Organic redox-active polymers provide promising alternatives to metal-containing inorganic compounds in Li-ion batteries(LIBs),whereas suffer from low actual capacities,poor rate/power capabilities,and inferior cycling ***,poly(anthraquinonyl sulfide)-coated carbon nanotubes(CNT@PAQS)are readily performed by in situ polymerization to form core-sheath ***,flower-like PAQS nanosheets are interwoven around CNTs to synergistically create robust 3D hierarchical networks with abundant cavities,internal channels,and sufficiently-exposed surfaces/edges,thereby promoting electron transport and making more active sites accessible for electrolytes and guest ***,the as-fabricated CNT@PAQS cathode delivers the large reversible capacity(200.5 mAh g^(-1)at 0.05 A g^(-1)),high-rate capability(161.5 mAh g^(-1)at 5.0 A g^(-1)),and impressive cycling stability(retaining 88.0%over 1000 cycles).In addition,an asymmetric full-battery using CNT@PAQS as a cathode and cyclized polyacrylonitrile-encapsulated CNTs as an anode is assembled that delivers a high energy density of 86.3 Wh kg^(-1),and retains 81.3%of initial capacity after 1000 *** work opens up an efficient strategy to combine highly conductive and redox-active phases into core-sheath heterostructures to unlock the barrier of high-rate charge *** further integration of two polymer-based electrodes into asymmetric full cells would also consolidate the development of low-cost,sustainable,and powerful batteries.

Deep semantic network for hyperspectral image classification using enhanced bifurcation and light self-Gaussian attention mechanism

Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are widely used in hyperspectral image (HSI) classification due to their strong feature extraction capabilities. Nevertheless, CNN-based classification methods face challenges in capturing deep semantic features effectively, and as the number of layers increases, computational expenses escalate significantly. In addition, spatial locations and spectral bands in HSI data have varying discriminative power. To address these challenges, we propose a novel approach, DSNet, which integrates a multiway attention mechanism with a CNN-based deep semantic network to improve HSI classification. First, we extract shallow abstract features using a module that combines 3D and 2D convolution layers, followed by transformation through a Gaussian-weighted feature tokenizer. Second, we introduce an enhanced bifurcation attention mechanism with dynamically adjustable perceptual ranges to capture spatial semantic information from both horizontal and vertical perspectives. Third, a convolutional multilayer perceptron module is employed to extract high-level feature representations in both spatial and spectral dimensions, which are then refined by a light self-Gaussian attention module. Finally, a linear layer is used to determine the sample labels. Experiments conducted on three publicly available hyperspectral datasets illustrate that the proposed DSNet achieves superior performance compared with several contemporary state-of-the-art methods, even when trained with limited samples. © 2025 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

Aiming at the problem of quality assurance of intelligent logistics service in 5G+ edge computing environment, this paper proposes a mechanism based on federated cooperative cache, which aims to utilize the computing and storage resources of edge nodes to realize rapid processing and sharing of logistics data and improve the efficiency and reliability of logistics services. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and challenges of intelligent logistics services under 5G+ edge computing environment, and then introduces the concept and principle of federated cooperative cache, as well as its application scenarios and advantages in intelligent logistics services. Then, this paper designs an intelligent logistics service quality assurance mechanism based on federated cooperative cache, including five modules such as data partitioning, data transmission, data fusion, data access and data update, and gives the corresponding algorithms and processes. Finally, this paper verifies the effectiveness and performance of the proposed mechanism through simulation experiments. Compared with the traditional centralized cache and distributed cache, the proposed mechanism can reduce the data transmission delay, improve the data hit rate and data consistency, so as to ensure the quality of intelligent logistics services. In the future, the federated collaborative cache mechanism can be further optimized to consider the needs of multiple scenarios. The High-Resolution Range Profile (HRRP) plays a pivotal role in radar automatic target recognition. However, due to its aspect sensitivity, the absence of aspects within the training data can lead to a decline in recognition accuracy. To mitigate this issue, we introduce a novel Transductive Multi-Prototype Network (TMP-Net), leveraging the intrinsic similarity within test data to propagate labels along a manifold, thereby achieving classification. TMP-Net addresses the aspect sensitivity by utilizing multiple prototypes per class. Additionally, a loss function term is proposed to ensure the existence of the manifold. Experiments on the MSATR dataset demonstrate that TMP-Net outperforms existing methods by 10.22% in recognition accuracy even with only 10% of aspects represented in the training set. Furthermore, analysis reveals the advantages of employing multiple prototypes. © 2024 IEEE.

During these years, many advanced constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (CMOEAs) have been developed to solve constrained multi-objective optimization problems (CMOPs). However, some existing constrained multi-objective algorithms do not use an archiving mechanism, which leads to easy loss of the searched feasible solutions during the search process. In addition, even if some algorithms use an archiving mechanism, an unsuitable archiving update strategy can cause difficulty in balancing the diversity and convergence of the archive set. To address these challenges, a two-stage constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on a passive archiving mechanism (PA-CMOEA) is proposed in this paper. In the first stage, the constrained multi-objective problem is modeled as an unconstrained multi-objective problem, which allows the population to fully explore the decision space. The archive set is passively updated in a constraint-domination principle (CDP) criterion using population information. The goal of this stage is for the archive set to converge to the constrained Pareto front region of the problem with the help of population information. In the second stage, a local search is performed on the archive set. Specifically, the convergence and diversity of the archived solution set is improved while ensuring that the feasibility of the archived set is not worse. Finally, the algorithm outputs the archive set. To estimate the performance of the proposed algorithm, experiments are conducted on the LIRCMOP and CF benchmarks in comparison with some of the most popular algorithms. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has a competitive advantage compared with the comparative algorithms. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

