A game theoretical approach for distributed resource allocation with uncertainty

Network-based wind speed forecasting has played an important role in the power system. The network parameters optimization is an important issue, and different optimization algorithms are believed to result in different forecasting accuracies. In this paper, six network parameters optimization algorithms, including Gradient descent, Momentum, Ada Grad, RMSprop, Adam, and Adadelta, are implemented and compared in the application of wind speed forecasting. As a case study, this paper uses a wind speed data obtained from Ningxia, China. The performance is evaluated by three metrics, namely, mean absolute error（MAE）, root mean square error（RMSE）, and mean absolute percentage error（MAPE）. The experiment results show that, Adam algorithm and RMSprop algorithm achieve better forecasting accuracy and less training time than the other optimization algorithms. This study can be a guide to the selection of optimization algorithms on wind speed forecasting problems for researchers.

This paper investigates a finite-time disturbance observer（FTDO） based nonsingular terminal sliding mode control（NTSMC） approach for DC-DC boost converter *** using exact feedback linearization theory and control method to solve the output voltage regulation problem under the load resistance changes and external input voltage *** the disturbance estimated by FTDO into the design of the nonlinear dynamic sliding mode surface,a finite-time NTSMC method is developed to reject the effects of mismatched disturbances and achieve finite-time tracking *** compared with the nominal NTSMC method,the proposed method obtains a better disturbance rejection ability no matter the disturbances satisfy the matching condition or *** is shown that the stability of closed-loop system can be guaranteed by the proposed *** comparison results are displayed to demonstrate the robustness of the proposed controller against input voltage variations and load uncertainties.

In this paper, the prediction-based distributed filtering problem is discussed for a class of time-varying stochastic systems with communication delay and different types of noises over sensor networks. The communication delay is characterized when the state estimations are transmitted between adjacent sensor nodes. In order to compensate the effects induced by the communication delay, the prediction-based idea is employed and then the active compensation estimation is provided when designing the time-varying distributed filter. In particular, both the prediction-based state estimation and its own innovation measurements are utilized in terms of the concerned sensor networks under given topological structure. Subsequently, a locally minimum upper bound of the filtering error covariance is given by determining the filter gain at each time step. Finally, the validity and advantages of the presented prediction-based distributed filtering method are illustrated by some simulations.

Directly scheduled unit, as a kind of excellent frequency regulation resource, plays an important role in the control of China's interconnected power grid. First of all, based on the regional control model, the theory of the "closed area" of the direct-dispatching generators is demonstrated, and the mechanism of suppressing the regional control error(ACE) by this method is revealed. Then, based on Virtual Partition(VP), the tie-line bias control(TBC) method for hierarchical control structure is designed. This method enables the power of each tie-line to reach the rated value. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by the standard IEEE 10-unit 39-bus system.

This paper proposes a block backstepping trajectories tracking control scheme for a class of unmanned helicopters. The control objective is to make the position and yaw angle trajectories of the helicopter track the desired position and yaw angle trajectories. In order to design the controller, the helicopter system is divided into three subsystems at first. Then based on the block backstepping technique, four control inputs which constitute the helicopter controller are designed step by step in three subsystems. The asymptotic stability of the closed-loop helicopter trajectories tracking error system is verified based on Lyapunov stability analysis. Finally, numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed block backstepping control scheme.

This paper proposed two strategies based on the active disturbance synchronous controller（ADRC） designed for the WECS based on the direct-driven PMSG, which maximize the power output by tacking the optimal tip-speed ratio in real time. Since the direct-driven PMSG is a nonlinear system with a large amount of uncertainties and rapid dynamic variations, it is difficult to execute the model-based control designs. Considering these characteristics of the system, a basic ADRC strategy is proposed, which has a good performance without a detailed mathematical model of the system. Furthermore, considering the large changes in system dynamics and disturbances may substantially degrade the performance of WECS, a model-compensation ADRC strategy is presented, which incorporate the available model information into an extended state observer（ESO） to compensate the lumped disturbance efficiently. Simulation results show that, compared with the traditional ADRC strategy, the proposed ADRC has a stronger robustness against uncertain dynamics and external disturbances.

This paper studies event-driven synchronization control problem for chaotic Lur'e system with cyber attack. Firstly, In order to save network bandwidth resources, the event-driven scheme is employed to determine whether the sampled state should be transmitted to the controller. Secondly, a synchronization error model is designed to describe the master-slave synchronization system with event-driven scheme and cyber attack. Thirdly, based on Lyapunov functional approach, sufficient conditions for stabilization are derived which can ensure synchronization of the master system and slave system;particularly, a co-designed approach of controller and the event-driven matrix is obtained using the above stability condition. Lastly, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
