With the development of the blockchain technology, Bitcoin mining has become more and more popular. This paper aims to provide a three-level framework of the economic issues in Bitcoin mining research, from the levels of mining pools, individual miners and blockchain network. We also offer an overview of relevant research efforts in literature. Considering the uncertainty, diversity and complexity of the Bitcoin ecosystems, we propose a novel research framework based on the ACP theory, which can be used to explore the economic issues in the Bitcoin ecosystems. This paper aims to provide a preliminary investigation to the economic issues faced by participants in the Bitcoin ecosystems, and stimulate the attentions and interests of researchers in this field. © 2018 IEEE.

The brain requires diverse segregated and integrated processing to perform normal functions in terms of anatomical structure and self-organized dynamics with critical features, but the fundamental relationships between the complex structural connectome, critical state, and functional diversity remain unknown. Herein, we extend the eigenmode analysis to investigate the joint contribution of hierarchical modular structural organization and critical state to brain functional diversity. We show that the structural modes inherent to the hierarchical modular structural connectome allow a nested functional segregation and integration across multiple spatiotemporal scales. The real brain hierarchical modular organization provides large structural capacity for diverse functional interactions, which are generated by sequentially activating and recruiting the hierarchical connectome modes, and the critical state can best explore the capacity to maximize the functional diversity. Our results reveal structural and dynamical mechanisms that jointly support a balanced segregated and integrated brain processing with diverse functional interactions, and they also shed light on dysfunctional segregation and integration in neurodegenerative diseases and neuropsychiatric disorders.

The face detection algorithm based on multi-channel map discriminant projection Haar feature is proposed in this paper. The multi-channel map is extracted from the face image, which can reduce the influence of the illumination and the noise in the image. Based on the positive and negative training samples, the enhanced Haar feature are obtained by the linear discriminant projection, which can improve the distinguishing ability of the feature. The response in multi-channel map of the augmented Haar feature in the training samples is calculated based on the two steps mentioned previously. After that, the non-symmetric quick boosting method is used to generate a set of weak classifiers. The weight and threshold of the strong classifier are adjusted by the linear non symmetric classifier. This method not only improves the distinguishing ability of the feature, but also realizes the reasonable division of the non-balanced positive and negative sample space. The experiment indicates that the detection rate using the proposed method increases compared to the original method, which shows more competitiveness than conventional algorithms on FDDB dataset. © 2017 IEEE.

Bitcoin is a decentralized peer-to-peer electronic cash system, and it realizes the circulation and distribution of cryptocurrency via miners contributing their computational power to solve a cryptographic puzzle. With more and more people participating in Bitcoin mining, the continuous growing of the computational power might greatly reduce the time for finding a new valid block. To keep the stability of the Bitcoin system, the difficulty of the Bitcoin network will be adjusted every 2016 blocks. This paper aims to study the principles of the difficulty adjustment of the whole Bitcoin blockchain network in Bitcoin mining. We first describe the computing process of the target and thus the difficulty of a block, and then study its influence factors and their effect on the difficulty. After that, we study the adjustment of the difficulty, and propose a framework for the adjustment of the difficulty that can be easily used in practice. Our work can help researchers better understand the principles of Bitcoin mining.

The design and implementation of a monitoring system for networked control systems（NCSs） are introduced in this paper. The monitoring system is developed in *** framework using C# according to the C/S architecture which allows the user to monitor network nodes without geographical limitations. The widgets used to display come from the National Instruments（NI） suit and are integrated in the system by reconstructing it. The user is able to design a monitoring interface freely by creating and customizing widgets dynamically. During the monitoring, the display value of the widget is synchronized with parameters and signals of NCSs through receiving data asynchronously from network notes. In particular, all elements of the matrix widely used in NCSs are supported for monitoring. The functionality and feasibility of the designed monitoring system are demonstrated via a networked control experiment. In addition, the saved data can be used in data driven control and model identification.

In the continuous annealing line heating process, it is hard to get an accurate predict result only by a steady state model as it is a complex, strongly time-delayed and confounding process. This study provides a method for building a dynamic model. First analyzes the mechanism of the annealing line to get the main parameters, and then use the data-driven modeling method to get a steady state model, finally combines with dynamic algorithm to establish a dynamic model. This modeling method improves the accuracy of predict result to guarantee the efficiency of enterprises.

In this paper, a real-time underwater robotic visual tracking strategy(RUTS) based on underwater image restoration and Kernelized Correlation Filters(KCF) is developed for underwater robots. A real-time and unsupervised advancement scheme(RUAS), which is utilized in this strategy, performs robustly in restoring underwater images. The KCF, as a high-speed and accurate tracking method on land, is employed in this strategy. To handle the conflict between tracking speed and accuracy, we propose a tracking strategy based on KCF in video sequence restored by RUAS,comparing Histogram of Oriented Gradient(HOG) descriptors and raw pixels gray(RPG) descriptors. We define an index Ac to describe the tracking accuracy and regard the number of frames per second as computing speed. Results of contrast experiments show that the RPG, a much simpler descriptor, can achieve tracking accuracy as precise as HOG,accompanied by an increase of tracking speed up to 36%. Finally, experiments of the KCF-based tracker with RPG on different underwater objects demonstrate the feasibility of the formed RUTS.

Microgrid provides an effective technical approach for distributed generation system connected to the power grid. There are renewable sources such as wind power, photovoltaic in the microgrid, which the power volatility of distributed generation limits the effective scheduling and real-time performance of microgrid. Energy storage device is used to stabilize the volatility of distributed generation, make sure the feasibility of distributed generation optimal scheduling. Microgrid optimizes scheduling the energy allocation of various types of distributed generation in technology, economy, environment and other aspects. In order to solutio the multi objective optimization of microgrid energy allocation, a Strength Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm based optimal method was proposed. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified through the simulation.

With the increasing importance of islands in many fields, it has become the focus of research to obtain information from island remote sensing images efficiently by using image semantic segmentation algorithm. In recent years, deep learning methods based on convolutional neural network have been widely used in image segmentation. However, in view of the problems that remote sensing images contain richer ratio information and complex background interference, we propose an island remote sensing image segmentation algorithm based on a fusion network with attention mechanism, called AFU-Net. The network is built on the basis of FC_U-Net [1]. An attention mechanism is added to pre-weight the shallow features before deep-shallow layer feature fusion, in order to enhance the response capability of the target features, suppress the background interference and improve the segmentation accuracy of the network. The testing and comparative experiments on NWPU-RESISC45 dataset show that the quantitative metrics and visual effects of AFU-Net are greatly improved compared to FC_U-Net, and are also superior to other three state-of-the-art methods, U-Net, FCN, SegNet, which indicates the effectiveness of our method.
