This paper presents applications of the continuous feedback method to achieve path-following and a formation moving along the desired orbits within a finite *** is assumed that the topology for the virtual leader and followers is *** additional condition of the so-called barrier function is designed to make all agents move within a limited area.A novel continuous finite-time path-following control law is first designed based on the barrier function and *** a novel continuous finite-time formation algorithm is designed by regarding the path-following errors as *** settling-time properties of the resulting system are studied in detail and simulations are presented to validate the proposed strategies.

At present, due to the high redundancy and strong coupling characteristics of mobile manipulator systems, there are few and in-depth studies on coordinated motion planning. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a coordinated control algorithm that can track the desired trajectory of the end-effector based on a class of 5-DOF mobile manipulators. The algorithm takes the power consumption and trajectory stability of the entire system as the optimization objectives, and sets the function of the selected optimization objective on the desired trajectory, and performs optimization based on the interior point method of convex optimization to converge to the optimal solution faster. Finally, the system is simulated to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the control algorithm.

Tiny bolts are widely used on high-speed trains, playing an important role in fixing train components. However, because of the complex running environment of trains, missing bolts occur from time to time and may cause traffic accidents, resulting in property damage and, in serious cases, endangering the lives of the occupants. Therefore, it is essential to detect missing bolts on high-speed trains. The bolts discussed in this paper are generally located on the underside of high-speed trains and their small size makes detection more difficult. In this paper, we first expand the dataset, and then add the Attention module and Transformer based on YOLOv5, and change the FPN of YOLOv5 to BiFPN, fuse the features of different layers using different weights, and crop the high-resolution original image during training and testing, and finally return to the original image. Our method eventually achieves 95.3% AP, effectively improving the detection accuracy.

The partial shading condition (PSC) makes it challenging for the PV system to find the maximum power point. In this paper, an improved gray wolf algorithm (GWO) is proposed by introducing elimination mechanism, greedy mechanism and adjusting the convergence factor which overcomes the contradiction between global exploration ability and convergence time. Under fast varying irradiance and PSC, IGWO has been compared with GWO, particle swarm optimization (PSO), and adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO), the results shows the superiority of IGWO in the MPPTs of the PV system.

Accurate estimation for state-of-health (SOH) of lithium-ion batteries is critical to ensure the security and durability of battery operation. Accordingly, this paper proposes a SOH estimation method based on Attention-LSTM neural network using the partial charging features. First, features are extracted from partial constant-current charging curves. Second, Pearson coefficient analysis is employed to analysis the mapping relationship between extracted features and SOH. Third, an Attention-LSTM network is utilized to realize the SOH estimation. The attention mechanism can adaptively assign weights to the input features and time steps, thereby improving the estimation accuracy. Validation experiments are conducted on public dataset from NASA Ames Prognostics Center of Excellence. The experimental results highlight that the proposed method has higher accuracy and robustness compared with other approaches.

Adapting Human Mesh Recovery with Vision-Language Feedback

Human mesh recovery can be approached using either regression-based or optimization-based methods. Regression models achieve high pose accuracy but struggle with model-to-image alignment due to the lack of explicit 2D-3D correspondences. In contrast, optimization-based methods align 3D models to 2D observations but are prone to local minima and depth ambiguity. In this work, we leverage large vision-language models (VLMs) to generate interactive body part descriptions, which serve as implicit constraints to enhance 3D perception and limit the optimization space. Specifically, we formulate monocular human mesh recovery as a distribution adaptation task by integrating both 2D observations and language descriptions. To bridge the gap between text and 3D pose signals, we first train a text encoder and a pose VQ-VAE, aligning texts to body poses in a shared latent space using contrastive learning. Subsequently, we employ a diffusion-based framework to refine the initial parameters guided by gradients derived from both 2D observations and text descriptions. Finally, the model can produce poses with accurate 3D perception and image consistency. Experimental results on multiple benchmarks validate its effectiveness. Traffic Signal control (TSC) optimization is vital for efficient traffic flow in urban intersections. Recent research has explored the application of Reinforcement Learning (RL) agents to tackle TSC challenges. However, the selection of an appropriate reward function in RL agent training still relies on subjective judgment and experience. To address this issue, an Inverse Reinforcement Learning (IRL) integrated RL algorithm is proposed. In the IRL learning section, expert trajectory data are collected and analyzed by Relative Entropy IRL (REIRL). The latent reward of expert policy is reconstructed and utilized in RL agent training process. In the RL control section, a Double Dueling Deep Q Network is applied under a cycle control framework. As verified in simulations, the introduction of expert experience improves the performance of the RL agent to the expert level and concurrently enables robustness to expert policy noises.

In the context of the gradual shortage of fossil energy and serious pollution, the voice of energy transformation is increasing year by year. With the development of Internet and artificial intelligence, the smart energy is getting more and more attention, and it is also the key direction of the upgrading of the world energy industry. In this process, in order to better understand its development and effectively guide the future construction and development of smart energy, appropriate and reasonable evaluation is essential. In the past few years, some researchers have put forward some evaluation methods for smart energy systems, and have achieved some good results. However, only traditional evaluation methods are used which are more subjective. Therefore, the application of machine learning method in the evaluation of smart energy system is worth trying and studying. Starting from the requirements of energy system and human development, this paper first introduces the emergence and development of smart energy and its evaluation methods. Simultaneously indicating the necessity of evaluation. Then the formation of the evaluation index system is briefly introduced. Secondly, machine learning algorithm models such as support vector machines, decision trees, and BP neural networks used are introduced respectively. Finally, experiments are carried out to train the model, and then comparing and analyzing the results. The final results show that the machine learning method plays a good role in the research of smart energy system evaluation, which is worthy of further research. © 2021 IEEE.

Abnormalities caused by the hot spot effect are very common in the application of photovoltaic modules, which seriously affect the life and power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules. Therefore, the study of hot spot effect is of great significance to the development of photovoltaic industry in the future. By analyzing the hot spot effect and its causes, this paper lists possible factors that may affect the hot spot effect, uses the K-proximity algorithm for hot spot detection to classify the near-field infrared images obtained in photovoltaic power plants, and designs experiments to explore the influence of several factors on the hot spot effect, the influence characteristics of the shading area and the types of shading objects are deeply explored, and finally a certain summary is made. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. To enhance the estimation accuracy and dynamic performance of sensorless surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) drives, a sensorless control scheme based on generalized super-twisting observer (GSTO) and non-smooth controller is proposed. Firstly, a GSTO for back electromotive force (back-EMF) estimation is proposed. Compared with the conventional super-twisting observer, the GSTO has a faster convergence rate and stronger robustness due to the additional terms. Then a linear extended state observer (LESO) is adopted to estimate the position, speed, and lumped disturbance at the same time. Moreover, a non-smooth composite speed controller is designed by combining the disturbance feed-forward compensation. Compared with the conventional PI speed controller, the non-smooth controller has a shorter settling time and a better disturbance rejection ability. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.
