House price expectations(HPE)is a key factor affecting housing market *** Beijing as an example,this study innovatively proposes an internet data-based measurement of HPE and text analysis-based quantification of media reports from media attention and media *** model is performed to empirically test the impact of media reports on the level and accuracy of *** empirical results show no significant relationship between media attention and the level of HPE,but a significant relationship to the accuracy of *** higher the media attention(i.e.,the more intensive the media reports),the smaller the deviation between HPE and actual housing *** attitude of media reports is significantly related to the level and accuracy of *** is easier to guide the formation of HPE through media reports with clear opinions,indicating that media could promote the sustainable development of the real estate market.

Few-shot font generation (FFG) aims to learn the target style from a limited number of reference glyphs and generate the remaining glyphs in the target font. Previous works focus on disentangling the content and style features of glyphs, combining the content features of the source glyph with the style features of the reference glyph to generate new glyphs. However, the disentanglement is challenging due to the complexity of glyphs, often resulting in glyphs that are influenced by the style of the source glyph and prone to artifacts. We propose IF-Font, a novel paradigm which incorporates Ideographic Description Sequence (IDS) instead of the source glyph to control the semantics of generated glyphs. To achieve this, we quantize the reference glyphs into tokens, and model the token distribution of target glyphs using corresponding IDS and reference tokens. The proposed method excels in synthesizing glyphs with neat and correct strokes, and enables the creation of new glyphs based on provided IDS. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method greatly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both one-shot and few-shot settings, particularly when the target styles differ significantly from the training font styles. Arbitrary-scale super-resolution (ASSR) aims to learn a single model for image super-resolution at arbitrary magnifying scales. Existing ASSR networks typically comprise an off-the-shelf scale-agnostic feature extractor and an arbitrary scale upsampler. These feature extractors often use fixed network architectures to address different ASSR inference tasks, each of which is characterized by an input image and an upsampling scale. However, this overlooks the difficulty variance of super-resolution on different inference scenarios, where simple images or small SR scales could be resolved with less computational effort than difficult images or large SR scales. To tackle this difficulty variability, in this paper, we propose a Task-Aware Dynamic Transformer (TADT) as an input-adaptive feature extractor for efficient image ASSR. Our TADT consists of a multi-scale feature extraction backbone built upon groups of Multi-Scale Transformer Blocks (MSTBs) and a Task-Aware Routing Controller (TARC). The TARC predicts the inference paths within feature extraction backbone, specifically selecting MSTBs based on the input images and SR scales. The prediction of inference path is guided by a new loss function to trade-off the SR accuracy and efficiency. Experiments demonstrate that, when working with three popular arbitrary-scale upsamplers, our TADT achieves state-of-the-art ASSR performance when compared with mainstream feature extractors, but with relatively fewer computational costs. Large Language Models (LLMs) have shown great promise in vulnerability identification. As C/C++ comprise half of the open-source Software (OSS) vulnerabilities over the past decade and updates in OSS mainly occur through commits, enhancing LLMs' ability to identify C/C++ Vulnerability-Contributing Commits (VCCs) is essential. However, current studies primarily focus on further pre-training LLMs on massive code datasets, which is resource-intensive and poses efficiency challenges. In this paper, we enhance the ability of BERT-based LLMs to identify C/C++ VCCs in a lightweight manner. We propose CodeLinguaNexus (CLNX) as a bridge facilitating communication between C/C++ programs and LLMs. Based on commits, CLNX efficiently converts the source code into a more natural representation while preserving key details. Specifically, CLNX first applies Structure-level Naturalization to decompose complex programs, followed by Token-level Naturalization to interpret complex symbols. We evaluate CLNX on public datasets of 25,872 C/C++ functions with their commits. The results demonstrate that CLNX substantially improves the ability of LLMs to detect C/C++ VCCs. Moreover, CLNX-equipped CodeBERT achieves new state-of-the-art performance and identifies 38 OSS vulnerabilities in the real world. Automated detection of cervical lesion cell clumps is crucial for cervical cancer screening. However, the dense packing and overlap of cells, caused by adhesion molecules, make detection challenging. To address this issue, we propose the Morphology-Aware Detector (MA-Det). Specifically, by innovatively employing Deformable Convolution, we propose the Dynamic Context Aggregation Module (DCAM) which dynamically captures contextual information, improving the feature representation of lesion cells. To enhance discrimination in high-density regions, we design the Distance-Weighted Interaction Module (DWIM) and Adaptive Morphology-Aware (AMA) loss into the detection head. These components improve spatial awareness by utilizing interactions between cell features and proposals. In particular, our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on the CDetector and CRIC datasets while significantly reducing parameters.

Denial of service (DoS) attacks is among the most harmful network threats. Low-rate DoS (LDoS) attacks feature good concealment and are likely to evade detection by conventional signal analysis-based methods. A LDoS attack detection method that combines the convolutional neural network and the gated recurrent unit is proposed in the present work. To evaluate the proposed method, we collect real user traffic from a university's website, label the traffic with LDoS attacks as normal traffic. In order to get the real attack traffic, this paper has collected some new LDoS attack programs, such as slowloris, slowhttptest, pwnlloris, torhammer and httplog, which can be obtained from public channels, and constructed a LAN environment that conformed to the working scenario of the program. By running the attack program, the attack traffic could be obtained. In a large sample scenario, the average detection rate of our proposed method can reach 98.68%. This article focuses on the research: the average detection rate of the detection method proposed in this article in the case that the security agency can only intercept a small number of attack samples. That is, in the small sample scenario, the detection of the collected traffic shows that the average detection rate of the proposed detection method can reach 89.54% in a small sample scenario. Its effective detection rate is obviously superior to the existing similar detection methods.

A rapid, low-cost deep learning system to classify strawberry disease based on cloud service

Accurate and timely classification of diseases during strawberry planting can help growers deal with them in timely manner, thereby reducing losses. However, the classification of strawberry diseases in real planting environments is facing severe challenges, including complex planting environments, multiple disease categories with small differences, and so on. Although recent mobile vision technology based deep learning has achieved some success in overcoming the above problems, a key problem is how to construct a non-destructive, fast and convenient method to improve the efficiency of strawberry disease identification for the multi-region, multi-space and multi-time classification requirements. We develop and evaluate a rapid, low-cost system for classifying diseases in strawberry cultivation. This involves designing an easy-to-use cloudbased strawberry disease identification system, combined with our novel self-supervised multi-network fusion classification model, which consists of a Location network, a Feedback network and a Classification network to identify the categories of common strawberry diseases. With the help of a novel self-supervision mechanism, the model can effectively identify diseased regions of strawberry disease images without the need for annotations such as bounding boxes. Using accuracy, precision, recall and F1 to evaluate the classification effect, the results of the test set are 92.48, 90.68, 86.32 and 88.45%, respectively. Compared with popular Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN) and five other methods, our network achieves better disease classification effect. Currently, the client(mini program) has been released on the We Chat platform. The mini program has perfect classification effect in the actual test, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system, and can provide a reference for the intelligent research and application of strawberry disease identification.
