The development of the new energy automobile industry is an important direction to accelerate the construction of a powerful automobile country, and it is also an effective means to break the constraints of energy and environment, which is of great strategic significance to China. In this article, based on the perspective of the development of the overall new energy vehicle industry, we analyze the market size and development stage of China's new energy vehicle industry, and explore the characteristics of the industry's development. Further, this paper analyzes the industry risks of the future development of new energy vehicles under the background of the imminent withdrawal of government financial subsidies and the transition of the new energy vehicle industry from policy-driven to market-driven, and provides theoretical support for the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese new energy vehicle industry. © 2023 SPIE.

This paper introduces an adaptive robust control approach tailored for underactuated mechanical systems encountering matched and mismatched uncertainty, employing a constraint-following methodology. The control strategy unfolds in two phases: initially, a nominal control scheme is devised neglecting uncertainty and deviations in initial conditions from constraints. Subsequently, uncertainty is categorized into matched and mismatched components, ensuring that mismatched uncertainties remain unobservable. Leveraging the structural characteristics of the uncertainty bound, a novel segmented adaptive law is proposed and seamlessly integrated into the adaptive robust control framework. By employing the Lyapunov minimax approach, the method ensures uniform boundedness and uniform ultimate boundedness simultaneously, thereby ensuring approximate adherence to constraints for underactuated mechanical systems facing both matched and mismatched uncertainties alongside initial condition deviations.

Distributed flexible resources are developing in the trend of sea quantization. In this situation, the existing resource aggregation methods are facing bottlenecks, and it is difficult to fully exploit the regulation potential of massive flexible resources. In order to achieve efficient and flexible aggregation in the scenario of massive resources, this paper proposes a self-organizing aggregation method for flexible resources based on the social network and simulates the aggregation process under the proposed method based on the multi-agent simulation platform NetLogo. Firstly, this paper outlines the idea of the self-organizing aggregation method for flexible resources, which projects flexible resources from the physical space to the social network space, and realizes flexible aggregation through the interactive attraction between resources in the social network. Secondly, this paper establishes a simulation model for flexible resource self-organizing aggregation based on the NetLogo platform. The model defines four types of agents involved in the self-organizing aggregation process and provides detailed specifications for their attributes and interaction rules. Finally, simulation experiments are designed to verify the rationality of the self-organizing aggregation method and simulation model proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that, following the idea of self-organizing aggregation, massive flexible resources can autonomously and flexibly aggregate through the interaction attraction in the social network due to the incentive of task gain, demonstrating the effectiveness and rationality of the self-organizing aggregation method and the simulation model proposed in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to increase the accuracy of turbulence field reconstruction,this paper combines experimental observation and numerical simulation to develop and establish a data assimilation framework,and apply it to the study of S809 low-speed and high-angle airfoil *** method is based on the ensemble transform Kalman filter(ETKF)algorithm,which improves the disturbance strategy of the ensemble members and enhances the richness of the initial members by screening high flow field sensitivity constants,increasing the constant disturbance dimensions and designing a fine disturbance *** results show that the pressure distribution on the airfoil surface after assimilation is closer to the experimental value than that of the standard Spalart-Allmaras(S-A)*** separated vortex estimated by filtering is fuller,and the eddy viscosity field information is more abundant,which is physically consistent with the observation ***,the data assimilation method based on the improved ensemble strategy can more accurately and effectively describe complex turbulence phenomena.

Utilizing high-resolution antenna arrays and wide bandwidth of the millimeter-wave (mmWave) spectrum in 5G new radio (NR) mmWave communication systems holds the potential for high-throughput data transmission while enabling user localization and environmental mapping. However, the majority of existing simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) algorithms rely on methods akin to the extended Kalman filter for generating initial map features. These methods prove ineffective when the measurement dimension is insufficient. Furthermore, there is a notable absence of research exploring mmWave prototype systems to evaluate and compare the performance and viability of various SLAM algorithms. To address these challenges, we propose an innovative probability hypothesis density (PHD) generation scheme for birth events and have developed a prototype system. Our approach, referred to as PHD-SLAM, exhibits remarkable effectiveness even in scenarios where the measurement dimension falls short of map features. This means it can function seamlessly with only delay or angle information available. Additionally, we have designed a 28GHz mmWave beam scanning prototype system that leverages the 5G NR frame for accomplishing SLAM algorithms. Following this, we conducted extensive simulations and experimental evaluations to gauge the performance of several leading-edge SLAM algorithms under diverse mmWave circumstances, encompassing PHD-based and belief propagation (BP) SLAM algorithms. Our analysis reveals that both PHD and BP SLAM can achieve agent localization precision within a decimeter and mapping precision within a meter, capitalizing on the angle parameters of mmWave signals. While BP SLAM showcases reduced computational demand, its estimation precision is marginally inferior to that of PHD-SLAM. © 2014 IEEE.

