With the proliferation of data-intensive industrial applications, the collaboration of computing powers among standalone edge servers is vital to provision such services for smart devices. In this paper, we propose an edge-driven industrial computing power network (CPN) by orchestrating the computing and network resources of edge servers through the centralized resource scheduling and decentralized task computing. However, efficient task offloading and collaborative processing is challenging, which requires higher degrees of network automation and intelligence. Therefore, we incorporate digital twins (DTs) into the edge-driven CPN architecture, where the DTs are created as the digital replicas to assist both the computation offloading and collaborative processing. A joint optimization problem of the computing power assignment, service association, task partition, and transmit power control is formulated for maximizing the system average weighted utility. Due to the temporal-spatial variability of tasks and the resulted dynamic environment, we transform the original problem as a Markov decision process aiming at maximizing the long-term average weighted utility. To efficiently handle the high-dimensional discrete-continuous action space, a hybrid soft actor-critic based deep reinforcement learning algorithm is developed for optimizing the joint design. Simulation results validate the superiority of our proposed algorithm over the benchmarks, showing the significant gains obtained by integrating DTs into the edge-driven CPN. © 1967-2012 IEEE.

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome infection can lead to cognitive dysfunction represented by changes in the default mode *** recent studies have been cross-sectional and thus have not revealed dynamic changes in the default mode network following acquired immune deficiency syndrome infection and antiretroviral ***,when brain imaging data at only one time point are analyzed,determining the duration at which the default mode network is the most effective following antiretroviral therapy after the occurrence of acquired immune deficiency ***,because infection times and other factors are often uncertain,longitudinal studies cannot be conducted directly in the ***,in this study,we performed a longitudinal study on the dynamic changes in the default mode network over time in a rhesus monkey model of simian immunodeficiency virus *** found marked changes in default mode network connectivity in 11 pairs of regions of interest at baseline and 10 days and 4 weeks after virus *** interactions between treatment and time were observed in the default mode network connectivity of regions of interest pairs area 31/V6.R and area 8/frontal eye field(FEF).L,area 8/FEF.L and caudal temporal parietal occipital area(TPOC).R,and area 31/V6.R and *** administered 4 weeks after infection not only interrupted the progress of simian immunodeficiency virus infection but also preserved brain function to a large *** findings suggest that the default mode network is affected in the early stage of simian immunodeficiency virus infection and that it may serve as a potential biomarker for early changes in brain function and an objective indicator for making early clinical intervention decisions.

To address the issues related to the ineffective identification of small targets in aerial images and the absence of real-time detection, we propose a lightweight algorithm FLF-YOLO based on the improvement of ***, FasterNet, an efficient lightweight network, is used instead of the original backbone network, which reduces the computational complexity and improves the inference speed;then, a bottleneck structure combining with LSKNet is designed, which dynamically adjusts the spatial receptive field to improve the detection accuracy in limited resources;finally, Proposing the Focal- a EIoU1.5 loss for adaptive enhancement of bbox regression accuracy through Power transform. Experiments on the open dataset VisDrone 2019 show that in comparison with the baseline model YOLOv5s, the inference speed is improved by 3%, mAP@0.5 is unchanged, and mAP@0.5:0.95 is increased by 1% under the premise of reducing the number of parameters and calculation amount by 37.3% and 37.7% respectively. © 2024 IEEE.

Road crack detection is of great significance for maintaining road quality, improving road safety, optimizing resource allocation and protecting environment. Aiming at the problems of low recognition accuracy, high false detection rate and false detection rate of existing road crack detection, an improved road crack detection algorithm YOLOv8-YP based on YOLOv8 is proposed. Firstly, the attention mechanism GAM is introduced into the backbone network and neck network to enhance the ability of extracting features of different scales from fracture images. Secondly, SPDConv is used to replace Conv in the backbone network to improve the recognition rate of slender and tiny cracks in the backbone network. Finally, DIoU function is used to optimize the bounding box loss of the network, so that the network can converge quickly and provide finer detection results. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm model YOLOv8-YP and the original algorithm YOLOv8n are improved by 2.2% and 2.3% in mAP @ 0.5 and mAP @ 0.5: 0.95, respectively. The improved algorithm YOLOv8-YP has better detection effect on road cracks, and can identify and locate road cracks quickly and accurately. © 2023 IEEE.

Temporal knowledge graphs (TKGs) have been identified as a promising approach to represent the dynamics of facts along the timeline. The extrapolation of TKG is to predict unknowable facts happening in the future, holding significant practical value across diverse fields. Most extrapolation studies in TKGs focus on modeling global historical fact repeating and cyclic patterns, as well as local historical adjacent fact evolution patterns, showing promising performance in predicting future un-known facts. Yet, existing methods still face two major challenges: (1) They usually neglect the importance of historical information in KG snapshots related to the queries when encoding the local and global historical information;(2) They exhibit weak anti-noise capabilities, which hinders their performance when the inputs are contaminated with noise. To this end, we propose a novel Local-global history-aware Contrastive Learning model (LogCL) for TKG reasoning, which adopts contrastive learning to better guide the fusion of local and global historical information and enhance the ability to resist interference. Specifically, for the first challenge, LogCL proposes an entity-aware attention mechanism applied to the local and global historical facts encoder, which captures the key historical information related to queries. For the latter issue, LogCL designs a local-global query contrast module, effectively improving the robustness of the model. The experimental results on four benchmark datasets demonstrate that LogCL delivers better and more robust performance than the state-of-the-art baselines. In recent years,China has witnessed the rapid development in housing finance,and there have emerged constantly real estate finance innovations;however,there exists no relevant index for measuring the innovations of China's real estate *** on the perspectives of the governments,enterprises and the public,this paper constructs the"innovation index of real estate finance"on a quarterly basis from 2009 to 2019,with the method of empowerment which combines the subjective method(analytic hierarchy process)and the objective one(range coefficient method).It clearly and concretely depicts the innovations in housing finance and the related temporal-spatial characteristics in China since the outbreak of the financial crisis in *** index covers 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,and analyzes its temporal and spatial *** findings show that there exist a strong spatial autocorrelation and a big regional difference in innovations.

Aiming at the k-winners-take-all(kWTA)operation,this paper proposes a gradient-based differential kWTA(GDk WTA)*** obtaining the network,theorems and related proofs are provided to guarantee the exponential convergence and noise resistance of the proposed GD-kWTA ***,numerical simulations are conducted to substantiate the preferable performance of the proposed network as compared with the traditional ***,the GD-k WTA network,backed with a consensus filter,is utilized as a robust control scheme for modeling the competition behavior in the multi-robot coordination,thereby further demonstrating its effectiveness and feasibility.
