A dual-grating cascade structure based on long period fiber grating (LPFG) cascaded with fiber Bragg grating (FBG) for temperature and concentration measurement has been proposed. The proposed fiber sensor was cascaded by LPFG micromachined by the femtosecond laser and FBG, and the transmission spectrum has two valleys, namely FBG valley at 1 551.9 nm and LPFG valley at 1 560.5 nm. The temperature and concentration sensing characteristics of the proposed sensor were measured at 30-50℃ and 3%-30%, respectively. The experimental results show that when the temperature rises, the FBG shows red shift with increasing wavelength, the sensitivity is 26.36 pm/℃, and the linearity is 0.950 8;on the contrast, the LPFG shows blue shift with decreasing wavelength, the sensitivity is -24.55 pm/℃, and the linearity is 0.914 2. When the temperature falls, the FBG shows blue shift with decreasing wavelength, the sensitivity is 25.00 pm/℃, and the linearity is 0.945 8;the LPFG shows red shift with increasing wavelength, the sensitivity is -21.82 pm/℃, and the linearity is 0.921 2. The FBG is not sensitive to the concentration variation. When the glucose concentration rises from 3% to 30%, the LPFG shows blue shift with decreasing wavelength, the sensitivity is 196.36 pm, and the linearity is 0.956 5. In order to achieve the temperature and strain of the two-parameter high-precision sensor measurements, a dual-parameter measurement of long period fiber grating(LPFG) fabricated by CO2 laser cascaded with fiber Mach-Zehnder (MZ) interference structure was proposed. The LPFG was fabricated using the CO2 laser and the fiber MZ structure was fabricated using dislocation welding method. The sensing principle was derived and the transmission spectrum of the cascaded structure was monitored for temperature and strain measurements. The experimental results show that the LPFG is sensitive only to the temperature while the MZ structure is sensitive to both temperature and strain, when the temperature varied from 35℃ to 70℃, the LPFG sensitivities for warming and cooling are 38.57 pm/℃ and 39.17 pm/℃, respectively, while the MZ structure sensitivities are 38.57 pm/℃ and 37.50 pm/℃, respectively. When the strain varied from 0 μΕ to 450 μΕ, the MZ structure sensitivities for loading and unloading are 4.01 pm/μΕ and 4.24 pm/μΕ, respectively. A sensor with high sensitivity and good linearity for real-time and dynamic range measurements of dual-parameter was developed. © 2017, Editorial Board of Journal of Infrared and Laser engineering. Direct-blending component oils bring great disturbance to the online gasoline blending control. A double loop optimization strategy with nested outer and inner loops is proposed, and the optimization strategy combined with a case study is illustrated in detail in this paper. The real industry application demonstrates that this new optimization strategy can not only take account of the bottom oil's properties deviation, but also timely detect the fluctuation of gasoline properties from the direct-blending oils. In this way, the final gasoline product properties can be controlled quite well at one time, and the re-blending times of final product have been much reduced compared with the conventional single loop optimization method.

This paper processes eccentric fault data by studying and applying the wavelet soft threshold denoising,data compression,structuring signal feature matrix,and getting the characteristic value,and then the variance of characteristic value is treated as the numerical characteristic of the eccentric fault;This paper uses the wavelet decomposition and the axis orbit to explore the essential characteristics of image changing in the process of eccentric fault *** last,the above methods are used to process the long course eccentric fault data which is simulated by the rotor experimental platform,and the results show that the obtained numerical and image features can effectively characterize the deterioration process of the eccentric ***,these methods can be used to effectively obtain the characteristic information of the eccentric fault of rotating machinery.

This paper focuses on finding out a optimum quadrature error correction method for a dual-mass Micro-electro-mechanical System (MEMS) gyroscope with quadrature error correction combs and sense feedback combs. The structure of the gyroscope was introduced, and influences of quadrature errors on the output signals were simulated and quantized. The results show that quadrature error equivalent angular rate is 200(°)/s and the demodulation phase error is less than 2°, which generates 15(°)/s variation of output signal. Three kinds of quadrature error correction methods used commonly in measuring this structure were investigated, and they are Charge Injecting Method (CIM), Quadrature Force Correction Methods (QFCM) and Quadrature Coupling Stiffness Correction Method (QCSCM). The feasibility of the three method was verified in theory. A gyroscope without quadrature error correction was tested, the results show that the quadrature signal peak-peak amplitudes from left and right mass preamplifiers are 150 mV and 300 mV respectively. Then, the correction method based on left mass and right mass independently was proposed. The the experiments based on CIM, QFCM and QCSCM were performed. The results show that the quadrature error signals are eliminated basically, their bias values and bias stabilities are -8.361(°)/s and 423(°)/h, 2.419(°)/s and 82(°)/h, 1.751(°)/s and 25(°)/h, respectively. According to the results, the QCSCM is verified to be the optimal method for quadrature error correction, and the theory analysis result is correct. © 2016, Science Press. All right reserved.

This paper deals with the three-dimensional(3D) coordinated control of satellites formation motion along a set of given closed orbits, where each satellite has intrinsic second-order Lipchitz nonlinear dynamics and the commutation topology among satellites is directed. A projection-based orbit extension method is presented by extending our previous concentric compressing method. The control for the orbit-tracking subsystem and the formation motion subsystem are designed respectively at first, and then the overall closed-loop coordinated orbit-following system is regarded as a cascade system. By using tools from Input-toState stability(ISS) theory and the extension of Barbalat's lemma, it is shown the closed-loop coordinated orbit-tracking system is asymptotic stability if the directed communication topology contains a directed spanning tree. The effectiveness of the analytical results is verified by Satellite Tool Kit(STK).

We propose an automatically and accurately facial landmark localization algorithm based on Active Shape Model (ASM) and Gabor Wavelets Transformation (GWT), which can be applied to both 2D and 3D facial data. First, ASM is implemented to acquire landmarks’ coarse areas. Then similarity maps are obtained by calculating the similarity between sets of Gabor jets at initial coarse positions and sets of Gabor bunches modeled by its corresponding manually marked landmarks in the training set. The point with the maximum value in each similarity map is extracted as its final facial landmark location. It is showed in our laboratory databases and FRGC v2.0 that the algorithm could achieve accurate localization of facial landmarks with state-of-the-art accuracy and robustness. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.
