This paper aims to enhance the efficiency of teaching and learning by leveraging computer vision technology for automated analysis of student behavior in the classroom. We propose a feature-enhanced method for recognizing student behavior, which integrates an Upsampling module (UPS) and a convolutional block layer (CBL) module into the YOLOv5 model. This innovative approach significantly improves the detection and feature extraction capabilities for student targets, effectively addressing challenges associated with small-sized targets and lowresolution images. Through algorithm optimization, it achieves a balance in sample diversity, enhancing the model's adaptability and generalizability in complex classroom environments. Building upon these technological advancements, we have developed a Classroom Student Posture Perception System (CSP2S). This system integrates functions for data collection, student behavior detection, and result visualization. The CSP2S operates in realtime by capturing and analyzing students' behavioral dynamics while providing teachers with immediate feedback. Experimental results demonstrate that this system substantially reduces teachers' workload in student assessment, offering significant potential to improve teaching effectiveness. These robust technical advancements provide strong support for future applications in real educational environments. © 2023 IEEE.

—Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have emerged as the potential aerial base stations (BSs) to improve terrestrial communications. However, the limited onboard energy and antenna power of a UAV restrict its communication range and transmission capability. To address these limitations, this work employs collaborative beamforming through a UAV-enabled virtual antenna array to improve transmission performance from the UAV to terrestrial mobile users, under interference from non-associated BSs and dynamic channel conditions. Specifically, we introduce a memory-based random walk model to more accurately depict the mobility patterns of terrestrial mobile users. Following this, we formulate a multi-objective optimization problem (MOP) focused on maximizing the transmission rate while minimizing the flight energy consumption of the UAV swarm. Given the NP-hard nature of the formulated MOP and the highly dynamic environment, we transform this problem into a multi-objective Markov decision process and propose an improved evolutionary multi-objective reinforcement learning algorithm. Specifically, this algorithm introduces an evolutionary learning approach to obtain the approximate Pareto set for the formulated MOP. Moreover, the algorithm incorporates a long short-term memory network and hyper-sphere-based task selection method to discern the movement patterns of terrestrial mobile users and improve the diversity of the obtained Pareto set. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively generates a diverse range of non-dominated policies and outperforms existing methods. Additional simulations demonstrate the scalability and robustness of the proposed CB-based method under different system parameters and various unexpected circumstances. © 2025 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.. In recent years, oriented object detection technology has made significant progress. Most oriented object detectors represent oriented bounding boxes by adding additional angle information to the horizontal bounding box representation, which leads to serious angle periodicity issues. To address these issues, this paper proposes double midpoint vectors (DMvectors) to represent oriented objects. For any oriented bounding box, we align the center point with the origin in the Cartesian coordinate system, and evenly distribute the midpoints of the box edges across the four quadrants. We use the midpoint of the first and second quadrants, as well as the width and height of the box, to represent the oriented bounding box. DMvectors solve the periodic problem of angles by implicitly including angle information in vectors. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method, we conducted extensive experiments on two common remote sensing datasets (DOTA and HRSC2016), and our method achieved competitive results. © 2023 IEEE.

The production of remote sensing products needs to go through various links of evaluation and deploy a variety of software and hardware resources. It is necessary to study how to improve the efficiency of service cluster deployment, simplify the evaluation process, and optimize its structure. This paper designs an intelligent service cluster construction method based on remote sensing applications, which realizes the accurate and efficient deployment of various complex network structures and equipment on the visual interface. The method is convenient and simple to operate. It can set various types of resource information according to the needs of users, can choose a more reasonable server cluster deployment plan, improve the efficiency of data storage and processing of remote sensing products, better serve users, and greatly promote The development of related industries. © 2022 IEEE.

The evaluation of programming course instruction is a key component of educational management. However, relying solely on supervising teachers for assessment poses challenges in comprehensive evaluation and providing feedback on students' classroom learning status. Additionally, a significant amount of monitoring video data from programming courses in Chinese universities remains underutilized. To address these challenges, this paper combines traditional educational management with artificial intelligence and proposes an intelligent algorithm for detecting students' learning status in programming courses. We first establish a dual YOLO network model to analyze students' postures and screen content in programming classroom monitoring videos, thereby identifying their behaviors. Subsequently, we develop a Programming Classroom Student Behavior Recognition System (PCSBS) that integrates data collection, student behavior detection, and result visualization functionalities. Experimental results demonstrate that the system can accurately provide feedback on students' programming course learning status, offering graded results that assist supervising teachers in their classroom instructional evaluation tasks to enhance educational management efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, the rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) devices has brought with it security risks, highlighting the need for management for IoT devices. Identification and classification are key components of devices management. However, existing work on IoT device identification is based on prior knowledge to manually extract features, resulting in too many redundant features and reducing devices identification accuracy. In this paper, we propose amodel called MDIoT. Our model use the multi-votingmethod for feature selection, and is combined with Multiobjective Genetic Algorithm to reduce redundancy features and noise. Experimental results show that our feature selection method is more efficient in feature selection and the classification accuracy is over 95%. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.

