The air quality guidelines （AQGs） issued by the World Health Organization （WHO） in 2005 are key references for the National Ambient Air Quality Standards （NAAQSs） in *** 22September 2021,the WHO issued new AQGs （NAQGs）[1],which propose more stringent targets to control exposure to multiple air pollutants,including fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and ozone （O3）,to which,in 2019,451 million premature deaths,globally,were attributable [2].

Computing offload is a key technology in mobile edge computing (MEC). By offloading tasks to the edge servers, it solves the problem that terminal devices in the edge network cannot handle high computing and time sensitive tasks. However, in multi-user scenarios, the resources of edge servers are very limited, and without good offloading decisions, the performance of MEC systems cannot be guaranteed. In this paper, the computation offloading problem of multi-user MEC system is analyzed and modeled and a batch offloading method is proposed. And in response to the shortcomings of the existing algorithms, a neural network combined with genetic algorithm for offloading decision is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm performs better than existing algorithms in terms of time complexity and accuracy. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Lead-free perovskite Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)manifests great potential in developing high-performance,environmentally friendly,solution-processable photodetectors(PDs).However,due to the relatively large energy bandgap,the spectrum responses of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PDs are limited to the ultraviolet and visible region with wavelengths shorter than 560 *** this work,a broadband Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD covering the ultraviolet,visible,and near infrared(NIR)range is demonstrated by incorporating titanium nitride(TiN)nanoparticles that are prepared with the assistance of self-assembled polystyrene sphere *** addition,an atomically thick Al2O3layer is introduced at the interface between the Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)film and TiN nanoparticles to alleviate the dark current deterioration caused by nanoparticle *** a result,beyond the spectrum range where Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)absorbs light,the external quantum efficiency(EQE)of the TiN nanoparticle incorporated Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD is enhanced significantly compared with that of the control,displaying enhancement factors as high as 2000 over a broadband NIR wavelength *** demonstrated enhancement in EQE arises from the photocurrent contribution of plasmonic hot holes injected from TiN nanoparticles into Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6).This work promotes the development of broadband solution-processable perovskite PDs,providing a promising strategy for realizing photodetection in the NIR region.

Enhanced Transient Stability Strategy for Grid-Forming Converter Based on Current Limiting

With the sustained increase in the penetration rate of grid-forming (GFM) converters in power systems, problems such as overcurrent and transient instability during system faults have drawn significant attention. This paper proposes an enhanced dynamic dq-axis current-limiting strategy (ED-CLiS) for GFM converters, which improves transient stability across all stages before and after current limiting. First, a dynamic dq-axis current-limiting strategy (D-CLiS) is proposed. This strategy regulates the power angle to prevent it from going out of control during current limiting, which is achieved by controlling the $d$ - and $q$ -axis current reference values to reshape the ${P}-\delta^{\prime}$ curve. Additionally, a large reverse acceleration area can induce excessive angle $\delta^{\prime}$ swings, causing the D-CLiS to be triggered repeatedly and resulting in converter instability after the control exit, even without faults. A reference power control structure (RPCS) is proposed, which suppresses the phenomenon by adjusting the power reference value to control the converter's reverse acceleration area. Finally, the control strategy is verified through simulations.

Combining pulverized coal gasifiers with cement kiln production is promising for application in low-cost and efficient NO *** paper presents a pulverized coal gasifier catalytic denitration technique and investigates the homogeneous reduction(by CO and CH_(4))and heterogeneous catalytic reduction(by coke,CaO,MgO,and Fe_(2)O_(3))of NO.A combination of Chemkin simulations and fixed-bed experiments is used to elucidate the reaction pathways and key intermediates of NO reduction by carbon-based *** addition,the activation energies for different catalyst combinations were analyzed via reaction *** results demonstrate that the presence of small amounts of O_(2) inhibits NO reduction by CO but promotes NO reduction by CH_(4).The NCO·radical is essential for the NO reduction process,and the generation of this radical depends on the CH_(4) cleavage intermediate and O·*** and Fe_(2)O_(3) exhibit more significant catalytic effects on NO reduction by carbon-based gases than the other catalysts *** presence of a small amount of O_(2) in the reacting gas mixtures facilitates the NO reduction *** activation energy is reduced to 1.02 kJ/mol,and the NO conversion reaches 99.80%when the catalyst is C+CaO+MgO+Fe_(2)O_(3) and the gas composition is CO+CH_(4)+O_(2).This work provides theoretical support and data recommendations for the use of pulverized coal gasifiers for the denitrification of cement kilns.

