Rotating machinery is widely applied in industrial *** diagnosis of rotating machinery is vital in manufacturing system,which can prevent catastrophic failure and reduce financial ***,Deep Learning(DL)-based fault diagnosis method becomes a hot *** Neural Network(CNN)is an effective DL method to extract the features of raw data *** paper develops a fault diagnosis method using CNN for InfRared Thermal(IRT)***,IRT technique is utilized to capture the IRT images of rotating ***,the CNN is applied to extract fault features from the IRT *** the end,the obtained features are fed into the Softmax Regression(SR)classifier for fault pattern *** effectiveness of the proposed method is validated using two different experimental *** show that the proposed method has a superior performance in identification various faults on rotor and bearings comparing with other deep learning models and traditional vibration-based method.

This paper presents a composite disturbance rejection control strategy for high purity binary distillation column with complex characteristics,such as couplings,non-minimum phase,model mismatches and external *** goal of the controller is to get the desired top and bottom compositions in presence of both model mismatches and external *** composite controller includes neural network inverse controller(NNIC) and neural network disturbance observer(NNDOB) both using radial basis fimction network(RBFN).The inverse model of the system is identified by RBFN,whose stability is proved via the Lyapunov fimction *** a rigorous analysis is also given to show why the NNDOB can effectively suppress the *** of the proposed scheme is compared with PID and NNIC schemes in two *** feasibility, effectiveness and disturbance rejection property of the proposed method are demonstrated by the simulation studies.

In this paper the asymmetric bistable system excited by binary aperiodic signals is taken as a model and the average symbol error rate is regarded as an index to study stochastic resonance(SR) ***,the SR driven by binary signals under α stable noise is ***,the interplay between the α stable noise parameters α,β,and the system parameters a,b,r on the resonant output effect is *** results show that weak binary signals detection can be realized by adjusting the system parameters a,b and *** optimal values solved by these parameters can make the system produce the best SR *** a certain a or b,there is an optimal value under different α or β.For the parameter r,there is an optimal value under different α,and there are several optimal values under different β.Moreover,when α or β is given different values,the evolution laws in asymmetric bistable SR system excited by binary signals are *** results lay a foundation for realizing the adaptive parameter adjustment in asymmetric bistable SR system with α stable noise.

A coupled thermal flow crystal growth model based on Lattice Boltzmann Method（LBM） is constructed for the internal melt in a single crystal furnace,according to the characteristic that the internal temperature distribution of the melt is difficult to *** the melt’s characteristic on the free surface boundary,the specular reflection scheme is used on the free *** flow pattern and the temperature of the internal melt under different growth environment are simulated by the proposed *** results show that,in the pure heating environment,the fiercer melt flows,the greater the temperature gradient below the crystal growth interface,and the more uneven the temperature distribution on the free surface;crystal rotation and crucible rotation reduce the temperature gradient below the growth interface,and improve the temperature distribution uniformity of the free *** simulation result is consistent with the experiment result,which proves the correctness of the simulation model and the boundary scheme on the free surface.

A probe into the acid deposition mitigation path in China over the last four decades and beyond

China currently has the highest acid deposition globally, yet research on its status, impacts, causes and controls is lacking. Here, we compiled data and calculated critical loads regarding acid deposition. The results showed that the abatement measures in China have achieved a sharp decline in the emissions of acidifying pollutants and a continuous recovery of precipitation p H, despite the drastic growth in the economy and energy consumption. However, the risk of ecological acidification and eutrophication showed no significant decrease. With similar emission reductions, the decline in areas at risk of acidification in China(7.0%) lags behind those in Europe(20%) or the USA(15%). This was because, unlike Europe and the USA, China's abatement strategies primarily target air quality improvement rather than mitigating ecological impacts. Given that the area with the risk of eutrophication induced by nitrogen deposition remained at 13%of the country even under the scenario of achieving the dual targets of air quality and carbon dioxide mitigation in 2035, we explored an enhanced ammonia abatement pathway. With a further 27% reduction in ammonia by 2035, China could largely eliminate the impacts of acid deposition. This research serves as a valuable reference for China's future acid deposition control and for other nations facing similar challenges.

This paper aims to investigate an extended state observer (ESO) based control approach for the ground-coupled heat pump system (GCHP). As GCHP system has strong disturbances, a feasible approach of disturbance rejection should be proposed necessarily. ESO is employed to estimate the disturbance and compensate it to the controller to eliminate effects of the disturbance. By using ESO-based control and comparing with traditional control method, a better control performance is obtained through simulation verification. © 2015 IEEE.

Research and application of composite stochastic resonance in enhancement detection

Aiming at the problem that the intermediate potential part of the traditional bistable stochastic resonance model cannot be adjusted independently, a new composite stochastic resonance(NCSR) model is proposed by combining the Woods–Saxon(WS) model and the improved piecewise bistable model. The model retains the characteristics of the independent parameters of WS model and the improved piecewise model has no output saturation, all the parameters in the new model have no coupling characteristics. Under α stable noise environment, the new model is used to detect periodic signal and aperiodic signal, the detection results indicate that the new model has higher noise utilization and better detection ***, the new model is applied to image denoising, the results showed that under the same conditions, the output peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) and the correlation number of NCSR method is higher than that of other commonly used linear denoising methods and improved piecewise SR methods, the effectiveness of the new model is verified.
