Interest Points Analysis for Internet Forum Based on Long-Short Windows Similarity

For Internet forum Points of Interest(PoI),existing analysis methods are usually lack of usability analysis under different conditions and ignore the long-term variation,which lead to blindness in method *** address this problem,this paper proposed a PoI variation prediction framework based on similarity analysis between long and short *** on the framework,this paper presented 5 PoI analysis algorithms which can be categorized into 2 types,i.e.,the traditional sequence analysis methods such as autoregressive integrated moving average model(ARIMA),support vector regressor(SVR),and the deep learning methods such as convolutional neural network(CNN),long-short term memory network(LSTM),Transformer(TRM).Specifically,this paper firstly divides observed data into long and short windows,and extracts key words as PoI of each ***,the PoI similarities between long and short windows are calculated for training and ***,series of experiments is conducted based on real Internet forum *** results show that,all the 5 algorithms could predict PoI variations well,which indicate effectiveness of the proposed *** the length of long window is small,traditional methods perform better,and SVR is the *** the contrary,the deep learning methods show superiority,and LSTM performs *** results could provide beneficial references for PoI variation analysis and prediction algorithms selection under different parameter configurations.

Binary Image Steganalysis Based on Symmetrical Local Residual Patterns

Residual computation is an effective method for gray-scale image steganalysis. For binary images, the residual computation calculated by the XOR operation is also employed in the local residual patterns(LRP) model for steganalysis. A binary image steganalytic scheme based on symmetrical local residual patterns(SLRP) is proposed. The symmetrical relationships among residual patterns are introduced that make the features more compact while reducing the dimensionality of the features set. Multi-scale windows are utilized to construct three SLRP submodels which are further merged to construct the final features set instead of a single *** with higher probability to be modified after embedding are emphasized and selected to construct the feature sets for training the support vector machine classifier. The experimental results show that the proposed steganalytic scheme is effective for detecting binary image steganography.

In this study,the separation and coalescence of oil-in-water emulsions are explored in an ultrasonic field using the lattice Boltzmann *** simulating the propagation of ultrasonic waves,this study focuses on examining the effects of acoustic wave frequency,the ratio of oil to water components,and the aspect ratio of the boundary on the emulsification and separation processes of oil-water *** following conclusions are drawn.①Frequency affects the speed of oil droplet separation,leading to an increase in droplet size over *** droplets are found near the source,while smaller droplets are distributed throughout the wave web.②As the boundary aspect ratio increases,the emulsification efficiency of the droplets weakens,and the system takes longer to stabilize.③Emulsions with a higher component of oil can better resist acoustic waves.④At the same acoustic frequency,longer wavelength ultrasonic fields promote the formation of uniformly distributed,smaller oil droplets,which is beneficial to the storage of *** numerical simulation results offer insights for optimizing conditions for oil-in-water separation and serve as a numerical reference for the study of oil-in-water emulsion separation in ultrasonic environments.

58S bioglass (BG) has been considered an effective bioceramic in bone tissue engineering due to its good osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties;however, its poor antibacterial and printing properties remain a challenge in the development of ideal patient-specific, fully interconnected, bone-like scaffolds. To address this issue, this study presents novel 3D-printed BG/AgNPs/CeO2 (BGAC3D) composite scaffolds. These scaffolds exhibit a fully interconnected pore network (≈99 %) with a porosity of ≈64 % and optimally designed pore and strut sizes of 404 ± 15 μm and 394 ± 30 μm, respectively, making them suitable for bone healing applications. Adding AgNPs and ceria nanoparticles significantly increased the shear-thinning properties of Pluronic F-127/BG/AgNPs/CeO2-based ink, as compared to Pluronic F-127/BG-based ink. As a result, BGAC3D scaffold showed improved dimensional accuracy during printing relative to pristine BG. Nanoindentation studies revealed substantial increase in the mechanical properties of BGAC3D scaffolds, with elastic modulus, hardness, and compressive strength showing enhancement of 76 % (57.9 ± 8 GPa), 24 % (3.1 ± 1 GPa), and 275 % (1.5 ± 0.4 MPa), respectively. The antibacterial properties of BGAC3D scaffolds were investigated using disc diffusion and bacterial adhesion assays, which demonstrated an exceptional bactericidal efficacy of 99.3 % against Escherichia coli (E. coli) and 99.4 % against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) compared to pristine BG. The cytocompatibility of the scaffolds was assessed using resazurin assays with mouse BMSCs and MTT assays with mouse fibroblasts, revealing enhanced cell viability for the BGAC3D composition compared to BG. Additionally, both BG and BGAC3D composites showed similar apatite mineralization on their surfaces, as observed under a scanning electron microscope. The query model(or black-box model)has attracted much attention from the communities of both classical and quantum ***,quantum advantages are revealed by presenting a quantum algorithm that has a better query complexity than its classical *** the history of quantum algorithms,the Deutsch algorithm and the Deutsch-Jozsa algorithm play a fundamental role and both are exact one-query quantum *** leads us to con-sider the problem:what functions can be computed by exact one-query quantum algorithms?This problem has been ad-dressed in the literature for total Boolean functions and symmetric partial Boolean functions,but is still open for general partial Boolean ***,in this paper,we continue to characterize the computational power of exact one-query quantum algorithms for general partial Boolean ***,we present several necessary and sufficient conditions for a partial Boolean function to be computed by exact one-query quantum ***,inspired by these conditions,we discover some new representative functions that can be computed by exact one-query quantum algorithms but have an essential difference from the already known ***,it is worth pointing out that before our work,the known func-tions that can be computed by exact one-query quantum algorithms are all symmetric functions and the quantum algo-rithm used is essentially the Deutsch-Jozsa algorithm,whereas the functions discovered in this paper are generally asym-metric and new algorithms to compute these functions are ***,this expands the class of functions that can be computed by exact one-query quantum algorithms.

Sleep is a very important physiological process for humans, and sleep staging is an important basis for evaluating sleep quality and diagnosing sleep-related diseases. Manual sleep staging is time-consuming and laborious, and the staging results are easily affected by subjective factors. Therefore, the research on automatic sleep staging models has extremely high research value and clinical application value. This paper proposes a sleep staging method based on multi-scale one-dimensional convolutional neural network and self-attention mechanism. The attention mechanism mines the channel correlation and temporal correlation of different channels respectively. This paper selects the sleep data of 153 normal subjects in the public dataset Sleep-EDF for model training and testing. The average staging accuracy rate was 84.5%, and the consistency test value was 0.781, which was better than the consistency test value of 0.75 for the inter-physician score. The experimental results show that the algorithm model in this paper has a high staging effect, can make full use of sleep data, and has important research significance for assisting clinicians in rapid sleep staging. © 2023 SPIE.

Eavesdropping attacks have seriously threatened network security. Attackers could eavesdrop on target nodes and link to steal confidential data. In the traditional network architecture, the static routing path and the important nodes determined by the nature of network topology provide a great convenience for eavesdropping attacks. To resist monitoring attacks, this paper proposes a random routing mutation defense method based on dynamic path weight (DPW-RRM). It utilizes network centrality indicators to determine important nodes in the network topology and reduces the probability of important nodes in path selection, thereby distributing traffic to multiple communication paths, achieving the purpose of increasing the difficulty and cost of eavesdropping attacks. In addition, it dynamically adjusts the weight of the routing path through network state constraints to avoid link congestion and improve the availability of routing mutation. Experimental data shows that DPW-RRM could not only guarantee the normal algorithmic overhead, communication delay, and CPU load of the network, but also effectively resist eavesdropping attacks.
