In multi-site brain disease diagnosis studies, traditional centralized training methods necessitate sharing medical data, posing significant privacy risks. Federated learning (FL) offers a privacy-preserving solution by enabling global model training through aggregating locally trained models from multiple data centers without sharing raw data. However, current FL approaches rely on a server-based network topology, where central server failure disrupts training. Additionally, data heterogeneity across sites often slows convergence and reduces accuracy. To overcome these issues, we introduce a decentralized personalized federated learning collaborative aggregation network (pFedCAN). This framework has two core components: (1) separating local models into shared and personalized layers, and (2) forming a collaborative aggregation network via similarity detection in the shared layers. Specifically, each center trains its local model, then separates it into shared and personalized layers. The shared layer is exchanged with other centers, while the personalized layer remains local. Data centers analyze similarities in received shared layers to build a collaborative network, where shared layers from similar centers are aggregated to refine the model. This approach flexibly adapts to varying levels of data heterogeneity, enhancing model training efficiency. Validation on public datasets, ABIDE I and ADHD, shows that the proposed method outperforms current leading techniques. © 2024 IEEE.

Exposure correction aims to adjust the exposure of an under- and over-exposed image to enhance its overall visual quality. The core challenge of this task lies in that it requires to faithfully restore both the structure and perception information. In this work, we present a novel exposure correction method, referred to as CLIP-RestoreX, that leverages structural and perceptual priors from CLIP to tackle exposure correction. Specifically, we in CLIP-RestoreX propose to perform exposure correction by aligning CLIP-based structural and perceptual feature of the impaired image with its ground-truth image. To better restore the damaged structural information and perceptual information, we further design a frequency-domain based feature enhancement diffusion model, where we utilize the globality of Fourier transform to help reveal potential the relationship within the features. We conduct extensive experiments on several benchmark datasets. The results demonstrate that the proposed CLIP-RestoreX outperforms state-of-the-art exposure correction methods. The primary purpose of acquiring network security situation elements is to detect and discover potential security threats from discrete and isolated data. In the complex network environment, the existing network security situation element acquisition technology has the problems of low extraction accuracy and low extraction efficiency. To solve these problems, a method for extracting network security situation elements based on Gradient Boosting Decision Tree (GBDT) is proposed. This method uses the attribute reduction function of rough set to preprocess the original data, which can effectively reduce redundancy. Furthermore, the initial parameters of GBDT are optimized by quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm to improve stability. Finally, the optimized GBDT classifier is used to classify and train with the reduced data set, and the accuracy of the final classifier is continuously improved by reducing the deviation via iterative optimization. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves significant results and outperforms several state-of-the-art algorithms to the extraction of network security situation elements on the UNSW-NB15 dataset.

With the continuous development of quantum communication in recent years, quantum key distribution (QKD) has also become a key technology in the field of quantum communication. Due to the limitation of physical resources and experimental conditions, the effectiveness of different communication protocols cannot be accurately analyzed. To solve this problem, a protocol simulation method is proposed, BB84 and B92 protocols are simulated and analyzed on a classic computer by this method. On the Eclipse IDE Developers platform, the simulation program of the quantum communication protocol was written using Java language, the simulation process under the ideal environment and the eavesdropping environment was analyzed with emphasis. The simulation results show that the key distribution efficiency of BB84 is about 50% without eavesdroppers, which is much higher than 25% of B92, and the key distribution efficiency under eavesdropping conditions is about 25% and 18%. The experimental results are consistent with theoretical expectations, verifying the correctness of the protocol simulation, and also proving the feasibility of using computers for quantum communication protocol simulation. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Single-atom catalysts,featuring some of the most unique activities,selectivity,and high metal utilization,have been extensively studied over the past *** their high activity,selectivity,especially towards small molecules or key intermediate conversions,they can be synergized together with other active species(typically other single atoms,atomic clusters,or nanoparticles)in either tandem or parallel or both,leading to much better performance in complex catalytic *** there have been reports on effectively combining the multiple components into one single catalytic entity,the combination and synergy between single atoms and other active species have not been reviewed and examined in a systematic ***,in this overview,the key synergistic interactions,binary complementary effects,and the bifunctional functions of single atoms with other active species are defined and discussed in *** integration functions of their marriages are in-vestigated with particular emphasis on the homogeneous and heterogeneous combinations,spatial distribution,synthetic strategies,and the thus-derived outstanding catalytic performance,together with new light shined on the catalytic mechanisms by zooming in several case *** dynamic nature of each of the active species and in particular their interactions in such new catalytic entities in the heterogeneous electrocatalytic processes are visited,on the basis of the in situ/operando ***,we feature the current chal-lenges and future perspectives of these integrated catalytic entities that can offer guidance for advanced catalyst design by the rational combination and synergy of binary or multiple active species.

In this study,a commercial magnesium alloy AZ31(Mg-3Al-1Zn-0.3Mn)sheet through a short manufacturing process was found to be ductile and highly formable in *** possessing a strong basal texture,the short-processed sheet without any annealing can be bent at a small radius,only 0.2 times its thickness in the 90°bending ***,it could withstand direct deformation by repeated *** in-situ microstructural characterization reveals that extension twin bands with strain localization appear in the bending *** subsequent flattening,these twin bands underwent detwinning,reducing local strain concentrations and enabling further bending *** outstanding bend formability originated from the significant-type dislocation loops slipping on the prismatic crystal planes within dynamic-recrystallized *** grains underwent a uniform refinement to several microns in the short manufacturing process and exhibited low residual *** active prismatic dislocation slip within refined grains was due to its much lower relative activation stress to basal slip(CRSSprism/CRSSbasal of only∼1.6)owing to the effective grain boundary ***,the prismatic dislocation activity was further enhanced when bypassing Al-Mn nano-particles during motion,leaving debris and loops that facilitated easy multiplication.

Finite-time asynchronous dissipative filtering of conic-type nonlinear Markov jump systems

In the present study, the finite-time asynchronous dissipative filter design problem for the Markov jump systems with conic-type nonlinearity is studied. The hidden Markov model can describe the asynchronism embodied in the system modes and the filter modes reasonably. Moreover, a suitable LyapunovKrasovskii function is utilized and linear matrix inequalities are applied to obtain adequate conditions. These techniques guarantee the finite-time boundedness and strict dissipativity of the filtering error dynamic system. Furthermore, the design problems of the passive filter and the H∞ filter are studied by adjusting the three parameters U, G and V. Finally, the filter gains and the optimal index α*are obtained and the correctness and feasibility of the designed approach are verified by a simulation example.

Filter bank multicarrier technique (FBMC) is considered as a promising modulation technique suitable for future communications. However, the presence of intrinsic interference prevents the efficient implementation of techniques such as channel estimation. This paper presents a encode double auxiliary pilot channel estimation method (EDAP) for filter bank multicarrier offset quadrature amplitude modulation (FBMC/OQAM) systems. In order to eliminate the intrinsic interference, we add auxiliary symbols around the pilot, and at the same time perform a precoding process to minimize the auxiliary pilot energy loss and computational complexity. In order to validate the above method, the OQAM/FBMC system is modeled. Theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the method improves the channel estimation accuracy by 2.15-3.22 dB in double selective channels while maintaining low power consumption and low complexity.
