There are evident sequential patterns in human visits to different locations in daily life, which has led to the emergence of numerous sequence-based geographic location recommendation methods. However, previous research has mainly focused on considering the sequential patterns of check-ins as a whole, while overlooking the fact that users’ interactive behaviors at check-in locations are likely to influence their preferences for those locations, and subsequently impact their future check-in decisions. The problem of how to fully leverage a user’s overall location sequence and location interaction data to provide more personalized recommendations is still unresolved. To address this issue, we propose a geographic location recommendation model called UBSI (User Behavior and Sequence Influence) in this article. Our model is constructed based on check-in sequence, weight model, collaborative filtering, and n th-order additive Markov chain. First, UBSI collects users’ check-in sequence and interaction behavior data, generates interest weight using a weight model, integrates personalized data using collaborative filtering method, and finally applies the weighted n th-order additive Markov chain to mine sequential pattern of user check-ins for location recommendations. Finally, we conducted extensive experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach. In recent years, with the rapid development of drone photography technology, drones have emerged as a new method for photography and observation. We have applied object detection technology to drone photography and proposed a YOLO-style 2D object detection network called YOLOvis based on the YOLOv8 architecture. We introduced the PatchFPN structure to improve the network's robustness in detecting small objects and proposed the TranConcat structure to scale features for enhanced usability. YOLOvis utilizes the challenging VisDrone data set as the model's task data set. With a slight increase in computational cost, the model achieves an accuracy of mAP50 33.7%, which is a 3.7% improvement compared to YOLOv8 of the same size and a 17.0% improvement compared to YOLOv5 of the same size. Additionally, to better tailor the model to specific needs, we have proposed YOLOvis models of different sizes. The code and pretrained models are in https://***/BarryGUN/bgyolo_v8_***. © 2024 SPIE.

data clustering is an essential technique for analyzing complex datasets and continues to be a central research topic in data *** clustering algorithms,such as K-means,are widely used due to their simplicity and *** paper proposes a novel Spiral Mechanism-Optimized Phasmatodea Population Evolution Algorithm(SPPE)to improve clustering *** SPPE algorithm introduces several enhancements to the standard Phasmatodea Population Evolution(PPE)***,a Variable Neighborhood Search(VNS)factor is incorporated to strengthen the local search capability and foster population ***,a position update model,incorporating a spiral mechanism,is designed to improve the algorithm’s global exploration and convergence ***,a dynamic balancing factor,guided by fitness values,adjusts the search process to balance exploration and exploitation *** performance of SPPE is first validated on CEC2013 benchmark functions,where it demonstrates excellent convergence speed and superior optimization results compared to several state-of-the-art metaheuristic *** further verify its practical applicability,SPPE is combined with the K-means algorithm for data clustering and tested on seven *** results show that SPPE-K-means improves clustering accuracy,reduces dependency on initialization,and outperforms other clustering *** study highlights SPPE’s robustness and efficiency in solving both optimization and clustering challenges,making it a promising tool for complex data analysis tasks.

High mobility and non-independent and identically distributed (non-iid) data in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) pose challenges for the convergence speed and accuracy of federated learning model training. Traditional federated learning approaches fail to account for the unique characteristics of local vehicle data, limiting the model performances. To address this, we propose a personalized hierarchical federated learning method tailored for heterogeneous IoV. Our approach customizes models for each vehicle, enhancing their performance on local data. We introduce a network-aware client selection method that dynamically chooses vehicle clients based on their spatiotemporal distribution and changing channel conditions. Additionally, our fine-grained personalized learning method leverages frequency domain analysis to extract and retain both fundamental and personalized knowledge from local model parameters. This allows us to build highly accurate personalized models suited to each vehicle's data characteristics. Experimental results show that our method improves model accuracy by up to 10.31% and reduces training time by up to 24.93% compared to the latest personalized federated learning algorithms. © 2025 IEEE.

In today's society, the interactions between various entities form complicated attributed networks. The node classification task as the core task of analyzing attribute networks has gained a considerable amount of attention from researchers. The existing graph neural network-based node classification approaches all demand lots of labeled data, but a high percentage of node classes in practical scenarios contain only restricted labeled data. So their classification effect is not good. In response to this problem, we put forward an improved graph prototypical network (IGPN) to enhance the few-shot node classification's accuracy. In particular, we start by obtaining the embedding representations of nodes on the attributed network through a graph attention network. Then combined with the node's degree information and neighbor information, the importance coefficient of all nodes in the support set is learned. After that, we can obtain the prototype representation of every class. Finally, the node classification can be completed by the distance of the query nodes' representation from all class prototypes. Our method is preferable to the baseline method on three datasets according to a large number of experiments. © 2022 IEEE.

With the rapid rise of the Industrial Internet, emails that convey a large amount of information require a strong network security environment. Aiming at the increasingly complex mail virus prevention and control work under the background of the industrial Internet, this paper designs and implements a mail anti-virus gateway system. First, design the overall process and structure of the mail virus processing system;then, design an extended mail receiving and sending protocol on the basis of the public framework, thereby ensuring the convenience of the system for use in different roles and environments. In the detection and filtering part of mail virus, an anti-virus engine containing multiple sub-function modules is designed to detect and filter viruses in mail text and attachments. Through the function test of 1000 kinds of virus mails, it is found that the mail anti-virus gateway system designed in this article can detect and filter most types of mail viruses. Compared with the virus detection on the client and server, the anti-virus gateway system has better performance And efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

In the area of social network, different attributes have different effects on the structure of network. Most of the existing privacy protection methods for attributed networks ignore the situation which different attributes have different effects on the network structure. They protect the privacy of the attributes indiscriminately. In respect of the issues above, a differentially private discrete multi-attributed network releasing method is proposed. Firstly, a probability model of discrete multi-attributed network is structured and the correlation parameter between multiple attributes and network structure is defined. The factor with different effects of different attributes on network structure is added into the model. Then, the algorithm uses the correlation parameter to establish the partition model of metadata and divides the metadata into different groups. As the group has different network model and attribute between each other, the groups are independence. The differential privacy of discrete multi-attributed network is realized through sanitizing parameters of the model and allocating metadata using exponential mechanism. Finally, experiment on real datasets verifies that the algorithm can satisfy the characteristics of the discrete multi-attributed network. It can also improve the efficiency and data availability. © 2023 SPIE.
