The capacitated location-routing problem involves determining the depots from a set of candidate capacitated depot locations and finding the required routes from the selected depots to serve a set of customers whereas minimizing a cost function that includes the cost of opening the chosen depots, the fixed utilization cost per vehicle used, and the total cost (distance) of the routes. This paper presents a multi-population integrated framework in which a multi-depot edge assembly crossover generates promising offspring solutions from the perspective of both depot location and route edge assembly. The method includes an effective neighborhood-based local search, a feasibility-restoring procedu.e and a diversification-oriented mutation. Of particular interest is the multi-population scheme which organizes the population into multiple subpopulations based on depot configurations. Extensive experiments on 281 benchmark instances from the literature show that the algorithm performs remarkably well, by improving 101 best-known results (new upper bounds) and matching 84 best-known results. 3D Single-pixel imaging with active sampling patterns and learning based reconstruction

Single-pixel imaging (SPI) is significant for applications constrained by transmission bandwidth or lighting band, where 3D SPI can be further realized through capturing signals carrying depth. Sampling strategy and reconstruction algorithm are the key issues of SPI. Traditionally, random patterns are often adopted for sampling, but this blindly passive strategy requires a high sampling rate, and even so, it is difficult to develop a reconstruction algorithm that can maintain higher accuracy and robustness. In this paper, an active strategy is proposed to perform sampling with targeted scanning by designed patterns, from which the spatial information can be easily reordered well. Then, deep learning methods are introduced further to achieve 3D reconstruction, and the ability of deep learning to reconstruct desired information under low sampling rates are analyzed. Abundant experiments verify that our method improves the precision of SPI even if the sampling rate is very low, which has the potential to be extended flexibly in similar systems according to practical needs. Aiming at the problem that Seismocardiography (SCG) signal detection cannot be promoted due to the bulkiness of the equipment and the SCG containing 7 fiducial points is difficult to extract, this paper proposes a non-contact SCG signal detection algorithm based on the circulant singular spectrum analysis (CiSSA) that runs on a millimeter-wave radar platform. In order to make the detection equipment portable and achieve non-contact detection, this paper uses a millimeter-wave radar working in the 60-64GHz frequency band to collect the signal returned from the surface of the human chest cavity. Then the signal is processed by static clutter elimination and maximum energy distance gate positioning algorithm to improve the signal-to-noise ratio, especially to redu.e the interference problem caused by people’s tiny movement. For the key problem that the SCG curve extracted by traditional filtering methods are fuzzy and the fiducial points are difficult to identify, the CiSSA method is used to improve the accuracy and completeness of SCG curve extraction. By CiSSA, the signal is embedded into trajectory matrix, and then decomposed into component matrices containing various frequency characteristics. Next, the component matrices are grouped according to the frequency distribution characteristics of the SCG signal, and finally the result of the grouping is reconstructed into a high-precision SCG signal with clear and distinguishable fiducial points. Experiments show that the proposed SCG detection method can accurately extract the SCG curve, clearly distinguish 7 fiducial points of the SCG, and the success rate of detection can reach 97%. This provides the possibility for the popularization of SCG signal detection.

The advancement of millimeter-wave communication technology heralds new sensing capabilities. By leveraging channel multipath parameter estimates, we can harness simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) for precise user equipment (UE) localization and radio map construction in 6 G communication systems. Particularly in multi-UE scenarios, SLAM empowers base stations to amalgamate the local radio maps of various UEs efficiently. This study introduces a novel Bayesian framework specifically designed for multi-UE SLAM, complemented by a tailored factor graph. We also unveil a two-stage multi-UE SLAM algorithm. Our simulation results reveal that this algorithm substantially enhances radio map construction accuracy by $\mathbf{4 8. 5 \%}$ and UE localization accuracy by $13.5 \%$, outperforming single-UE cases. Moreover, the algorithm demonstrates remarkable adaptability to environmental changes, showcasing its potential for long-term evolution in dynamic settings.

