In the process of hot metal KR desulfurization stirring, the visible length of the agitator blade exposed in the vortex on the liquid surface can reflect the mixing and dispersion effect of desulfurizer. Therefore, the Surface vortex information o is of great significance to the desulfurization control parameters' setting. In this paper, an improved SegNet model is proposed. Based on the SegNet network model, the encoder of the network is replaced with a lightweight network structure, and the deep separable convolution is used to replace the conventional convolution, so that the model is simplified and the number of parameters is greatly reduced. The activation function in the network is modified to Mish function to strengthen the feature extraction ability of the network. The experimental results show that, on the established KR desulfurization liquid surface vortex image data set, the processing speed of the trained model reaches 49ms per frame. The segmentation mean pixel accuracy of KR liquid surface vortex image reaches 98.97%. And the mean Intersection over Union(mIoU) reaches 98.23%. Compared with the SegNet network model, the segmentation accuracy and rapidness of the proposed model are improved to a certain extent. © 2021 IEEE

The primary sources of harmonic distortion in the new power system are a high percentage of access to power electronic equipment and a high percentage of renewable energy grid connections. These factors pose a major risk to the UHV converter transformer oil-paper insulation performance. However, the influence law of harmonic voltage on the electric field distribution characteristics (EFDC) of oil-paper insulation is still unclear; thus, the law of variation of spatial maximum electric field strength (SMEFS) under the action of harmonic voltage and the EFDC on the surface of oil-immersed insulating paper are investigated in this paper by building a two-dimensional simulation model of the electric field distribution of oil-paper insulation under ball-plate and cylinder-plate electrode structure. The results indicate that the two electrode structures' SMEFS are situated in the narrow oil gap between the oil-impregnated insulating paper and the high-voltage electrode; under the influence of the same harmonic components, the insulating paper's surface exhibits an inverse power function decay in the electric field distribution, with the cylinder-plate electrode decaying more quickly than the ball-plate electrode. Meanwhile, for both electrode structures, with the increase of the 5th and 13th harmonics, the SMEFS and the insulating paper surface field strength both increase linearly and are higher than that of the power frequency field strength, while for the 7th and 11th harmonics, the ball-plate electrode weakens the electric field and then increases it with the increase of the harmonic content, whereas the cylinder-plate electrode only increases the electric field.

The main causes of harmonic distortion in new power systems are high percentage renewable energy grid connections and high percentage power electronic equipment access. These factors pose a serious threat to the ultra-high voltage converter transformers’ ability to perform as oil-paper insulation, and little research has been done on the failure law of oil-paper insulation that takes the effects of harmonic voltage into account. This paper presents the design and construction of a typical oil-paper insulation structure breakdown test platform, as well as the oil-paper insulation breakdown voltage under various frequency and content of harmonic voltage superimposed on the fundamental voltage. The dual parameter WeiBull distribution model is used to investigate the oil-paper insulation failure law under the influence of various harmonic voltage components. The experimental results show that the breakdown voltage of oil-paper insulation significantly decreases relative to the breakdown voltage of power frequency under the action of harmonic voltages with different frequencies and contents, and all follow a dual parameter WeiBull probability distribution. Among them, the minimum $\boldsymbol{U}_{63.2 \%}$ is about 13.47 kV when the 7 th and 11th harmonic voltage are superimposed, and the minimum $U_{63.2 \%}$ is about 13 kV when the 5th and 13th harmonic voltage are superimposed, which is about $\mathbf{2 3 \%}$ lower than the power frequency. Secondly, the fitting distribution of test data under the action of harmonic voltage of different frequencies and contents is approximately parallel, indicating that the failure mechanism of oil-paper insulation is the same.

