To provide a decision-making aid for aircraft carrier battle,the winning probability estimation based on Bradley-Terry model and Bayesian network is presented. Firstly,the armed forces units of aircraft carrier are classified into three types,which are aircraft,ship and submarine. Then,the attack ability value and defense ability value for each type of armed forces are estimated by using BP neural network,whose training results of sample data are consistent with the estimation results. Next,compared the assessment values through an improved Bradley-Terry model and constructed a Bayesian network to do the global assessment,the winning probabilities of both combat sides are obtained. Finally,the winning probability estimation for a navy battle is given to illustrate the validity of the proposed scheme.

In order to optimize the coil design of electric vehicle (EV) high power resonant wireless power transfer (WPT) system and improve its transfer efficiency, an equivalent circuit model of two-coil series-series topology is analyzed in this paper. Four optimal factors that affect the system transfer efficiency are proposed, i.e. the number of coil turns, the mean radius of coils, the transfer distance and the load. Based on the consideration of the equivalent series resistance of the coils, it can be found that the number of coil turns, the mean coil radius, and the load have the optimal values for the optimal transfer efficiency, while the shorter the transfer distance is, the higher the transfer efficiency is. By using the simulation software COMSOL, similar relationships between four factors and the transfer efficiency can be achieved with the calculation results. Moreover, by repeating the calculation using the simulation coil resistance, the differences between the calculation results and the simulation results are explained. Therefore, the WPT coil optimal method with proposed four optimal factors is verified through calculation and simulation.

Modeling of decision-making behavior for discretionary lane-changing execution (DLCE) is fundamental to both movement simulation and controlling design of automatic vehicles. The existing gap acceptance models ingored the nonlinearity of drivers' DLCE decision-making behavior. Therefore, this study tries to analyze and simulate the DLCE decision-making behavior using the real trajectory data. First, a threshold of the lane-changer's lateral velocity is introduced to identify the starting point of DLCE process based on vehicle trajectories from the NGSIM data set. In the following, the empirical analysis based on traffic state variables at the instant of accepting DLCE event are presented, which prove the necessity of modeling DLCE decision-making behavior with machine learning method. Then, we propose a DLCE decision-making model using the Support Vector Machine (SVM). For verifying the prediction performance, the proposed model is compared with the Nagel's model based on the NGSIM data set. The comparison results indicate that the proposed model using SVM outperforms the Nagel's model in predicting the DLCE decision.
