The security of data generated by vehicles during operation is critically important, especially as the number of intelligent and connected vehicle users continues to rise, leading to the rapid increase of automobile communication data. In response, researchers have employed GAN s to address data security challenges within this domain, achieving significant outcomes. This paper primarily focuses on personal information identification, data desensitization, and secure transmission of data within the framework of automobile data security. The latest research on GAN s is reviewed and analyzed to assess the feasibility, strengths, and limitations for automotive data security, and the insights into future development recommendations are also provided in this domain.

With technological advancements, resource utilization has increased, making renewable energy sources like solar power essential. Effective defect detection for solar panels is crucial. However, manual inspection is currently inefficient and machine vision lacks accuracy. In order to improve defect detection in high-resolution images and overcome the limitations of existing methods, we propose an unsupervised deep learning model called PV-Flow, which combines a hybrid attentional mechanism and a multiscale feature extraction module of the flow model. Before defect detection we need to categorize the defects and make a dataset, after observing the features we classify the defects into black spots, broken grids, hidden cracks and fragmentations. The performance of the model while performing defect detection is evaluated by metrics of reconstructed images and visual comparisons. Experiments on real solar panel datasets show that our proposed PV-Flow model is able to accurately identify the location of broken gate defects and show more details, with even the smallest defects clearly labeled and magnified. This suggests that our proposed model is able to detect potential defects earlier, thus reducing production risks and costs. We also conducted comparative experiments to further validate the reliability of the model.

This paper proposes a sliding mode-based two-dimensional (2D) iterative learning control (ILC) strategy for discrete- time batch process systems challenged by uncertainties and external disturbances. Considering the repetitive nature of batch process systems, the ILC method shows significant advantages. Given the presence of non-repetitive uncertainties and external disturbances in practical systems, this paper integrates the sliding mode control (SMC) scheme into the ILC design framework to ensure system robustness. A novel aspect of this study is the development of an augmented 2D model that captures the dynamic evolution in both batch and sampling time directions. Based on this 2D model, a corresponding 2D sliding mode surface and a 2D iterative learning sliding mode controller are designed, preserving the learning capabilities of ILC and the robustness of SMC against uncertainties and external disturbances. The method proposed in this paper enables the controlled system to maintain a high tracking capability in the face of non-repetitive uncertainties and external disturbances. Particularly, the stability conditions derived from this 2D model provide a broad feasible solution space, which improves the applicability. Furthermore, the correctness of the proposed method is proven and its effectiveness is validated through a simulation example.

The fault detection of photovoltaic power generation system is of great significance in photovoltaic plant management. The conventional fault detection method of photovoltaic power system requires additional sensors, and the fault detection scheme needs to be redesigned if the parameters of the photovoltaic plant ***, for large photovoltaic plants, it is necessary to develop a method that does not require the use of external sensors or the detailed parameters of the photovoltaic plant. This paper proposes a photovoltaic system fault detection method based on photovoltaic array current and voltage data. This method does not require additional sensor data such as irradiance and temperature. The failure of photovoltaic system can be detected through the change of power,and the abnormal situation of photovoltaic power station can still be detected under cloudy and shaded conditions. The advantages of this method are that there is no need for complex and diverse sensor equipment, the calculation is simple and the fault detection ability is accurate. The experimental data of Padang Poverty Power Station of State Grid has been verified.

This paper investigates the clock synchronization problem of wireless sensor networks with time-varying noises and malicious denial of service（Do S） attacks. A robust and secure clock synchronization scheme based on filter is proposed in intermittent Do S attack case, which is composed of three steps: relative skew estimation, clock skew compensation and software clock reading compensation. Through the clock skew compensation, the synchronization error of the clock skew can be constrained into a bounded range. Through the software clock reading compensation, the possible error of the software clock reading can be compensated and the clock synchronization can be achieved completely. In addition, extensive simulations are conducted which validate that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing ones.

