Estimating the shape and motion state of the myocardium is essential in diagnosing cardiovascular diseases. However, cine magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging is dominated by 2D slices, whose large slice spacing challenges inter-slice shape reconstruction and motion acquisition. To address this problem, we propose a 4D reconstruction method that decouples motion and shape, which can predict the inter-/intra- shape and motion estimation from a given sparse point cloud sequence obtained from limited slices. Our framework comprises a neural motion model and an end-diastolic (ED) shape model. The implicit ED shape model can learn a continuous boundary and encourage the motion model to predict without the supervision of ground truth deformation, and the motion model enables canonical input of the shape model by deforming any point from any phase to the ED phase. Additionally, the constructed ED-space enables pre-training of the shape model, thereby guiding the motion model and addressing the issue of data scarcity. We propose the first 4D myocardial dataset as we know and verify our method on the proposed, public, and cross-modal datasets, showing superior reconstruction performance and enabling various clinical applications. Utilizing high-resolution antenna arrays and wide bandwidth of the millimeter-wave (mmWave) spectrum in 5G new radio (NR) mmWave communication systems holds the potential for high-throughput data transmission while enabling user localization and environmental mapping. However, the majority of existing simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) algorithms rely on methods akin to the extended Kalman filter for generating initial map features. These methods prove ineffective when the measurement dimension is insufficient. Furthermore, there is a notable absence of research exploring mmWave prototype systems to evaluate and compare the performance and viability of various SLAM algorithms. To address these challenges, we propose an innovative probability hypothesis density (PHD) generation scheme for birth events and have developed a prototype system. Our approach, referred to as PHD-SLAM, exhibits remarkable effectiveness even in scenarios where the measurement dimension falls short of map features. This means it can function seamlessly with only delay or angle information available. Additionally, we have designed a 28GHz mmWave beam scanning prototype system that leverages the 5G NR frame for accomplishing SLAM algorithms. Following this, we conducted extensive simulations and experimental evaluations to gauge the performance of several leading-edge SLAM algorithms under diverse mmWave circumstances, encompassing PHD-based and belief propagation (BP) SLAM algorithms. Our analysis reveals that both PHD and BP SLAM can achieve agent localization precision within a decimeter and mapping precision within a meter, capitalizing on the angle parameters of mmWave signals. While BP SLAM showcases reduced computational demand, its estimation precision is marginally inferior to that of PHD-SLAM. © 2014 IEEE.

In recent years, intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) have developed quickly and have been progressively introduced into the international market. Nevertheless, the operation of ICVs produces a large amount of important data coming from driving vehicle and necessitating cross-border transit. As the imperfections of the regulatory framework and the infancy of protective solutions for the ICV data, these data are vulnerable to the threats like eavesdropping and tampering during cross-border transmission. The private information, especially the data barred from leaving the country, will be probably leaked to other nations, endangering individual privacy and national security. Thus, the purpose of this manuscript is to analyze the security risks of cross-border data in ICVs and provide risk mitigation strategies. The legal requirements and pertinent cross-border materials need to be sorted out firstly to establish a thorough technical process for cross-border compliance of ICV data. Additionally, the ICV data risk analyses will be performed at every stage of the cross-border process. Furthermore, some efficient risk mitigation methods need to be offered to improve the security and dependability of the across-border data of ICVs. To address the problems associated with cross-border data pertaining to ICVs, a classification method for the cross-border data of ICVs will be presented according to current rules and data categorization schemes. Finally, this manuscript provides theoretical underpinnings and useful references for building a cross-border data security protection system, as well as a thorough analysis of the development patterns of cutting-edge technologies for cross-border data. © 2024 IEEE.

The security of data generated by vehicles during operation is critically important, especially as the number of intelligent and connected vehicle users continues to rise, leading to the rapid increase of automobile communication data. In response, researchers have employed GAN s to address data security challenges within this domain, achieving significant outcomes. This paper primarily focuses on personal information identification, data desensitization, and secure transmission of data within the framework of automobile data security. The latest research on GAN s is reviewed and analyzed to assess the feasibility, strengths, and limitations for automotive data security, and the insights into future development recommendations are also provided in this domain. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid development of Transformers in the field of computer vision, models based on Transformers have become highly competitive architectures in the area. Although variants of Transformer models have achieved increasing accuracy on image classification tasks, the size of the training set and the number of parameters required by the models have increased dramatically. When dealing with small datasets, such models face problems such as overfitting and undergeneralization, leading to poor accuracy on the test set. We propose a new lightweight vision transformer (LVT) to address these issues. We reconstructed the backbone network, which learns the relationship between pixels through local window self-attention and global self-attention computation. We also use the attention pooling approach to fuse the token sequences generated by the backbone network more meticulously. We trained on the CIFAR-10 and CIFAR-100 datasets from scratch and compared them with a modern convolutional neural network. The experimental results show that LVT outperforms the modern convolutional neural network in terms of accuracy and efficiency. On the test set of CIFAR-10, we have obtained an accuracy of 96.83%, which indicates that our model can effectively solve the problems facing the training of small datasets and has a wide range of application prospects. © 2023 IEEE.

