Differential evolution algorithm based on entropy weight method to determine the weight to optimize the configuration of wind, solar, and diesel microgrid

In order to enhance the stable operation of the multi-energy complementary microgrid for wind, solar, and diesel storage, reduce operating costs, and solve the problems of large randomness, low accuracy, and slow convergence of traditional microgrid optimization multi-objective decision-making, a differential evolution based on the entropy weight method to determine the weight is proposed. Firstly, we establish a microgrid integrated energy model from the perspectives of system operation stability, economy and environmental protection; combined with the Pareto optimal solution set, multi-objectives are weighted according to the entropy weight method, and the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into single-objective optimization The problem is to avoid artificial setting of weight factors; the calculation example shows that this method is more economical and reasonable in optimization results, and provides an economic, reliable and environmentally friendly microgrid configuration strategy for users to increase power capacity.

Temporal-spatial cross-correlation analysis of non-stationary near-surface wind speed time series

Temporal-spatial cross-correlation analysis of non-stationary wind speed time series plays a crucial role in wind field reconstruction as well as in wind pattern ***,the near-surface wind speed time series recorded at different locations are studied using the detrended fluctuation analysis(DFA),and the corresponding scaling exponents are larger than *** indicates that all these wind speed time series have non-stationary ***,concerning this special feature( i.e.,non-stationarity)of wind signals,a cross-correlation analysis method,namely detrended cross-correlation analysis(DCCA) coefficient,is employed to evaluate the temporal-spatial cross-correlations between non-stationary time series of different anemometer ***,experiments on ten wind speed data synchronously collected by the ten anemometers with equidistant arrangement illustrate that the method of DCCA cross-correlation coefficient can accurately analyze full-scale temporal-spatial cross-correlation between non-stationary time series and also can easily identify the seasonal component,while three traditional cross-correlation techniques(i.e.,Pearson coefficient,cross-correlation function,and DCCA method) cannot give us these information directly.

This paper focuses on the problem of multi-dimensional Taylor network(MTN)-based adaptive tracking control for a class of nonlinear systems with input *** preliminaries,the saturation is first presented by a smooth function,and then a novel MTN-backstepping-based adaptive control method is designed on the basis of the Lyapunov stability *** is shown that the proposed control method can guarantee that all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded and the tracking error converges to an arbitrarily small neighborhood around the ***,one example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design approach.

In this paper, we present the design of the multi-dimensional Taylor network(MTN) optimal controller in the flight control of cruise missile. The MTN optimal control, which combines the classical architecture of feedback control system and the new controller structure, it is not only suitable for the analysis of the stability of the closed-loop system, but also for the control of nonlinear systems with mechanism known or unknown models. Firstly, this paper will briefly introduce the theoretical basis of the MTN optimal control. Secondly, the characteristics of the missile mathematical model and the theory of missile control will be explained, accompanied with the design of controller. Finally, the feasibility of the method is validated through numerical simulation of the PID controller, PIDNN controller and the MTN optimal controller. The results show that the MTN optimal controller has the best control effect of them.

The colored traveling salesman problem(CTSP) is a generalization of the well-known multiple traveling salesman problem(MTSP). In CTSP, each city has one to multiple colors, allowing a salesman in the same color to visit exactly once. This work presents a dynamic CTSP(DCTSP) in which the weights of edges among the cities change over time. To solve the DCTSP, we propose a variable neighborhood search(VNS) algorithm with a direct-route encoding and random initialization. The VNS is initialized by greedy operations at two stages and an appropriate population immigrant scheme is used in it to perform the population search in the dynamic environment. Extensive experiments are conducted to test the effectiveness of the greedy initialization and the immigrant scheme with the best population. The results show that the enhanced VNS can track the environment changes of DCTSP more rapidly and effectively.

Since proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers absolutely dominate the control engineering, numbers of different control structures and theories have been developed to enhance the efficiency of PID controllers. Thus, it is essential and inspiring to operate different PID control strategies to the PID2018 Benchmark Challenge. In this paper, a novel control strategy is designed for this refrigeration system, where a feedforward compensator and a conditional integrator are utilized to compensate the disturbances and remove the steady-state error in the benchmark problem, respectively. The simulation results given in the benchmark problem show the straightforward effectiveness of the proposed control structure compared with the existing control methods. © 2018

Rubinstein model is widely used in bilateral negotiation problems, and in this paper it is used in the bilateral negotiations between large consumer and generating company in power market. In real market, there are several negotiation agents for one large consumer or one generating company, and thus different from traditional STS(Single-To-Single) model, MTM(Multi-To-Multi) model is used in this paper to describe the bilateral negotiations between large consumer and generating company. In Rubinstein model, the concession negotiation strategy is expressed by the discount factor, but in the bilateral negotiations between large consumer and generating company the motivation of concession is quite different from general problems. Then, based on above MTM model, the discount factor is defined according to the degree of completion and the negotiation round. Detailed strategy design is given in the paper and the results of numerical simulation also demonstrate the validity of proposed strategy.

Face detection and location technique is a hot research direction during recent years. Especially, driver face detection on highway is still a challenging problem in social safty deserving research. This paper proposes a novel algorithm based on the improved Multi-task Cascaded Convolutional Networks(MTCNN) and Support Vector Machine(SVM) to realize accurate face region detection and feature location of driver's face on highway, predicting face and feature location via a coarse-to-fine pattern. The proposed algorithm is verified under various complex highway conditions. Experimental results show that the proposed model shows satisfied performance compared to other state-of-the-art techniques used in driver face detection and alignment, keeping robust to the occlusions, varying pose and extreme illumination on highway.

In this paper, we present a simple image depth level estimation algorithm. From the dark channel prior theory, an estimate of the air transmittance in the image is calculated. In wild surveillance, the disparity in the image poses a huge challenge for smoke detection and other video analysis tasks. Appropriate depth level estimation provide significant prior knowledge for subsequent identification and detection. For landscape images, we can approximate the air transmittance to depth information for histogram analysis. The depth value is segmented by a multi-threshold segmentation algorithm, and the resulting image can be used for forest fireworks detection and the like. This method does not rely on samples and classifiers, and the algorithm does not require training. The final experimental results show that the depth level estimation of a single landscape image based on the dark channel prior can achieve good results.
