This paper presents Management-Oriented Operating systems (M2OS) that leverages the power of parallel intelligence theory, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and foundation models to revolutionize the manner of management in Cyber-Physical-Social systems (CPSS). The parallel architecture on M2OS is proposed, including the parallel interactive actual M2OS and artificial M2OS. Among them, the artificial M2OSs provide digital infrastructures for organizations to operate, collaborate, and make decisions in the virtual space, and conduct computational experiments to evaluate management decisions and predict future states of the actual M2OS. Through parallel execution and closed-loop feedback between the artificial and actual M2OSs, the management and control, experimentation and evaluation, as well as learning and training of the actual M2OS can be realized. Moreover, the functional layers of M2OS, including the infrastructure layer, data layer, scenario layer, modeling layer, decision layer, and application layer, are discussed. These layers work together to support the intelligent, autonomous, collaborative, and adaptive nature of the M2OS, and facilitate data-driven decision-making, optimize business operations, and empower managers with real-time actionable insights. The proposed M2OS paradigm has great potential to transform the management paradigm and opens up new possibilities for intelligent and collaborative decision-making. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper,we focus on the tracking performance(TP) limitations of networked control systems(NCS s).The control system considered is a multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) discrete-time network control system with time delay,channel noise,packet dropouts,and logarithmic quantization communication *** modeling the channel,we assumed the channel noise to be additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) and used a binary random process to model packet dropouts and a logarithmic quantizer to model the quantization *** explicit expression of the TP limitations of NCSs utilizing the two-degree-of-freedom(TDOF) controller is then derived using the frequency-domain approach,coprime decomposition,and Youla parameterization *** results show that the essential characteristics of the plant(locations and directions of nonminimum phase zeros and unstable poles) and network constraints(time delay,packet dropouts,quantization,and noise power spectral density) are closely related to the TP limitations.

Contra-rotating rotors have the advantage of compactness and redundancy, which can be observed in many unmanned aerial vehicles. One significant installation parameter for the contra-rotating rotors is the axial distance between the upper and lower rotors, which influences both the time-averaged and unsteady loading of the rotors, as well as the aeroacoustic noise emission. Through experimental methods, each rotor is mounted to a six-component balance to study the impact of the axial distance on the two rotors, and an microphone arc-array is used to study the noise emission and directivity in an anechoic chamber. Two rotors are set at the same rotational speed for all axial distance settings. The results indicate that the increase of axial distance is advantageous for the aerodynamic performance increase and noise reduction, especially in the axial range of 0.1 diameter. The recovery of aerodynamic performance is due to the fully developed slipstream which reduces the mutual influence between the two rotors. The noise reduction is mainly due to the reduced velocity fluctuation alleviates the inter actiontonal noise, although the broadband noise becomes larger as the axial distance increases. © 2023, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Inc, AIAA. In this study,multi-resonator coupled metamaterials(MRCMs)with local resonators are proposed to obtain the multiple and wide band *** models of the MRCMs are established,and the boundary conditions of the unit cell are obtained with Bloch's *** effects of structural parameters,including the mass of the resonator and the spring stiffness,on the distributions of the band gaps are ***,the frequency domain responses and the time domain responses are calculated for analyzing the structural vibration characteristics and the effects of damping on structural *** results show that the frequency domain response can accurately express the distributions of the band gaps of the MRCMs,and we can increase the number and the width of the band gaps by using the MRCMs for the superior vibration suppression capability.

The randomness of photovoltaic power generation and the disorder of electric vehicle charging have a significant impact on the transmission capacity of the smart park tie *** storage can help to stabilize the power fluctuation of the tie line and improve distribution network operation *** this paper,the park's source and load uncertainty models are established to determine the original transmission power of the distribution network tie line,and then the tie line's power control model is established to ensure that the power fluctuation rate of the distribution network tie line varies within a certain *** power required for hybrid energy storage stabilization is calculated,and the high-pass filtering algorithm is used to allocate *** amount of power required to stabilize the supercapacitor and lithium battery is *** hybrid energy storage capacity configuration model is built on top of *** hybrid energy storage constraints are constructed using the maximum annual income of the hybrid energy storage as the objective function,and the adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO) is used to solve the problem,resulting in the hybrid energy storage's optimal capacity ***,an example is used to simulate the *** simulation results show that this method can keep the tie line's power fluctuation rate within a narrow range as much as possible,which can be used as a reference for a smart park's energy storage configuration.

To achieve effective deployment of the facial expression recognition(FER) system on marginalized devices,we designed a lightweight neural network based on ShufflenetV2,which can balance the relationship between the number of network parameters and the accuracy of *** this paper,a non-parameter SimAM attention module that can extract 3 D features is employed in the ShufflenetV2 network to enhance the spatial features extraction ability of the network,and the shortcut branch is introduced in Bottleneck for information interaction and feature fusion between *** tests were carried out on the RaFD dataset,and the recognition accuracy reaches 98.04%,while the number of model parameters is only 1.4 M.

This paper takes the iron-making blast furnace in operation of a steel plant as the specific object,analyzes the erosion status and characteristics of different parts of the furnace hearth and bottom combined with iron-making process and erosion mechanism of the blast furnace,designs an intelligent monitoring system for erosion of the furnace hearth lining,visualizes the temperature measurement *** erosion calculation model is established by using the heat transfer mechanism to quickly solve the erosion boundary for the area with low erosion degree and rate,and performs a fast solution of the erosion *** areas with high erosion degree and rate,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is selected by using its adaptive *** solves the erosion boundary accurately from the rough solution of the mechanism model,and the residual thickness of furnace lining is output and displayed,which helps ironmakers optimize the blast furnace production operation,maintenance strategy,improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
