images of self-supervision, we design a Spherical Projection Transformation (SPT) strategy that involves randomly projecting planar images onto various locations of the sphere to introduce the distortions. For pixel-wise distorted features, we construct a Deformation-aware Sampling Consistency (DASC) framework to further utilize the shared content and discrepancies caused by different distortions of paired views, where the deformation-aware consistency can be quantified on pixel-wise features. Both of the two components facilitate the model to adapt to distortions and boost panoramic semantic segmentation. Extensive comprehensive experiments on three panoramic datasets demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of DASC-SPT approach. © 2025 IEEE.
