In this paper,we focus on the tracking performance(TP) limitations of networked control systems(NCS s).The control system considered is a multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) discrete-time network control system with time delay,channel noise,packet dropouts,and logarithmic quantization communication *** modeling the channel,we assumed the channel noise to be additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) and used a binary random process to model packet dropouts and a logarithmic quantizer to model the quantization *** explicit expression of the TP limitations of NCSs utilizing the two-degree-of-freedom(TDOF) controller is then derived using the frequency-domain approach,coprime decomposition,and Youla parameterization *** results show that the essential characteristics of the plant(locations and directions of nonminimum phase zeros and unstable poles) and network constraints(time delay,packet dropouts,quantization,and noise power spectral density) are closely related to the TP limitations.

With the rapid development of human pose estimation,the human-pose-estimation method applied in rehabilitation therapy has attracted more and more attention in today's aging *** them,inertial measurement units(IMU) and computer vision are two significant methods for human pose *** mainly pay attention to the application of these two methods in the rehabilitation therapy *** this paper,we first summarize the research status of IMU and computer vision in the field of rehabilitation ***,we find that combining the two methods can produce better ***,the main problems of the current research and possible development directions are identified.

Surface electromyographic(sEMG) signals play an important role in human-computer interaction between patients and rehabilitation robots in rehabilitation *** paper shows the effectiveness of one-dimensional convolutional neural networks(1-D CNN) in estimating hand motion intentions from sEMG *** database 1 was employed to train the ***,the data from a single subject was used to train a model,and the accuracy was roughly maintained at 80%.Then,the whole dataset was used to train the network,and the recognition accuracy was improved to 84.16%.This shows that 1-D CNN effectively estimates hand movements and achieves high accuracy even for a small number of data.

This paper presents a two-dimensional(2 D) repetitive-control method based on sliding-mode control for a nonlinear system with external *** a sliding-mode controller has a powerful ability to handle nonlinearity and external disturbances during the sliding motion,the reference-tracking and disturbance-suppression problems of the original nonlinear system are decomposed into two subproblems:reference tracking for a linear system and disturbance suppression for a nonlinear modified-repetitive control system(MRCS) with external *** the first one,a repetitive controller constructed with two positive time-delay loops is employed to increase the flexibility of the system design and guarantee high accuracy reference tracking.A continuous-discrete 2 D model of the linear MRCS is established to describe continuous control and discrete learning by using the 2 D property of repetitive control.A sufficient stability condition,in which three parameters are used to adjust control and learning,is given to guarantee the stability of the linear *** design of the system is transformed into parameter *** optimization algorithm is used to yield the optimal *** the other,a sliding-mode controller is developed to eliminate the effect of both nonlinearity and external disturbances on the system.A linear-matrix-inequality(LMI)-based sufficient stability condition is derived to guarantee the stability of the sliding *** condition is used to design the sliding-mode controller,which has a simple structure and does not require any specific information of nonlinearity and external ***,a numerical example and a comparison demonstrate the validity and advantage of the presented method.

This paper proposes a moving-window Integrated Physics-Data-Based (IPDB) modeling method for the lateral dynamics of autonomous vehicles. The IPDB modeling method initiates from the fundamental physical principles of vehicle motions and express the nonlinear lateral dynamics directly by data snapshots in a moving window. Therefore, the IPDB model is physically interpretable and inherits adaptiveness of data-driven approaches. Specifically, the physics-based lateral dynamics are expressed into affine linear parameter-varying (LPV) formulation and system matrices can be successfully represented by the data snapshots in finite-length moving window without training or calibrations. After that, the CarSim simulations are conducted for data collection and to derive IPDB model. The data-efficient and online adaptive characteristics are validated by the data under several driving scenes. Simulation results confirm that the moving-window IPDB model only uses a small amount of data, but can exhibit great online modeling capability with strong adaptation and excellent model accuracy under varying driving scenarios.

Self-triggered Consensus control for Linear Multi-agent Systems With Input Saturation

In this paper, we study the consensus problem for a class of linear multi-agent systems(MASs) with consideration of input saturation under the self-triggered mechanism. In the context of discrete-time systems, a self-triggered strategy is developed to determine the time interval between the adjacent triggers. The triggering condition is designed by using the current sampled consensus error. Furthermore, the consensus control protocol is designed by means of a state feedback approach. It is shown that the considered multi-agent systems can reach consensus with the presented algorithm. Some sufficient conditions are proposed in the form of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) to show the positively invariant property of the domain of attraction(DOA). Moreover, some sufficient conditions of controller synthesis are provided to enlarge the volume of the DOA and obtain the control gain matrix. A numerical example is simulated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis results.

3D virtual try-on has recently received more attention due to its great practical and commercial value. However, there remains the problems that the garment cannot accurately correspond to a human body by geometric transformation and abnormal textures may be produced in the synthesis result. To address these issues, a 3D virtual try-on method with global-local alignment and diffusion model is proposed. The global-local alignment module is designed for more accurate garment warping, combined with the guidance of an "after-try-on" semantic map alignment. Then, a diffusion model is introduced to design a try-on synthesizer that can not only avoid producing abnormal textures but also enhance the quality of textures produced in edge regions. Experiments on existing datasets show that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods. Code is available at https://***/Breaveh/VTON-GD.

In recent years, the photovoltaic power generation industry has been vigorously promoted and developed, while the solar cell as its core component may have micro-crack defects, which directly affect the power generation efficiency and stability of the photovoltaic system. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a low-cost, efficient and flexible method to detect defects in solar cells. At present, most of the existing micro-cracks detection is carried out in the laboratory, and there is no EL micro-cracks detection in the actual photovoltaic power station. The main purpose of this paper is to design a set of EL defect detection system that can be used for actual photovoltaic power station modules, which is different from the traditional laboratory-level or module-level defect detection, and to carry the designed detection algorithm to the integrated device to operate. Experiments have shown that the system can perform real-time detection of photovoltaic module defects based on the string level, which improves the detection efficiency while saving time and cost, and shows good performance. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing.