With the increasing penetration of renewable energy, power electronic interfaced devices have become dominant in power system. It is necessary to investigate the dynamic process of the power grid in a smaller time scale. In case of failing in low voltage ride through (LVRT), the traditional method that treats the response of permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) based wind farm as a one-time trip-off cannot accurately model the cascading failures in such a new-type power system. This paper focuses on this issue and conducts a detailed study of the dynamic process in a PMSG wind farm during LVRT. Firstly, we reveal an evolution mechanism of voltage-coupled cascading trip-offs in PMSG wind farm. Then, the wind farm based on PMSG is modeled in DIgSILENT/PowerFactory. The model takes into account the voltage losses on the power collection line inside the wind farm, and each wind turbine includes an independent control model. Finally, by simulation, we obtain the principle on cascading failures of internal wind turbines in the wind farm, and confirm the interaction mechanism between turbines as well as the detailed process of cascading failures. © 2024 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper proposes a modified iterative learning control(MILC)periodical feedback-feedforward algorithm to reduce the vibration of a rotor caused by coupled unbalance and parallel *** control of the vibration of the rotor is provided by an active magnetic actuator(AMA).The iterative gain of the MILC algorithm here presented has a self-adjustment based on the magnitude of the *** filters are adopted to extract the synchronous(1×Ω)and twice rotational frequency(2×Ω)components of the rotor *** the notch frequency of the filter and the size of feedforward storage used during the experiment have a real-time adaptation to the rotational *** method proposed in this work can provide effective suppression of the vibration of the rotor in case of sudden changes or fluctuations of the rotor *** and experiments using the MILC algorithm proposed here are carried out and give evidence to the feasibility and robustness of the technique proposed.

In order to mitigate the adverse impact of denial of service (DoS) attacks, this work designs a parameter self-tuning controller based on fuzzy rules for vehicle platoons with vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communications. Aiming at achieving the cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) of the vehicles with a required inter-vehicle distance and the same velocity, while considering the possible DoS attacks, we propose a parameter self-tuning longitudinal controller combining linear control and fuzzy control to enhance the stability and resilience of the platoon systems. Firstly, by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of vehicles and the mechanism of DoS attacks, we establish the dynamic model of vehicle platoons and model the impact of random DoS attacks as a constant data transmission delay, whose probability distribution can be defined using the Bernoulli random variable. Then, a linear controller based on fuzzy control is designed for longitudinal control to guarantee that the platoon keeps a reference velocity and the specified inter-vehicle distance under DoS attacks. Finally, thorough simulations are performed and the detailed results show the performance of the secure longitudinal control scheme for vehicle platoons in terms of stability and security. © 2023 IEEE.

Learning-based multi-view stereo aims to restore the real scene from multiple images with overlapping areas. The mainstream self-supervised MVS method trains the model based on the assumption that spatial points from different perspectives share the same color information. To further suppress the interference from specular reflection and illumination noise, this work proposes a self-supervised MVS network based on the consistency of synthetic-real image prediction. The network first applies the coarse-to-fine manner to gradually refine the depth map, and the source images are projected to the reference view to generate the synthesized reference image. Then the synthesized image with real source images are re-input into the network to form a cycled network, and the consistency constraint of the prediction results of the two periods is introduced to improve the color anti-interference of the self- supervised MVS model. The comprehensive experiments on the public dataset show that the proposed work can further improve the reconstruction performance of the benchmark model, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed work. © 2023 IEEE.