Secure output synchronization of heterogeneous multi-agent systems against false data injection attacks

This paper studies secure output synchronization for heterogeneous multi-agent systems against false data injection(FDI) attacks. Both the sensors and actuators of agents may be injected into FDI *** mitigate the malicious impact of these attacks on synchronization performance, a desired reference model,which is combined with an auxiliary system, is first designed for each agent to simulate its normal system dynamics. Then, based on this reference model, a state feedback cooperative controller and a static output feedback cooperative controller, which consist of adaptive compensators, are proposed, respectively. The integrated control protocols can ensure that the output synchronization error is small by adjusting some designed parameters even in the presence of FDI attacks. An illustrative example is employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Dynamic gesture recognition is an essential step in human-computer interaction. However, dynamic gesture recognition based on Surface Electromyography (sEMG) signals faces issues such as incomplete feature extraction and incomplete recognition of temporal information between continuous gestures. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-stream fusion network (MSK-LCNN) for dynamic gesture recognition to improve accuracy. We combine CNN and LSTM models into a unified framework which extracts spatio-temporal information both globally and in depth, and combines feature fusion to retain essential information. This framework uses an attention mechanism (SKNet) to learn more intricate feature information. The gesture recognition accuracy of this method on our data set is 95.23%, and on the NinaPro DB1 data set, it is 91.45%, which outperforms other similar networks in recent years. Applying this algorithm to prosthetic hand control has achieved flexible and stable control of the prosthetic hand. © 2024 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

In this study,novel iron-doped biochar(Fe-BC) was produced using a simple method,and it was used as an H_(2)O_(2)activator for tetracycline(TC) ***,iron loading can improve the separation performance and reactivity of biochar(BC).In the Fe-BC/H_(2)O_(2)system,92% of the TC was removed within 30 min with the apparent rate constant(k_(obs)) of 0.155 min^(-1),which was 23.85 times that in the case of the BC/H_(2)O_(2)system(0.0065 min^(-1)).The effects of the H_(2)O_(2) and Fe-BC dosage,initial pH,and TC concentration on the TC removal were *** radical quenching and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR) measurements demonstrated that the removal of TC using the Fe-BC/H_(2)O_(2)process involved both radical(^(*)OH and O_(2)^(-)) and non-radical pathways(^(1)O_(2) and electron transfer).In addition,the performance of the catalyst was also affected by the persistent free radicals(PFRs) and defective sites on the ***,the degradation pathways of TC were proposed according to the intermediate products detected by LC-MS and the ecotoxicity of intermediates was ***,the Fe-BC/H_(2)O_(2)showed high resistance to inorganic anions and natural organic matter in aquatic ***,Fe-BC is expected to be an economic and highly efficient heterogeneous Fenton catalyst for removing the organic contaminants in wastewater.

Adaptive Cooperative Estimation and Guidance Against Unknown Maneuvering Target

A critical challenge in missile guidance is the frequent inaccessibility of essential target information by on-board seekers. This paper studies the three-dimensional cooperative guidance issue of multiple missiles simultaneously attacking an unknown maneuvering target. Different from most existing research, the pitch and yaw lead angles of a maneuvering target are entirely unknown, while the position and velocity information is only accessible to neighboring missiles. An adaptive distributed estimator is designed to estimate the target information over a directed communication network, generating a transmitted target with similar maneuverability to the actual target for each missile. Boundedness of the estimation errors are guaranteed within a prescribed time. Subsequently, a modified guidance law that integrates proportional navigation (PN) and coordination components is developed for simultaneously tracking the trajectories of the transmitted targets. The superiority of the developed adaptive cooperative estimation and guidance approach is confirmed through simulations. © 1965-2011 IEEE.
