Optimal synchronization control formulti-agent systems with input saturation:a nonzero-sum game

This paper presents a novel optimal synchronization control method for multi-agent systems with input *** multi-agent game theory is introduced to transform the optimal synchronization control problem into a multi-agent nonzero-sum ***,the Nash equilibrium can be achieved by solving the coupled Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman(HJB)equations with nonquadratic input energy terms.A novel off-policy reinforcement learning method is presented to obtain the Nash equilibrium solution without the system models,and the critic neural networks(NNs)and actor NNs are introduced to implement the presented *** analysis is provided,which shows that the iterative control laws converge to the Nash *** results show the good performance of the presented method.

Speech emotion recognition (SER) is a key technology to achieve natural human-computer interaction. The development of SER is significantly influenced by the scale of the sample. In recent years, the study of SER has been intensified by introducing data augmentation methods. However, most of these methods directly augment the sample data scale, neglecting the rational analysis and utilization of the feature distribution of samples. In this paper, we propose a new framework for SER based on clustering assistance, which can utilize the feature distribution information of the sample data directly and effectively. It considers the sample proportion of each emotion category in the clusters obtained by clustering, converts it into a probability score, which is called the clustering emotion probability score, and fuses it with the emotion probability score from the simple classification model according to different fusion weighting factors. We evaluated the proposed method with the baseline model on the IEMOCAP dataset. Experimental results show that our method achieves better results than the baseline model in terms of both weighted and unweighted accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

As a rehabilitation aid,the lower extremity rehabilitation robot usually works together with the patient during the rehabilitation training process,and achieves therapeutic effects by assisting the patient to complete movements within a certain trajectory for *** realize the active training of the rehabilitation robot,the rehabilitation robot needs to be able to recognize the patient's movement intention and cooperate with *** signals contain rich neuromuscular movement information and are often used to extract patients' movement *** this paper,using the principle of human lower extremity force generation,we designed an experiment for lower extremity action recognition of sEMG *** extracting the composition of feature vectors through time-domain feature values,we designed an SVM classifier to achieve the classification of five common lower extremity actions and obtained an average accuracy rate of 90.66% through the experiment,which verified the effectiveness of the experimental design.

Tiny bolts are widely used on high-speed trains, playing an important role in fixing train components. However, because of the complex running environment of trains, missing bolts occur from time to time and may cause traffic accidents, resulting in property damage and, in serious cases, endangering the lives of the occupants. Therefore, it is essential to detect missing bolts on high-speed trains. The bolts discussed in this paper are generally located on the underside of high-speed trains and their small size makes detection more difficult. In this paper, we first expand the dataset, and then add the Attention module and Transformer based on YOLOv5, and change the FPN of YOLOv5 to BiFPN, fuse the features of different layers using different weights, and crop the high-resolution original image during training and testing, and finally return to the original image. Our method eventually achieves 95.3% AP, effectively improving the detection accuracy.

To address the problem of aeroengine PID parameter optimization and tuning, this work employs the excellent performance of the sparrow search algorithm (SSA) with high convergence accuracy and fast convergence speed to propose a self-tuning PID control method (SSA-PID) for aeroengine parameters. Considering that the oil supply output by the actuator may have a substantial overshoot, the proposed technique adds a penalty mechanism for the overshoot at the output, designs and improves the fitness function weighted by performance indicators, and effectively avoids the possible excessive overshoot and sharp oil supply phenomenon of the engine oil supply. The SSA-PID simulates and verifies the mathematical models of the turbofan engine ' s steady-state operating points on the ground and at high altitudes. The results show that the SSA-PID control method has better parameter tuning and optimization effects, a faster speed step response, and generates a fuel supply that does not have a large overshoot, thereby proving its effectiveness and feasibility. © 2021 IEEE

The development of high-performance and miniaturized magnetometers is important for small-scale target magnetic anomaly detection. In this work, a miniaturized three-axis vector magnetometer based on the tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) technique is investigated for magnetic anomaly detection. First, the miniaturized three-axis TMR vector magnetometer is constructed, and then, the limit of detection tests and the magnetic anomaly detection tests are performed. The indoor experimental results show that the proposed magnetometer can capture the magnetic anomalies higher than 3.9 nT, with the low-frequency equivalent magnetic noise of 46.89 pT/√Hz@1Hz. The outdoor experimental results show that the proposed magnetometer can effectively detect small-scale magnetic targets such as hammers at a distance of about 1.5 m. With the advantages of small size, low power consumption, and high magnetic measurement sensitivity, the TMR magnetometer has great application prospects for long-term magnetic anomaly monitoring, high-density magnetic imaging, and other fields. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. The partial shading condition (PSC) makes it challenging for the PV system to find the maximum power point. In this paper, an improved gray wolf algorithm (GWO) is proposed by introducing elimination mechanism, greedy mechanism and adjusting the convergence factor which overcomes the contradiction between global exploration ability and convergence time. Under fast varying irradiance and PSC, IGWO has been compared with GWO, particle swarm optimization (PSO), and adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO), the results shows the superiority of IGWO in the MPPTs of the PV system.

In order to achieve high sensitivity of pressure magnitude and direction measurement, the elasto-optical effect of photonic crystal fiber is studied by the full vector finite element method. First of all, the birefringence characteristics of the fundamental mode of the edge-pass high birefringence photonic crystal fiber under lateral pressure and static liquid pressure are studied. The results show that the effective refractive index of the two polarization fundamental modes changes obviously under the static liquid pressure, the phase mode birefringence changes linearly with the pressure. The second, the influence of fiber structure on birefringence is discussed, the results show that the size of birefringence can be influenced by changing the shape, position and size of the air holes in the fiber. The structure of photonic crystal fiber with high birefringence is obtained by optimizing the structure. The result show that, when free space wavelength is 1.55µm and pressure is 120MPa, the sensitivity of its phase modal birefringence up to 1.498×10-5 MPa-1 and the maximum measurable hydrostatic pressure value is 353MPa. The research is meaningful to realize the pressure sensor with multi-angle and high sensitivity. © 2022 SPIE

At present, due to the high redundancy and strong coupling characteristics of mobile manipulator systems, there are few and in-depth studies on coordinated motion planning. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a coordinated control algorithm that can track the desired trajectory of the end-effector based on a class of 5-DOF mobile manipulators. The algorithm takes the power consumption and trajectory stability of the entire system as the optimization objectives, and sets the function of the selected optimization objective on the desired trajectory, and performs optimization based on the interior point method of convex optimization to converge to the optimal solution faster. Finally, the system is simulated to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the control algorithm.
