Domain adaptation (DA) -based RUL prediction methods have achieved great success for the adaptation ability of the distribution discrepancy between the source and target domains. However, DA methods are powerless when the target domain data are not available for training. To solve this problem, we propose an inter-domain intra-domain normalized generalization (IDIDNG) network, which consists of three modules, respectively, the pre-processing module, the feature transformation module, and the RUL prediction module. First, we design the pre-processing module to process the bearing vibration data with peak-to-peak and Z-score. Finally, it is connected into a four-dimensional array. In the feature transformation module, via intra-domain and inter-domain normalization as well as mean-variance cross-swap, we transform the data distribution expressions of invariant features of bearings from the perspective of different bearings and different degradation stage of one bearing, such that the model enables to learn the intra-domain and inter-domain discrepancy. Further we design four adaptable weighting parameters into the intra-domain normalization to learn the appropriate normalized mean and variance via the model training. Finally, we design the GRU-based RUL prediction module to predict the unknown bearings. We conducted experiments under the PHM2012 dataset, experimental results show that our method achieves satisfactory prediction accuracy in the unknown bearings.

knowledge graphs (KGs) play an increasingly im-portant role in many knowledge-aware tasks. However, existing KGs are struggle with incompleteness, which motivates knowledge graph completion (KGC), that is, predicting the lost links between entities based on observed triples. Reasoning over relation paths in incomplete KGs is popular. Nonetheless, some significant issues are still remained to be addressed, such as path noise and ambiguity of inferred relation. To address these problems, we propose a novel path augmented _Reasoning model with avoidance of Path noise and Disambiguation of inferred relation in this paper, referred to as RPD. In this model, we calculate the sum of resource allocation for each relation path to measure its reliability to avoid the inference of path noise. To address the ambiguity of an inferred relation, we introduce position embedding to denote the relation position along the path when learning path representation. Extensive experiments conducted on benchmark datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposal RPD model in the handling of KGC tasks compared to SOTAs.

Remote sensing product production is an important task in the field of remote sensing engineering. Compared with the production process of remote sensing products, the implementation process of remote sensing product production is a multi-Task serial and highly concurrent process that integrates a large number of remote sensing digital image processing algorithms and various processes. Remote sensing product workflows transform complex computing tasks into processes that can be described, managed, and automated. In the workflow, algorithms are the smallest execution unit of tasks, and their execution time has a significant impact on the performance and efficiency of the entire workflow. Therefore, accurate prediction of algorithm execution time is crucial for optimizing workflow performance. This paper proposes and designs an algorithm execution time predictor for remote sensing product workflows. Firstly, feature extraction algorithms are used to extract features from algorithm execution logs, and the prediction model suitable for this scenario is determined by analyzing the characteristics of operators in remote sensing product workflows. Then, the model is trained using historical data sets, and the test set results are compared with the actual execution time to verify the accuracy and practicality of the model. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm execution time predictor outperforms the baseline model in terms of prediction accuracy and time efficiency © COPYRIGHT SPIE. Spatial-Temporal Semantic Feature Interaction Network for Semantic Change Detection in Remote Sensing Images

Semantic Change Detection (SCD) in Remote Sensing Images (RSI) aims to identify changes in the type of Land Cover/Land Use (LCLU). The "from-to" information of the acquired image has more profound practical significance than Binary Change Detection (BCD). However, most deep learning-based SCD algorithms do not fully exploit the spatial-temporal information of multilevel features, leading to challenges in extracting LCLU features in complex scenes. To address these issues, we propose a Spatial-Temporal Semantic Feature Interaction Network (STS-FINet) to improve the performance of SCD in RSI. The proposed STS-FINet comprises a Multi-Scale Feature Extraction Encoder (MS-FEE), a Transformer-based Multilevel Feature Interaction module (TML-FI), and a Multilevel Feature Fusion Decoder (ML-FFD). The MS-FEE extracts deep semantic and differential information from the RSI. The TML-FI is designed to mine the spatial-temporal information by extracting long-range dependencies and spatial information from multilevel features to improve spatial perception. Moreover, Mixed Spatial Reasoning Convolution block (MixSrc) is presented to enrich the spatial information by extracting the multiscale features, thus improving the model's capability to interpret complex scenes. Finally, ML-FFD integrates the multilevel features, resulting in the generation of the semantic change map. The effectiveness of the proposed STS-FINet is verified on two high-resolution RSI datasets. Experimental results show that the proposed STS-FINet achieves better change detection performance than SOTA methods. © 2008-2012 IEEE.

