In this study,a commercial magnesium alloy AZ31(Mg-3Al-1Zn-0.3Mn)sheet through a short manufacturing process was found to be ductile and highly formable in *** possessing a strong basal texture,the short-processed sheet without any annealing can be bent at a small radius,only 0.2 times its thickness in the 90°bending ***,it could withstand direct deformation by repeated *** in-situ microstructural characterization reveals that extension twin bands with strain localization appear in the bending *** subsequent flattening,these twin bands underwent detwinning,reducing local strain concentrations and enabling further bending *** outstanding bend formability originated from the significant-type dislocation loops slipping on the prismatic crystal planes within dynamic-recrystallized *** grains underwent a uniform refinement to several microns in the short manufacturing process and exhibited low residual *** active prismatic dislocation slip within refined grains was due to its much lower relative activation stress to basal slip(CRSSprism/CRSSbasal of only∼1.6)owing to the effective grain boundary ***,the prismatic dislocation activity was further enhanced when bypassing Al-Mn nano-particles during motion,leaving debris and loops that facilitated easy multiplication.

The coprime array constructs virtual array to obtain higher degrees of freedom (DOF), but the premise of doing so is that the signals are independent of each other. Once there are coherent signals, the signal model of virtual array is destroyed and the method fails. To solve these problems, we propose the stepwise estimation of the Direction of Arrival (DOA) for a mixture of coherent and uncorrelated signals. Firstly, the symmetry of the two coprime subarrays is used to eliminate the uncorrelated signals, and combined with the properties of prime numbers, the coherent source DOA is jointly estimated. The obtained coherent source DOA was combined with the optimization algorithm to remove the coherent signal in the mixed signal. Finally, the virtual domain signal processing method was used to estimate the independent source DOA. This method can effectively reduce the influence of coherent signals on the accuracy of DOA estimation without loss of degrees of freedom. In this paper, the feasibility of the proposed method is proved by theoretical derivation, and the effectiveness of the method is also verified by experimental simulations.

This article introduces a comprehensive approach for designing and analyzing signal integrity in heterogeneous integrated systems that incorporate neuromorphic Darwin chips. The proposed integrated system architecture includes a neuromorphic Darwin chip, digital signal processing unit, microcontroller unit, field programmable gate arrays, and coding and decoding modules to encode and reconstruct analog spiking signals. The study evaluates the encoding module and the heterogeneous integration structure and conducts signal integrity analysis. To achieve optimal signal integrity performance, the article proposes a novel binocular eye diagram analysis technique. This innovative approach guides the encoding algorithm modification and improves the overall system performance. This research is the first to combine joint field-circuit simulation, heterogeneous integration modeling, and signal integrity analysis of the Darwin neuromorphic chip, and it is expected to serve as a valuable reference for future studies on similar systems. © 2022 IEEE.

Filter bank multicarrier technique (FBMC) is considered as a promising modulation technique suitable for future communications. However, the presence of intrinsic interference prevents the efficient implementation of techniques such as channel estimation. This paper presents a encode double auxiliary pilot channel estimation method (EDAP) for filter bank multicarrier offset quadrature amplitude modulation (FBMC/OQAM) systems. In order to eliminate the intrinsic interference, we add auxiliary symbols around the pilot, and at the same time perform a precoding process to minimize the auxiliary pilot energy loss and computational complexity. In order to validate the above method, the OQAM/FBMC system is modeled. Theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the method improves the channel estimation accuracy by 2.15-3.22 dB in double selective channels while maintaining low power consumption and low complexity.

We study the effect of waveguide thickness variations on the frequency spectrum of spontaneous parametric downconversion in the periodically-poled lithium niobate on insulator(LNOI)*** analyze several variation models and our simulation results show that thickness variations in several nanometers can induce distinct effects on the central peak of the spectrum,such as narrowing,broadening,and *** also prove that the effects of positive and negative variations can be canceled and thus lead to a variation-robust feature and an ultra-broad *** study may promote the development of on-chip photon sources in the LNOI platform,as well as opens up a way to engineer photon frequency state.

Multimodal fake news detection aims to automatically identify real or fake news, thereby mitigating the adverse effects caused by such misinformation. Although prevailing approaches have demonstrated their effectiveness, challenges persist in cross-modal feature fusion and refinement for classification. To address this, we present a residual-aware compensation network with multi-granularity constraints (RaCMC) for fake news detection, that aims to sufficiently interact and fuse cross-modal features while amplifying the differences between real and fake news. First, a multiscale residual-aware compensation module is designed to interact and fuse features at different scales, and ensure both the consistency and exclusivity of feature interaction, thus acquiring high-quality features. Second, a multi-granularity constraints module is implemented to limit the distribution of both the news overall and the image-text pairs within the news, thus amplifying the differences between real and fake news at the news and feature levels. Finally, a dominant feature fusion reasoning module is developed to comprehensively evaluate news authenticity from the perspectives of both consistency and inconsistency. Experiments on three public datasets, including Weibo17, Politifact and GossipCop, reveal the superiority of the proposed method. © 2025, Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (***). Large scale artificial intelligence (AI) models possess excellent capabilities in semantic representation and understanding, making them particularly well-suited for semantic encoding and decoding. However, the substantial scale of these AI models imposes unacceptable computational resources and communication delays. To address this issue, we propose a semantic communication scheme based on robust knowledge distillation (RKD-SC) for large scale model enabled semantic communications. In the considered system, a transmitter extracts the features of the source image for robust transmission and accurate image classification at the receiver. To effectively utilize the superior capability of large scale model while make the cost affordable, we first transfer knowledge from a large scale model to a smaller scale model to serve as the semantic encoder. Then, to enhance the robustness of the system against channel noise, we propose a channel-aware autoencoder (CAA) based on the Transformer architecture. Experimental results show that the encoder of proposed RKD-SC system can achieve over 93.3% of the performance of a large scale model while compressing 96.67% number of parameters. High-accurate and efficient numerical algorithms for the self-consistent field theory of liquid-crystalline polymers

Self-consistent field theory (SCFT) is one of the most widely-used frameworks in studying the equilibrium phase behavior of inhomogeneous polymers. For liquid-crystalline polymeric systems, the primary numerical challenges in solving SCFT involve efficiently solving a large number of 6-dimensional (6D, 3D space + 2D orientation + 1D contour) partial differential equations (PDEs), accurately determining subtle energy differences between self-assembled structures, and developing effective iterative methods for nonlinear SCFT iterations. To address these challenges, this work introduces a suite of high-order and efficient numerical methods tailored to SCFT of liquid-crystalline polymers. These methods include various advanced PDE solvers, an improved Anderson iteration algorithm to accelerate SCFT calculations, and an optimization technique for adjusting the computational domain during SCFT iterations. Extensive numerical tests demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed methods. Based on these algorithms, we further explore the self-assembly behavior of liquid-crystalline polymers through 4D, 5D, and 6D simulations, uncovering intricate 3D spatial structures.