Thermal-aware routing protocols in WBANs consider temperature factors in the routing process for preventing overheating of the tissues surrounding the sensor ***,providing an energy-efficient and thermal-aware routing in WBANs is a challenging *** deal with this problem,this article presents a novel temperature-aware routing protocol that applies Mamdani-based Fuzzy Logic Controllers(FLCs)for selecting the next forwarding node in routing data *** FLCs apply five important input factors such as the priority of the packet,and sensor node's remaining energy,temperature,distance,and link path ***,a new hybrid version of the Marine Predator Algorithm(MPA),named MPAOA is presented by combining the exploration and exploitation phases of the MPA and Arithmetic Optimization Algorithm(AOA).This algorithm is effectively applied for selecting the best possible set of fuzzy rules for FLCs and tuning their fuzzy *** experiments conducted in the Castalia simulator exhibit that the proposed temperature and priority-aware routing scheme can outperform other well-known routing schemes such as LATOR,TTRP,TAEO,ATAR,and EOCC-TARA in terms of metrics such as sensor nodes lifetime,the average temperature of the sensor nodes,and the percentage of the packets routed through non-overheated ***,it is shown that the MPAOA outperforms other algorithms such as Bat Algorithm(BA),Genetic Algorithm(GA),AOA,and MPA regarding the specified metrics.

Event detection (ED) is a key subtask of information extraction to extract key events, such as stock rise and fall and social public opinion, from news or social media. Although current GCN-based event detection methods achieve remarkable success via building graphs with dependency trees, they typically suffer from two challenges: 1) They use sequence models to learn contextual information of sentences, ignoring the longterm dependencies problem of sequence models might learn ineffective information and make it propagate in GCN layers. 2) Most methods do not exploit global dependency label information and grammatical structure information that convey rich linguistic knowledge directly, and only consider local dependency label information. To cope with these challenges, we propose a novel event detection model via semantic-reconstructed graph transformer networks (SRGTNED), which incorporates semantic reconstruction and path information collection methods. Using the semantic reconstruction method, we assign a pruned sequence to each word based on the path information to capture contextual information consistent with sentence semantics. Moreover, to better utilize global dependency label information and grammatical structure information, a Graph Transformer Network (GTN)-based heterogeneous graph embedding framework is introduced to automatically learn path information between important words by converting sentences as heterogeneous graphs. We conduct experiments on the ACE2005 dataset and the Commodity News dataset, and the experimental results demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms 11 state-of-the-art baselines in terms of the F1-score.

In this paper, we present two novel energy-preserving schemes for the Schrödinger-Boussinesq system based on the second-order Adams prediction-correction method. We first introduce supplementary variables to the initial model simultaneous its invariants to obtain a consistent and structural stable system. Then, we discretize the extended system by directly using the Fourier pseudo-spectral method in space and second-order Adams prediction-correction method in time to construct conservative schemes. Numerical results show that the proposed schemes can reach second-order accuracy and can conserve the discrete invariants very well. © 2022 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

We study the baryon-baryon interactions with strangeness S=-2 and corresponding momentum correlation functions in leading order covariant chiral effective field *** relevant low energy constants are determined by fitting to the latest HAL QCD simulations,taking into account all the coupled *** the so-obtained strong interactions to the physical point and considering both quantum statistical effects and the Coulomb interaction,we calculate the ΛΛ and Ξ^(-)p correlation functions with a spherical Gaussian source and compare them with recent experimental *** find a good agreement between our predictions and the experimental measurements by using the source radius determined in proton-proton correlations,which demonstrates the consistency between theory,experiment,and lattice QCD ***,we predict the Σ^(+)Σ^(+),Σ^(+)Λ,and Σ^(+)Σ^(-) interactions and corresponding momentum correlation *** further investigate the influence of the source shape and size of the hadron pair on the correlation functions studied and show that the current data are not very sensitive to the source *** experimental measurements of the predicted momentum correlation functions will provide a non-trivial test of not only SU(3) flavor symmetry and its breaking but also the baryon-baryon interactions derived in covariant chiral effective field theory.
