The Web has become a huge programmable platform in the Web 2.0 era. More and more companies are opening their data and services to the public through Web APIs. With the increasing number and variety of Web APIs, new Web applications and value-added services can be rapidly developed by combining different APIs. The ever-growing collaborations between APIs thus raise a kind of a large-scale networks, namely Web API collaboration networks. However, the structure and evolution process of Web API collaboration networks are still unclear to people so far. This paper provides a deep analysis to the internal structure of a real-world Web API collaboration network using k-core decomposition. We firstly construct the Web API collaboration network by using the data crawled from the largest Web API registry, Programmable ***, and then employ the k-core decomposition method to obtain different subgraphs of the network with different centrality or coreness (i.e., k-cores). We give an experimental analysis to the structures of the Web API collaboration network and its k-cores by using some classic statistical tools, such as degree distribution and clustering coefficient. The analysis results not only can identify the most central APIs in the Web API collaboration network, but also provides a basis for the visualization and understanding of Web API collaboration networks.

The development of PMSM is inseparable from the continuous improvement of the performance-to-price ratio of permanent magnet materials and the development of power electronic equipment. This is exactly the study of PMSM. Entered a new stage, PMSM plays an important role in military, industry and daily life. Dating vector control theory to the field of PMSM speed regulation is also a major breakthrough. Researchers combined the mathematical model of PMSM with the vector control model. It is based on this that the PMSM vector control double closed-loop model was established. Simulate in MATLAB software. Recommender systems have become widely used in various website applications. With the integration of deep learning and recommender systems, the classic Session-based Recommender System (SRS) appears, which can obtain implicit feedback from explicit interactions. Some scholars have pro-posed many effective recommendation algorithms to provide better recommendation service in SRS. In order to compare the performance of these session-based recommendation algorithms, we consider a simple E-commerce SRS scenario and choose four representative session-based recommendation algorithms in this paper. Then we do some evaluation experiments. The experimental results show that the combination of local preferences and global preferences will improve the recommendation performance significantly, and for GNNs and RNN s in session recommendation based on deep learning, we also conclude that the prediction effect of GNN s is slightly superior to RNN s on long sessions.

As an important step in image processing, image segmentation can be used to determine the accuracy of object counts, and area and contour data. In addition, image segmentation is indispensable in seed testing research. Due to the uneven grey level of the original image, traditional watershed algorithms generate many incorrect edges, resulting in oversegmentation and undersegmentation, which affects the accuracy of obtaining seed phenotype information. The DMR-watershed algorithm, an improved watershed algorithm based on distance map reconstruction, is proposed in this paper. According to the grey distribution characteristics of the image, the grey reduction amplitude h was selected to generate the mask image with the same grey distribution trend as that of the original image. The original greyscale map was reconstructed with corresponding thresholds selected according to the false minima of different regions that are to be segmented, which generates an accurate distance map that eliminates the wrong edges. An adzuki bean image was selected as the experimental material and the residual rate of the segmentation counting results of each algorithm was investigated in two cases of two-particle adhesion and multiparticle adhesion. The results of the proposed algorithm were compared with those of the traditional watershed algorithm, edge detection algorithm and concave point analysis algorithm which are commonly used for seed segmentation. In the case of two-particle adhesion, the residual rates of the watershed algorithm and edge detection algorithm were 0.233 and 0.275, respectively, while the residual rate of the concave point analysis algorithm was 0 which proved to be suitable for two-particle adhesion. In the case of multiparticle adhesion, the concave point analysis algorithm was not applicable because it would destroy the seed image. A numerical model for impacts of left-turn non-motorized vehicles on through lane capacity metrics

There is a conflict between through motor vehicles and the left-turn non-motorized vehicles, and the capacity of straight-line motor vehicles decreases. This study analyzes the impacts of left-turn non-motorized vehicles on the capacity of through motor vehicle lanes. A correction coefficient model for calculating the reduced capacity of through motor vehicle lanes has been developed based on analysis of the conflicting points at an intersection and the negative exponential function of traffic flow distribution. With consideration of intersection geometric design, channelization, and traffic characteristics, the correction coefficient model was further enhanced by regression to capture the impacts of left-turn non-motorized vehicles from the same and the opposite directions. A simulation with VISSIM is used to validate the developed model. It shows that the calculated capacity from the correction coefficient model is close to the simulation results. The experiment indicates that the derived model is highly accurate in calculating the capacity of through motor vehicle lanes and has potential application for situations of mixed traffic in China. The study shows that the capacity of a through traffic lane at the permitted phase decreases with the increase of left-turning non-motorized vehicles, and the impact of left-turning non-motorized vehicles from the same direction is more significant. The results show that the traffic capacity of straight-line motor vehicle decreases with the increase of the left-turn non-motorized vehicles flow rate and the influence of the left-turn non-motor vehicle is more obvious. It is suggested that in practice, the correction coefficient of non-motor vehicle on the left turn should be 0.88, and the correction coefficient on the left turn should be 0.95, respectively. The study recommends coefficient values for both non-motorized vehicles from the same and opposite directions for use in real applications. © 2020 Warsaw University of Techn

In titanium alloys, engineering highly heterogeneous α -phase precipitate microstructure—comprising micron-scale primary α and nano-scale secondary α precipitates—offers a promising strategy to bypass the strength-ductility trade-off. Beyond classical microstructure descriptors (e.g., volume fraction, size, shape, orientation, coherency state, and spatial distribution), the variant distribution of precipitates crucially governs mechanical properties. However, the variant distribution behavior remains poorly understood for super-refined α precipitate ( < 100 nm ). For the first time, this work systematically investigates the size-dependent variant distribution of α precipitates in an α / β Ti alloy by integrating Transmission Kikuchi Diffraction (TKD) characterization and crystallographic analysis. Notably, inter-variant misorientation is quantified using misorientation axis analysis rather than conventional angular thresholds. A precipitate size-dependent variant distribution is identified, where the spatial correlation and occurrence frequency of α variants linked by the Type B misorientation axis-angle pair [ 1 ‾ 2 1 ‾ 0 ] α / 60.0 ° strengthens as precipitate size decreases. These experimental observations are validated through phase-field simulations that generate α precipitates with varying sizes and number densities. Mechanistic analysis reveals that finer α precipitates, formed via an ω -assisted nucleation mechanism, amplify elastic interactions that promote strain-induced correlated nucleation, driving the stronger preference of Type B inter-variant correlations. The study provides crucial insights into the distribution and characteristics of the super-refined α phase in titanium alloys and may contribute to the understanding of deformation mechanism of the highly heterogeneous precipitate microstructure.

Crowd counting for static images is one of the typical application fields of image processing. it is essential to direct crowd analysis for public security purposes under the background of a rapidly growing social environment. Crowd counting for static images involves crucial challenges such as occlusions, scale variations, scene perspective distortions and diverse crowd distributions. It has now become an independent research hotspot. This paper investigates the literature of crowd counting tasks, summarizes the evolution of counting approaches, compares and analyzes traditional methods and current trends of CNN estimation-based counting, and then evaluates common datasets for crowd counting tasks. Conclusions concerning summarizations and prospects are made.
