Network security assessment is an important method of evaluating network security. The existing researches of network security assessment have the problem that the method is not comprehensive and accurate. In order to solve this problem, we proposed a method of network security assessment based on a full host-based attack graph from the "point"and "plane"perspective. This method constructed a full host-based attack graph model, and proposed a splitting algorithm for weakly connected components of the full host-based attack graph. The algorithm is used to evaluate the network security from the "plane"perspective. Meanwhile, based on the full host-based attack graph and the theory of degree centrality and betweenness centrality, the key nodes in the network are evaluated. Therefore, this method accomplished the comprehensive and accurate security measurement of the network. The experimental results showed the effectiveness of the method. © 2020 ACM.

Code injection attack is a major security threat to applications, especially web applications. This type of attack stems from the attacker's ability to use the vulnerability/backdoor of the application to inject a malicious program into the server and execute it, or the application's lack of verification and filtering of user input parameters, resulting in the input being executed as a malicious program to achieve the attack aims. The existing defense methods, such as source program analysis and input rule matching, have inherent defects in the face of code injection attacks. In order to improve the defense effect of web applications against code injection attacks, a method against code injection based on instruction set randomization was proposed. The defense method does not depend on the attack method adopted by the attacker, and can resist unknown code injection attacks. Based on this technology, the concept of dynamic transformation is introduced to improve the defense ability. Even if the attacker obtains the randomization method, it is difficult to break through the system. Although this method requires randomized transformation of the application source code, the processing process is completely automated. Experiments show that this method can effectively resist code injection attacks and achieve active defense against attacks. © 2020 ACM.

In this study,a pulsed,high voltage driven hollow-cathode electron beam sources through an optical trigger is designed with characteristics of simple structure,low cost,and easy *** validate the new design,the characteristics of hollow-cathode discharge and electron beam characterization under pulsed high voltage drive are studied experimentally and discussed by discharge characteristics and analyses of waveform details,*** validation experiments indicate that the pulsed high voltage supply significantly improves the frequency and stability of the discharge,which provides a new solution for the realization of a high-frequency,high-energy electron beam *** peak current amplitude in the high-energy electron beam increases from 6.2 A to 79.6 A,which indicates the pulsed power mode significantly improves the electron beam ***,increasing the capacitance significantly affects the highcurrent,lower-energy electron beam more than the high-energy electron beam.

Task-Oriented 6-DoF Grasp Pose Detection in Clutters

In general, humans would grasp an object differently for different tasks, e.g., "grasping the handle of a knife to cut" vs. "grasping the blade to hand over". In the field of robotic grasp pose detection research, some existing works consider this task-oriented grasping and made some progress, but they are generally constrained by low-DoF gripper type or non-cluttered setting, which is not applicable for human assistance in real life. With an aim to get more general and practical grasp models, in this paper, we investigate the problem named Task-Oriented 6-DoF Grasp Pose Detection in Clutters (TO6DGC), which extends the task-oriented problem to a more general 6-DOF Grasp Pose Detection in Cluttered (multi-object) scenario. To this end, we construct a large-scale 6-DoF task-oriented grasping dataset, 6-DoF Task Grasp (6DTG), which features 4391 cluttered scenes with over 2 million 6-DoF grasp poses. Each grasp is annotated with a specific task, involving 6 tasks and 198 objects in total. Moreover, we propose One-Stage TaskGrasp (OSTG), a strong baseline to address the TO6DGC problem. Our OSTG adopts a task-oriented point selection strategy to detect where to grasp, and a task-oriented grasp generation module to decide how to grasp given a specific task. To evaluate the effectiveness of OSTG, extensive experiments are conducted on 6DTG. The results show that our method outperforms various baselines on multiple metrics. Real robot experiments also verify that our OSTG has a better perception of the task-oriented grasp points and 6-DoF grasp poses. © 2025, CC BY.

Wireless sensor network (WSN) is the cutting-edge technology of modern monitoring technology. There is a direct relationship between the length of its lifetime and its performance. Efficient and reasonable clustering and routing algorithm can reduce the energy loss in the network, which is of great significance for prolonging the network lifetime. The traditional WSN protocol has been difficult to meet the needs of the contemporary society. This paper focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional WSN protocol, and puts forward relevant improvement measures to optimize the traditional WSN protocol and extend the network life time. © 2020 IEEE.

With the continuous emergence of various social media platforms frequently used in daily life, the multimodal meme understanding (MMU) task has been garnering increasing attention. MMU aims to explore and comprehend the meanings of memes from various perspectives by performing tasks such as metaphor recognition, sentiment analysis, intention detection, and offensiveness detection. Despite making progress, limitations persist due to the loss of fine-grained metaphorical visual clue and the neglect of multimodal text-image weak correlation. To overcome these limitations, we propose a multi-granular multimodal clue fusion model (MGMCF) to advance MMU. Firstly, we design an object-level semantic mining module to extract object-level image feature clues, achieving fine-grained feature clue extraction and enhancing the model’s ability to capture metaphorical details and semantics. Secondly, we propose a brand-new global-local cross-modal interaction model to address the weak correlation between text and images. This model facilitates effective interaction between global multimodal contextual clues and local unimodal feature clues, strengthening their representations through a bidirectional cross-modal attention mechanism. Finally, we devise a dual-semantic guided training strategy to enhance the model’s understanding and alignment of multimodal representations in the semantic space. Experiments conducted on the widely-used MET-MEME bilingual dataset demonstrate significant improvements over state-of-the-art baselines. Specifically, there is an 8.14% increase in precision for offensiveness detection task, and respective accuracy enhancements of 3.53%, 3.89%, and 3.52% for metaphor recognition, sentiment analysis, and intention detection tasks. These results, underpinned by in-depth analyses, underscore the effectiveness and potential of our approach for advancing MMU. © 2025, Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (***). The structure of the network in the real world is very complex, as the dynamic network structure evolves in time dimension, how to detect network changes accurately and further locate abnormal nodes is a research hotspot. Most current feature learning methods are difficult to capture a variety of network connectivity patterns, and have a high time complexity. In order to overcome this limitation, we introduce the network embedding method into the field of network change detection, we find that node-based egonet can better reflect the connectivity patterns of the node, so a dynamic network embedding model Egonet2Vec is proposed, which is based on extracting the connectivity patterns of the node-based egonets. After the dynamic network representation learning, we use a dynamic network change detection strategy to detect network change time points and locate abnormal nodes. Twitter has become a crucial social networking platform for users to receive and exchange information about current events. Identifying the most influential users in social networks is pivotal for the efficient propagation of information. However, traditional influencer identification models often fall short of assessing users' influence comprehensively and neglect overlapping influence, which greatly restrains their efficiency and accuracy in identifying key users. To address such issues, we propose a method for identifying key users based on correlation and minimum distance (CM-UDM). This method can evaluate users' influence based on their individual, global, local, and propagation path characteristics in social networks. Additionally, we propose a key user decision graph in order to address the problem of overlapping users' influence. We have conducted experiments using one classical dataset and three real Twitter datasets, where the performance of our proposed method in identifying highly influential users is demonstrated. © 2023 IEEE.