We investigate a pursuit-evasion game taking place in an unbounded three-dimensional space, where a flexible pursuer with hybrid dynamics collaborates with a fast pursuer and aims to capture a flexible evader within a finite time. The key feature of this problem lies in the hybrid dynamics of the flexible pursuer, which can change its dynamics once during the game and switch to a fast pursuer with increased speed but lower maneuverability. To address this challenge, we devise a hybrid strategy based on the soft actor-critic framework, tailored specifically for the flexible pursuer, which encompasses both maneuvering and switch tactics. We introduce a switch factor to the input of the actor network and incorporate switch actions to further expand the action space. These additions enable the flexible pursuer to execute maneuvering actions and determine a moment to switch to a fast pursuer. The reward function is designed to account for related angle, altitude, speed, and sparse reward. Through extensive ablation experiments conducted in a simulated environment, we demonstrate the efficacy of our algorithm in facilitating the learning of hybrid strategies for the flexible pursuer, resulting in significantly improved capture rates compared to alternative methods.

Aiming at the problem that human breathing and heartbeat signals are difficult to detect in a low signal-to-clutter environment,this paper proposes a signal processing method that combines differential evolution algorithm and variational modal decomposition *** order to achieve non-contact detection of vital signs,this paper uses ultra-wideband radar to collect the signal reflected by the human body,and suppresses the interference of the background signal by removing the background of the signal,and then extracts the signal reflected by the human chest in the fast time *** that,according to the frequency range of breathing and heartbeat signals,low-pass filter and band-pass filter are used to filter useless *** at the problem that the variational modal decomposition algorithm needs to manually adjust parameters in advance,this paper takes the maximum effective frequency band energy ratio as the objective function,and uses differential evolution algorithm to automatically search for the best parameter combination of variational modal decomposition,which reduces the workload of parameter ***,variational modal decomposition by the best parameter combination is used again to decompose the signal,and the breathing and heartbeat signals are reconstructed from the decomposed modal *** show that the method proposed in this paper can measure the human body's respiratory rate and heartbeat rate with high accuracy.

With the development of energy storage technology, more and more battery energy storage stations（BESSs） are connected to the power grid to restrain fluctuation and intermittency of renewable energy generation on the stability of the power grid. However, the connection with BESS will change the topology and power flow direction of the power grid. Therefore, based on the actual geographical wiring diagram and related data, this paper describes a grid model to analyze the influence of BESS connected to the power grid on power flow and node voltage. When the voltage of each node is stable, the genetic algorithm is applied to study how to select the access position and control the power of centralized or distributed BESSs to minimize the active power loss of the power grid. It provides guidance and reference for future location planning and control strategy of BESSs in the power grid.

In medical states prediction, the observations of different individuals are generally assumed to follow an identical distribution, whereas precision medicine has a rigorous requirement for accurate subgroup analysis. In this research, an aggregated method is proposed by means of combining the results generated from different subgroup models and is compared with the original method for different denoising levels as well as the prediction gaps. The results using real data demonstrate the effectiveness of the aggregated method exhibiting superior performance such as 0.95 in AUC, 0.87 in F1, and 0.82 in sensitivity, particularly for the denoising level that is set to be 2. With respect to the variable importance, it is shown that some variables such as heart rate and lactate arterial become more important when the denoising level increases. © 2023 Xin Zhao and Xiaokai Nie.

Dynamic multi-person mesh recovery has been a hot topic in 3D vision recently. However, few works focus on the multi-person motion capture from uncalibrated cameras, which mainly faces two challenges: the one is that inter-person interactions and occlusions introduce inherent ambiguities for both camera calibration and motion capture;The other is that a lack of dense correspondences can be used to constrain sparse camera geometries in a dynamic multi-person scene. Our key idea is incorporating motion prior knowledge into simultaneous optimization of extrinsic camera parameters and human meshes from noisy human semantics. First, we introduce a physics-geometry consistency to reduce the low and high frequency noises of the detected human semantics. Then a novel latent motion prior is proposed to simultaneously optimize extrinsic camera parameters and coherent human motions from slightly noisy inputs. Experimental results show that accurate camera parameters and human motions can be obtained through one-stage optimization. The codes will be publicly available at https://***.