Nitrogen oxides(NOx),significant contributors to air pollution and climate change,form aerosols and ozone in the ***,timely,and transparent information on NOx emissions is essential for decision-making to mitigate both haze and ozone ***,a comprehensive understanding of the trends and drivers behind anthropogenic NOx emissions from Chinadthe world's largest emitterdhas been lacking since 2020 due to delays in emissions *** we show a consistent decline in China's NOx emissions from 2020 to 2022,despite increased fossil fuel consumption,utilizing satellite observations as constraints for NOx emission estimates through atmospheric *** reduction is corroborated by data from two independent spaceborne instruments:the TROPOspheric Monitoring Instrument(TROPOMI)and the Ozone Monitoring Instrument(OMI).Notably,a reduction in transport emissions,largely due to the COVID-19 lockdowns,slightly decreased China's NOx emissions in *** subsequent years,2021 and 2022,reductions in NOx emissions were driven by the industry and transport sectors,influenced by stringent air pollution *** satellite-based inversion system developed in this study represents a significant advancement in the real-time monitoring of regional air pollution emissions from space.

GraspDiff: Grasping Generation for Hand-Object Interaction With Multimodal Guided Diffusion

Grasping generation holds significant importance in both robotics and AI-generated content. While pure network paradigms based on VAEs or GANs ensure diversity in outcomes, they often fall short of achieving plausibility. Additionally, although those two-step paradigms that first predict contact and then optimize distance yield plausible results, they are always known to be time-consuming. This paper introduces a novel paradigm powered by DDPM, accommodating diverse modalities with varying interaction granularities as its generating conditions, including 3D object, contact affordance, and image content. Our key idea is that the iterative steps inherent to diffusion models can supplant the iterative optimization routines in existing optimization methods, thereby endowing the generated results from our method with both diversity and plausibility. Using the same training data, our paradigm achieves superior generation performance and competitive generation speed compared to optimization-based paradigms. Extensive experiments on both in-domain and out-of-domain objects demonstrate that our method receives significant improvement over the SOTA method. We will release the code for research purposes. © 1995-2012 IEEE.

To enhance the estimation accuracy and dynamic performance of sensorless surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) drives,a sensorless control scheme based on generalized super-twisting observer(GSTO) and nonsmooth controller is ***,a GSTO for back electromotive force(back-EMF) estimation is *** with the conventional super-twisting observer,the GSTO has a faster convergence rate and stronger robustness due to the additional *** a linear extended state observer(LESO) is adopted to estimate the position,speed,and lumped disturbance at the same ***,a non-smooth composite speed controller is designed by combining the disturbance feed-forward *** with the conventional PI speed controller,the non-smooth controller has a shorter settling time and a better disturbance rejection ***,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.

Image segmentation has impressive progress in the past several *** good segmentation usually follows pixelwise well-annotated labels which is ***,the robustness would not be guaranteed due to lack-ofdiversity *** work usually focuses on pixels individually and pay less attention to the neighbor *** local context would be scarce and the global context is not utilized following these *** proposal a method,named Forest Semantic Segmentation Network(FSSNet) to address these *** organizes original version and augmented version of images,as two inputs into student branch and teacher branch,and force the two outputs being consistent to strengthen the robustness of our ***,we not only consider pixel itself and also the neighbor pixels because the context of neighbor pixels helps understanding the *** utilizes contrastive loss with memory bank to involve global context in training which will make pixels closer to others in same category and far away from pixels of different categories.A bank filter is suggested to improve the quality of features in the memory *** also proposal a new sample strategy to improve the effect of contrastive loss and reduce the *** method can improve accuracy and strengthen the robustness with affordable extra computation during training process,and no additional computation during inference toward *** to benchmark,the proposed approach can improve the mIoU by 3.1% on our challenging dataset.
