This paper proposes and expatiates the information technology for early fault forecast of wind turbine generator unit based on the non-stability,non-linearity,variable working conditions,long-term operation and early fault forecast of wind turbine generator unit in respect of the early fault information acquisition and weak information analysis for wind turbine generator unit;the fault development trend information and feature extraction of wind turbine generator unit;the building of trend forecast model for wind turbine generator unit;and the research & development of wind turbine generator unit state monitoring and fault forecast system,*** to experimental studies and field verification,the multi-information fusion,the intelligent information analysis and decisionmaking,and the establishment of wind turbine generator unit fault forecast system and the application remote network in predictive maintenance center for unit group on wind farm,etc.,and help to improve the accuracy,pertinence and suitability of processing of mult forecast information,and carry out rational maintenance and dynamic management thereof.

This paper studies the distributed filtering problem of sensor networks, where a set of heterogeneous sensing nodes is required to estimate the state of a linear discrete-time dynamic system in a collaborative manner. Due to limited sensing range and communication constraints, just part of sensors can get observations of the process and a consensus based sub-optimal filtering algorithm is designed. The convergence properties of the estimation error covariance is further studied, and a necessary and sufficient convergence condition is provided based on LMIs. This condition shows that the convergence of the algorithm requires the target node in the extended topology of network is globally reachable and each sensing node is observable to the process. Simulation examples are given to illustrate the results.

A novel method for nonlinear time-varying systems identification based on multi-dimensional Taylor network and variable forgetting factor recursive least squares algorithm is proposed. In this paper, the connection weight coefficients of multi-dimensional Taylor network are regarded as time-varying parameters, which are trained by the variable forgetting factor recursive least squares algorithm, to reflect the input-output change of nonlinear time-varying systems. Simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is valid. © 2015

Adaptive Sliding Mode control for Re-entry Attitude of Near Space Hypersonic Vehicle Based on Backstepping Design

Combining sliding mode control method with radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), this paper proposes a robust adaptive control scheme based on backstepping design for re-entry attitude tracking control of near space hypersonic vehicle (NSHV) in the presence of parameter variations and external disturbances. In the attitude angle loop, a robust adaptive virtual control law is designed by using the adaptive method to estimate the unknown upper bound of the compound uncertainties. In the angular velocity loop, an adaptive sliding mode control law is designed to suppress the effect of parameter variations and external disturbances. The main benefit of the sliding mode control is robustness to parameter variations and external disturbances. To further improve the control performance, RBFNNs are introduced to approximate the compound uncertainties in the attitude angle loop and angular velocity loop, respectively. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the tracking errors are shown to be asymptotically stable. Simulation results show that the proposed control system attains a satisfied control performance and is robust against parameter variations and external disturbances. © 2014 Chinese Association of Automation.

Response Characteristics of Pure-Quartz-Core Fiber Bragg Grating Under High Temperature Strain

In order to solve problem of the strain measurement limitation under high temperature, the temperature and strain characteristics of the type II pure-quartz-core fiber Bragg grating (FBG) written by femtosecond pulse laser are studied. Experimental results show that when the temperature is ranging from 20℃ to 1000℃, the pure-quartz-core FBG exhibits good linearity with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and the temperature sensitivity of 14.07 pm/℃. When the temperature is under 400℃, the pure-quartz-core FBG exhibits good wavelength stability under the uniform strain. When the temperature is above 500℃, the strain loading leads to fiber elongation and the red shift of the center wavelength. © 2017, Chinese Lasers Press. All right reserved.

Using the pseudo-generalized Hamiltonian method, this paper investigates the decentralized nonlinear robust coordinated control of multiple static synchronous compensators(STATCOMs) in multi-machine multiload power systems. First,the uncertain nonlinear differential algebraic equation model is constructed for the power system. Then, the dissipative pseudogeneralized Hamiltonian realization of the system is established by means of variable transformation and prefeedback ***, based on the obtained dissipative pseudo-generalized Hamiltonian realization, a new-style decentralized nonlinear robust coordinated controller is put forward. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the control scheme.

The existence of singularities often affects the learning dynamics in feedforward neural networks. In this paper, based on theoretical analysis results, we numerically analyze the learning dynamics of radial basis function (RBF) networks near singularities to understand to what extent singularities influence the learning dynamics. First, we show the explicit expression of the Fisher information matrix for RBF networks. Second, we demonstrate through numerical simulations that the singularities have a significant impact on the learning dynamics of RBF networks. Our results show that overlap singularities mainly have influence on the low dimensional RBF networks and elimination singularities have a more significant impact to the learning processes than overlap singularities in both low and high dimensional RBF networks, whereas the plateau phenomena are mainly caused by the elimination singularities. The results can also be the foundation to investigate the singular learning dynamics in deep feedforward neural networks.

In this paper, the complex modified projective synchronization(CMPS) of two different fractional-order chaotic complex systems is firstly investigated. We assume that the slave system is perturbed by external disturbances. The master and slave systems achieved CMPS can be synchronized up to a complex scaling matrix. On the basis of a novel stability theory, a robust control law is designed to realize the CMPS for two different fractional-order chaotic complex systems. The CMPS can be regarded as the generalization of several types of synchronization reported in existing literatures. Simulation results are given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed synchronization scheme.

With the rapid progress in science and technology, intelligent AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is more and more popular in industrial automation. However, since it is very difficult for the traditional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) to strike a balance between the static and dynamic performance of system. In order to make AGV control system more smooth and stable, a fuzzy PID controller to improve the performance of traditional PID control is applied in such system in this paper. Of course, since there are some noise in the physical recognition system, the Kalman filter is also used to reduce the effect of noise. Firstly, on the base of the fuzzy control principle, a fuzzy PID controller is designed, which includes fuzzy language variables, membership function and fuzzy control rules. Secondly, the output fuzzy values through fuzzification, fuzzy control rule and fuzzy decision are fed into conventional PID control system. Thirdly, through the establishment of AGV model, the Kalman filter is utilized to predict the pose of AGV at the next moment by filtering the recognition noise. Finally, simulation results shows its improvement over the conventional PID controller in AGV control system and experiment results of Fuzzy PID with Kalman filter are also given to testify the advantage of the new algorithm.