Characterizing the trajectory of the healthy aging brain and exploring age-related structural changes in the brain can help deepen our understanding of the mechanism of brain ***,most structural magnetic resonance imaging literature explores brain aging merely from the perspective of morphological features,which cannot fully utilize the grayscale values containing important intrinsic information about brain *** this study,we propose the construction of two-dimensional horizontal visibility graphs based on the pixel intensity values of the gray matter slices *** network structure entropy(NNSE)is then introduced to quantify the overall heterogeneities of these *** results demonstrate a decrease in the NNSEs of gray matter with *** with the middle-aged and the elderly,the larger values of the NNSE in the younger group may indicate more homogeneous network structures,smaller differences in importance between nodes and thus a more powerful ability to tolerate *** addition,the hub nodes of different adult age groups are primarily located in the precuneus,cingulate gyrus,superior temporal gyrus,inferior temporal gyrus,parahippocampal gyrus,insula,precentral gyrus and postcentral *** study can provide a new perspective for understanding and exploring the structural mechanism of brain aging.

The graph regularized nonnegative matrix factorization (GNMF) algorithms have received a lot of attention in the field of machine learning and data mining, as well as the square loss method is commonly used to measure the quality of reconstructed data. However, noise is introduced when data reconstruction is performed;and the square loss method is sensitive to noise, which leads to degradation in the performance of data analysis tasks. To solve this problem, a novel graph regularized sparse NMF (GSNMF) is proposed in this article. To obtain a cleaner data matrix to approximate the high-dimensional matrix, the l1-norm to the low-dimensional matrix is added to achieve the adjustment of data eigenvalues in the matrix and sparsity constraint. In addition, the corresponding inference and alternating iterative update algorithm to solve the optimization problem are given. Then, an extension of GSNMF, namely, graph regularized sparse nonnegative matrix trifactorization (GSNMTF), is proposed, and the detailed inference procedure is also shown. Finally, the experimental results on eight different datasets demonstrate that the proposed model has a good performance. © 2014 IEEE.

As innumerable events are reported on Weibo every day, it becomes especially important to predicate the event development trends early as possible. Weibo has been indispensable to the public life;its topic heat predication has become one of the hotspot subjects in data excavation for it provides the basis for public opinion monitoring. In this paper, a non-parametric method is adopted to predicate the heat variation of topic. This method, while maintaining the lower error rate, can effectively predicate whether the topic is heating up. Through the experiment, the parameters can be set flexibly to balance the detection time, true positive rate and false positive rate. The algorithm proposed in this research is effective and extendible, it is believed to help the Sina weibo developer and government in public opinion monitoring. According to this requirement, a non-parametric method is proposed to predicate the development trend of Sina weibo topics. © 2018 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

Academic collaboration has become one of the topics of large-scale social network analysis. The information extracted from academic collaboration also shows the contextual value in combination with other data. For academic collaborative social networks with intricate collaborative relationships, previous research methods mainly focused on network structure and community discovery, lacking in mining the characteristics of relationships in collaborative networks. There were some limitations in the research perspective. In this work, we propose a collaborative relationship representation method that is more suitable for academic collaborative social networks. It marks the attribute characteristics of nodes in collaborative relationships and highlights collaborative relationships in visualization. By adopting this new representation of collaborative relationships, we designed a visual analysis framework NcoVis, to visualize academic collaborative social networks. We further visually analyze the link relationship groups guided by nodes, and explore the potential representation of the structure and attribute characteristics of link relationships, so that analysts can explore the theme and structural change characteristics of link relationships, communities and the whole network in collaborative social networks. To prove the proposed framework, we conducted a case study on the academic collaboration literature data set, and analyzed the questionnaire with Likert scale through the user evaluation experiment, which verified the effectiveness of our method and the practicability of NcoVis. © 2022 IEEE.

Voice is one of the most widely used media for information transmission in human society. While high-quality synthetic voices are extensively utilized in various applications, they pose significant risks to content security and trust building. Numerous studies have concentrated on AI-synthesized voice detection to mitigate these risks, with many claiming to achieve promising performance. However, recent research has demonstrated that fake voice detectors suffer from serious overfitting to speaker-irrelative features (SiFs) and cannot be used in real-world scenarios. In this paper, we analyze the limitations of existing fake voice detectors and propose a new design philosophy, guiding the detection model to prioritize learning human voice features rather than the difference between the human voice and the synthetic voice. Based on this philosophy, we propose a novel AI-synthesized voice detection framework named SiFSafer, which uses pre-trained speech representation models to enhance the learning of feature distribution in human voices and the adapter fine-tuning to optimize the performance. The evaluation shows that the average EERs of existing fake voice detectors in the ASVspoof datasets can exceed 20% if the SiFs like silence segments are removed, while SiFSafer achieves an EER of less than 8%, indicating that SiFSafer is robust to SiFs and strongly resistant to existing attacks. © 2024 ACM.
