Traditional tumor models do not tend to accurately simulate tumor growth in vitro or enable personalized treatment and are particularly unable to discover more beneficial targeted *** address this,this study describes the use of threedimensional(3D)bioprinting technology to construct a 3D model with human hepatocarcinoma SMMC-7721 cells(3DP-7721)by combining gelatin methacrylate(GelMA)and poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)as two immiscible aqueous phases to form a bioink and innovatively applying fluorescent carbon quantum dots for long-term tracking of *** GelMA(10%,mass fraction)and PEO(1.6%,mass fraction)hydrogel with 3:1 volume ratio offered distinct pore-forming characteristics,satisfactorymechanical properties,and biocompatibility for the creation of the 3DP-7721 *** analysis and quantitative real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR)were used to evaluate the biological properties of the *** with the two-dimensional culture cell model(2D-7721)and the 3D mixed culture cell model(3DM-7721),3DP-7721 significantly improved the proliferation of cells and expression of tumor-related proteins and ***,we evaluated the differences between the three culture models and the effectiveness of antitumor drugs in the three models and discovered that the efficacy of antitumor drugs varied because of significant differences in resistance proteins and genes between the three *** addition,the comparison of tumor formation in the three models found that the cells cultured by the 3DP-7721 model had strong tumorigenicity in nude *** evaluation of the levels of biochemical indicators related to the formation of solid tumors showed that the 3DP-7721 model group exhibited pathological characteristics of malignant tumors,the generated solid tumors were similar to actual tumors,and the deterioration was *** research therefore acts as a foundation for the application of 3DP-7721 models in drug devel

For wearable exoskeletons, ensuring safety and stability while reducing the effort of human lower limbs during walking remains a challenge. The level of safety can be guaranteed by constraining the exoskeleton robot to never exhibit any erratic behavior. But beyond that, the cooperative motion generated in human-exoskeleton interactions should be truly intuitive and should minimize the limitations of human performance. Therefore, this paper presented a new adaptive admittance control law, which not only ensures the stability of the lower limb exoskeleton in the constrained motion but also provides a very harmonious human-exoskeleton interaction. The proposed approach is applied to the movement of the exoskeleton containing the knee joint in the swing phase. The input of the admittance control system is the human-exoskeleton interaction force measured by one single-dimensional force sensor. The performance of the method was theoretically analyzed and discussed. Experiments were conducted in Matlab simulation environment to verify the effectiveness of aid to the swinging leg. Compared with the fixed admittance control, the adaptive admittance control system optimized by a Recurrent Neural Network(RNN) greatly improves the level of interaction between the exoskeleton and the wearer. © 2021 IEEE.

Fan plays an irreplaceable role in the ventilation of underground environment. It will cause serious consequences once the fan fails. So it is essential to do fault diagnosis of fan to prevent the emergence of break down. Spectral analysis method is a simple and effective method for signal analysis and it has been widely used in fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. This paper has researched the bearing fault of fan on the base of in-depth study of the frequency characteristics of typical faults fan. High-frequency noise of vibration signal has been removed through wavelet soft thresholding method. Get its spectrum characteristic of the reconstructed signal, and then the failure category of signal is discriminated by comparing its characteristic frequency to typical faults frequency in theory. Combining the advantage of LabVIEW and MATLAB, we implement the algorithm through two of them, accomplishing denoising and spectral analysis of vibration signals, completing fault diagnosis of fan. © 2015 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Soft Exosuit is a kind of Lower-limb wearable robots to augment and assist the wearer's performance. The wearer need different assistance modes to reduce the metabolic rate when walking on different terrains. Therefore, assistance modes need to be selected according to different terrains for the wearer of soft Exosuit. Recently, our team has designed a stable terrain classification and recognition system (TCRS) for the soft Exosuit to discriminate terrains and estimating environmental features. Through this system, soft Exosuit can perceive the environment to auxiliary control of the locomotion modes. A depth sensor with an inertial measurement unit(IMU) can acquire to stabilize the point cloud of environments. Subsequently, the 2D point cloud is extracted from the origin 3D point cloud. Then, they are classified to estimate terrain environmental features, including the incline angle of the slope, the width, and the stairs' height. Finally, the TCRS was evaluated by classifying and recognizing five basic terrains in three different experimental scenarios while the subject was wearing the soft Exosuit with the TCRS module. The results show that the terrain classification accuracy rate reaches 97.74 %, and the environmental features estimation error is less than 15 %. The promising results indicate the robustness and the potential application of the presented TCRS to provide proper auxiliary force to reduce the metabolic rate of wearers on different terrains. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper presents a method of using optical sensor for mobile robot localization, which improves the accuracy of position estimation by using extended Kalman filter to fuse three kinds of sensor data. By installing the optical mouse sensor on the edge of the robot's central axis, the linear and angular speed of the robot can be calculated. These help to solve the problem of wheel-slip and the accumulation error of yaw angle that obtained by low-cost MEMS IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). An extended Kalman filter method that fuse the data from wheel encoder, IMU and optical mouse sensor is implemented. Eventually, experiments of position estimation were carried out on our own two-wheel drive robot. By comparing the accuracy of fusion algorithm in many ways, it indicated that the location result that of three kinds of sensors is better than that of one or two sensors in traditional way, and the error of position estimation is generally within 0.6%. © 2018 IEEE