Dynamic multi-person mesh recovery has been a hot topic in 3D vision recently. However, few works focus on the multi-person motion capture from uncalibrated cameras, which mainly faces two challenges: the one is that inter-person interactions and occlusions introduce inherent ambiguities for both camera calibration and motion capture; The other is that a lack of dense correspondences can be used to constrain sparse camera geometries in a dynamic multi-person scene. Our key idea is incorporating motion prior knowledge into simultaneous optimization of extrinsic camera parameters and human meshes from noisy human semantics. First, we introduce a physics-geometry consistency to redu.e the low and high frequency noises of the detected human semantics. Then a novel latent motion prior is proposed to simultaneously optimize extrinsic camera parameters and coherent human motions from slightly noisy inputs. Experimental results show that accurate camera parameters and human motions can be obtained through one-stage optimization. The codes will be publicly available at https://***.

Steel grabbing robot, which is a breed of robotic excavator driven by hydraulic system, has been manipulated by industrial workers to grab scrap steel for many years. In order to solve equipment loss and operational problems due to nonstandard manual operations and unsystematic managements during the grabbing process, this paper designs an automatic steel grabbing robot system, which consists of grabbing robot prototype’s hardware architecture, forward and reverse kinematics analysis and trajectory planning of joint-space schemes and Cartesian-space schemes for actual application scenarios. Moreover, Simulations are carried out using MATLAB, which demonstrate the correctness and efficiency of the system.

This study presents an advanced wireless system that embeds target recognition within reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-aided communication systems, powered by cuttingedge deep learning innovations. Such a system faces the challenge of fine-tuning both the RIS phase shifts and neural network (NN) parameters, since they intricately interdepend on each other to accomplish the recognition task. To address these challenges, we propose an intelligent recognizer that strategically harnesses every piece of prior action responses, thereby ingeniously multiplexing downlink signals to facilitate environment sensing. Specifically, we design a novel NN based on the long short-term memory (LSTM) architecture and the physical channel model. The NN iteratively captures and fuses information from previous measurements and adaptively customizes RIS configurations to acquire the most relevant information for the recognition task in subsequent moments. Tailored dynamically, these configurations adapt to the scene, task, and target specifics. Simulation results reveal that our proposed method significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art method, while resulting in minimal impacts on communication performance, even as sensing is performed simultaneously.

Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) in millimeter wave is a key enabler for next-generation networks, which leverages large bandwidth and extensive antenna arrays, benefiting both communication and sensing functionalities. The associated high costs can be mitigated by adopting a hybrid beamforming structure. However, the well-studied monostatic ISAC systems face challenges related to full-duplex operation. To address this issue, this paper focuses on a three-dimensional bistatic configuration that requires only half-duplex base stations. To intuitively evaluate the error bound of bistatic sensing using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing waveforms, we propose a positioning scheme that combines angle-of-arrival and time-of-arrival estimation, deriving the closed-form expression of the position error bound (PEB). Using this PEB, we develop two hybrid beamforming algorithms for joint waveform design, aimed at maximizing achievable spectral efficiency (SE) while ensuring a predefined PEB threshold. The first algorithm leverages a Riemannian trust-region approach, achieving superior performance in terms of global optima and convergence speed compared to conventional gradient-based methods, but with higher complexity. In contrast, the second algorithm, which employs orthogonal matching pursuit, offers a more computationally efficient solution, delivering reasonable SE while maintaining the PEB constraint. This paper presents a high-order disturbance observer-based attitude tracking controller design with prescribed performance for hypersonic vehicle. The lumped disturbances caused by parameters perturbations, external disturbances and unmodelled dynamics are estimated accurately by utilizing high-order disturbance observers. Based on the disturbances estimation,a composite attitude tracking controller with guaranteeing prescribed transient and steady performance is proposed and the stability analysis of the closed-loop system is rigorously analyzed using the Lyapunov technique. The proposed controller not only ensures the tracking errors are within the desired performance envelope but also considering the disturbance rejection. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations.