Distilling Object Detectors with Efficient Logit Mimicking and Mask-Guided Feature Imitation

Knowledge distillation (KD) is a promising approach to learning compact models for object detection with information inherited from intricate teacher networks. In this paper, we raise some shortcomings of existing KD methods for object detectors, e.g., ignoring knowledge selection, coarse feature imitation mask, etc. To address these issues, we present a novel KD framework to train efficient object detectors via Logit Mimicking and Feature Imitation (LMFI). First, we put forward a novel logit mimicking method for classification and localization heads. On the one hand, it first proposes to mimic the classification logits of one-category object detectors. On the other hand, we exploit the localization knowledge from teacher predictions and ground truths, which dynamically guides the learning of student's regression outputs by stages. Second, an adaptive positive teacher selection (APTS) strategy is designed to obtain high-quality teacher samples during distillation, which reduces the transmission of inferior knowledge. Moreover, we heuristically introduce a soft metric and fine-grained mask to reconcile the discrepancy between teacher and student features in a position-wise manner. Extensive experiments show that LMFI outperforms the state-of-the-art KD frameworks for object detection. It can significantly boost the performance of various detectors on different benchmarks, e.g., 2.83% and 2.58% MR-2 reduction of Cascade R-CNN on the S and All sets of CityPersons, and an improvement of ResNet-50 based ATSS from 36.7% to 40.5% mAP on the COCO benchmark. © 2023, The Authors. Parallel configurations of power chips within a multichip IGBT power module (M-IGBT-PM) are employed to meet the required current and power ratings. When the internal chips of an M-IGBT-PM experience uneven temperature distributions and package aging, it becomes challenging to determine the maximum and average temperatures of the chips within the module. This paper investigates the relationship between four transient thermal-sensitive electrical parameters (T-TSEPs) derived from the Kelvin emitter voltage and the chip junction temperature, while establishing relevant mathematical models. It compares the sensitivity and linearity of these four T-TSEPs, and also assesses the influence of external gate resistance, bus voltage, and load current on each of them. A key innovation in this paper is the proposal of a method for monitoring the maximum and average temperatures across the chips within the M-IGBT-PM, which is not influenced by the load current. The experimental results suggest that the temperature derived from the quasi-turn-on delay time is a good approximation of the maximum chip temperature, whereas the temperatures predicted by the other T-TSEPs are nearer to the average temperature. © 2025 IEEE.

To improve the disturbance rejection ability and repetitive tracking accuracy of manipulators, a composite iterative learning control (ILC) scheme via generalized proportional integral observer (GPIO) is proposed. A high-order polynomial is first employed to model the time-varying disturbances that include unmodeled dynamics, parameter uncertainties and load fluctuations. A GPIO is then designed to estimate the disturbances and high-order time derivatives. By introducing estimations into a PD-type ILC at each iteration, a composite control scheme is obtained, such that the undesirable influence of time-varying disturbances can be effectively attenuated in the repetitive tracking process of manipulators. In this paper, the rigorous stability analysis of the closed-loop system is presented to guarantee that the tracking error exponentially converges to zero as the iteration number tends to infinity. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is finally verified by simulation results.

This paper presents a new proportional-integral-derivative control approach for positive switched systems based on a positive proportional-integral observer. First, a positive proportional-integral observer is constructed. By using the observer state, the proportional-integral-derivative control and the corresponding integral part are designed, respectively. Using 1-norm inequality, two dynamic event-triggering conditions are established for the proportional-integral observer and proportional-integral-derivative controller, respectively. A dynamic event-triggered proportional-integral observer-based dynamic event-triggered proportional-integral-derivative controller is proposed by combining the sample state and the integral of the weighted sample output estimation error. Under the designed event-triggering conditions, an interval system with upper and lower bounds is introduced. The positivity and ?1-gain stability are achieved by realizing the according properties of the lower and upper bound systems in terms of multiple copositive Lyapunov function, respectively. All gain matrices are designed by a matrix decomposition approach and the corresponding conditions are solved by linear programming. Finally, two examples are provided to illustrate the validity of the results.