High-resolution range profile (HRRP) is one of the commonly used methods in radar automatic target recognition (RATR). Recently, obtaining HRRP under different modalities, such as frequency and polarization, to improve the RATR performance has become an important development direction. However, in practical applications, sensor failures or interference may lead to modality loss during the model testing phase, resulting in decreased performance or even causing the model to fail to function properly. This paper primarily addresses the scenario of frequency modality loss and specifically proposes a modality completion and recognition network with generative adversarial network-embedded (MCRN-GAN) model. The model first generates and completes the missing modality features using the frequency feature transformation loop (FFTL) based on GAN. Subsequently, it fuses multi-modal features based on spatial and channel attention mechanisms to obtain a joint representation of dual-frequency features. Finally, a fully connected layer is used to complete the classification. Experiments on Ku and W frequency modality datasets demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively handle missing modality data after sufficient training without significant performance loss. © 2024 IEEE.

Oral English practice constitutes a crucial component of English language acquisition for non-native speakers; however, traditional classroom teaching methods are increasingly insufficient to address the diverse needs of learners. This paper enhances the evaluation of pronunciation quality within Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) system. To assess the fluency of English learners' pronunciation, this paper introduces the innovative feature known as wordDurationRatio. Additionally, an intonation evaluation method utilizing dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithms is explored. Finally, this study incorporates support vector regression (SVR) algorithms to effectively fuse features, enhancing the assessment result of pronunciation quality.

Remote Photoplethysmography (rPPG) is a non-contact method for measuring heart rate (HR) through facial video, breaking the constraints of contact measurements and offering broad application prospects. However, in real monitoring scenarios, the distance of subjects and facial illumination often vary. This leads to degradation of rPPG signals due to changes in facial resolution and light intensity. This paper presents the High and Low Frequency Feature Adversarial Learning Network (HLFF-AL), which utilizes feature space interpolation and composite feature capture to perform multi-band global and local signal extraction. By adopting an adversarial learning strategy, it enhances the capability to capture semantic information of rPPG under varying resolutions and lighting, bridging the differences in rPPG signal generation due to resolution changes. While maintaining accuracy in HR measuring, the robustness of the network is improved to achieve robust measurement of HR via rPPG. Even under high-resolution conditions, the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) for the three public datasets - unchanging lighting (COHFACE, UBFC-rPPG) and varying lighting (BUAA-MIHR) - reached 1.10 bpm, 1.64 bpm, and 4.41 bpm, respectively, with a mere 0.29 bpm difference in MAE between high and low resolutions on the BUAA-MIHR dataset. This demonstrates that HLFF-AL can predict more robust rPPG signals in various resolutions and lighting scenarios, achieving competitive results compared to state-of-the-art methods. © 1991-2012 IEEE.

Cross-domain few-shot scene classification (CDFSSC) is crucial for remote sensing (RS) applications since it aims at transferring knowledge learned from the source domain to the target domain to facilitate the model’s few-shot classification for the target domain. However, existing methods ignored the feature statistic discrepancy caused by domain shifts, leading to an inferior performance on the target domain. In this paper, to facilitate the model’s adaptation of the domain shifts and achieve better cross-domain knowledge transfer, an uncertainty-injected cross-domain framework called UICD is proposed for CDFSSC tasks from RS imagery. First, a semi-supervised teacher-student structure is employed to achieve cross-domain knowledge transfer by conducting supervised learning on labeled source data and establishing consistent predictions on unlabeled target data. Secondly, uncertainty is injected in feature statistic modeling during cross-domain training to obtain more diverse feature statistics for data from both the source and target domains, which could promote the robustness and adaptation of the model to domain shifts, thus enabling the model to better adapt to unforeseen variations in the target domain. Extensive experiment results indicate the efficacy and superiority of the proposed methods.

A research about the path planning problem has been popular topic nowadays and some effective algorithms have been developed to solve this kind of problem. However, the existing algorithms to solve the path problem can only find a single optimal path, cannot satisfactorily find multiple groups of optimal solutions at the same time, and it is very necessary to propose as many solutions as possible. So this paper carries out a research on the Multi-modal Multi-Objective Path Planning (MMOPP), the objective is to find all sets of Pareto optimal path solutions from the start point to the end point in a grid map. This paper proposes a multi-modal multi-objective ant colony path planning optimization algorithm based on matrix preprocessing technology and Dijkstra algorithm (MD-ACO). Firstly, a new method of storing maps that reduces the size of the map and reduces the size of the decision space has been proposed in this paper. Secondly, using the characteristics of the Dijkstra algorithm that can quickly find the optimal path, generate an initial feasible solution about the problem, and improve the problem that the initial pheromone of ant colony algorithm is insufficient and searching for solutions is slow. Thirdly, a reasonable threshold is set for the pheromone to avoid algorithm getting stuck in local optimal solution. Finally, the algorithm is tested on the MMOPP test sets to evaluate the performance of the algorithm, and the results show that MD-ACO algorithm can solve MMOPP and get the optimal solution set. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