In the research of Prognostics and Health Management (PHM), prediction is a dynamic process, and the corresponding maintenance decisions are also dynamic. The problem of updating and termination decisions in dynamic sequential decision-making is a rarely studied but worthy of attention problem. To address these problems, a joint decision-making and termination problem for sequential prediction maintenance and spare parts ordering under dynamic remaining life prediction was studied. The Bayesian update and EM algorithm were used in combination to achieve dynamic remaining life and reliability prediction. An adaptive detection and sequential prediction maintenance strategy based on dynamic prediction results was developed, and a judgment criterion for decision termination was given. At the adaptive detection moment, the system balanced the cost of spare parts storage and stockout, preventive maintenance cost, and post-failure maintenance cost, and determined the optimal maintenance and spare parts ordering time. Based on the termination criterion, the truly executed maintenance and spare parts ordering time were selected from the dynamic redundant decision results. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy and method were verified through experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

With increased penetration of distributed energy resources and electric vehicles (EVs), EV charging stations integrated with energy storage (ES) is regarded as an important measure to mitigate the power fluctuation and support the distribution networks. Therefore, this paper works on the dispatch strategy of distribution networks with EV charging stations coupled with ES. Firstly, a within-day dispatch model of distribution network is established which consider the characteristics of EV charging load. Secondly, an optimal dispatch strategy is proposed to minimize the daily operation cost, which consider the difference of electricity price under peak and valley load curve. Finally, Case studies are conducted and the simulation results demonstrate that the proposed dispatch strategy can greatly reduce the economic operation costs and smooth the power fluctuations within the charging station. © 2019 IEEE.

In this paper,allowing for general transmission and recovery times distributions,we proposed an edge-based age-structured-like compartmental model for STIs(EBACMS)in a coupled *** considered sexual transmissions between men with also heterosexual ***,we gave the general approach of proving the nonnegativity of solutions for the system coupling ordinary and partial differen-tial equations,which can be applied to all edge-based compartment *** then analyzed the epidemic threshold Ro with different distributions which couples the thresholds of the single-layer and bipartite networks in the percolation *** also studied the global stability of disease-free equilibrium with R0<1 and the final epidemic size F(the proportion of the population experiencing infection during the epidemic)with R0>*** addition,numerical simulations indicated that given a fixed exponential transmission distribution,a higher variance(with same mean)in general recovery distribution gives smaller R0 and *** analysis on Ro and F in terms of the parameters illustrated that male-to-male transmission routes have a greater impact on Rg and F than the heterosexual transmission routes for the Markovian transmission process and arbitrary recovery *** results provide a good theoretical guideline to consider the distributions of real-world STIs.

To weaken the pulsation of the harmonic magnetic field and improve the wave of the air-gap magnetic field in high voltage motors because of their open slots, magnetic slot wedge should be imbedded into the slot opening. In the paper, through analyzing the air-gap magnetic field distribution of large-scale motors affected by embedding magnetic slot wedges in open slots, the influence of magnetic slot wedge on the motor parameters and performance is discussed in theory. The finite element analysis (FEA) and the experiment results were given, which not only proves the validity of the analysis in the paper, also through the simulation results the proper parameters of magnetic slot wedges for best performance of motors were concluded, which provides a theoretical reference for the manufacturers when choosing or processing magnetic slot wedges. © 2008 IEEE.
