Conventional imaging devices often struggle to produce high-dynamic-range (HDR) images that accurately represent natural scenes. To overcome this limitation, multi-exposure image fusion (MEF) techniques have been introduced as a viable solution. Existing MEF approaches aim to enhance performance by optimizing or searching architectures. However, they face challenges in precise feature extraction and scene reconstruction, leading to distortion in the fused images. Additionally, most methods do not adequately address luminance variations across different image regions, which may result in the loss of essential details. To address these challenges, we present a novel luminance-aware MEF framework that integrates text-correlation priors (LarTap). By embedding textual information into fusion process, the proposed framework enhances content extraction and comprehension. Specifically, it consist of two key components: the text-image correlation network (N1) and the multi-exposure fusion network (N2). First, N1 performs correlation training to achieve a holistic alignment between text and image pairs. Its iterative vision encoders (VEs) generate text-correlated prior knowledge to facilitate the fusion process in N2. Second, N2 leverages these priors for scene reconstruction and dynamically adjusts luminance based on comparative perception. Extensive experiments on multiple datasets demonstrate that LarTap outperforms state-of-the-art methods. © 1991-2012 IEEE.

Sfmfold: A Multi-Modal Contrast Learning Model for Rna Secondary Structure Prediction

The secondary structure of RNA can regulate the interaction between RNA and protein and perform various biological tasks through specific folding shapes, which plays an important role in revealing biomolecular mechanisms and developing new vaccines and therapeutic drugs. However, existing RNA secondary structure prediction methods based on thermodynamics and traditional neural network models usually lack the ability to model long-distance dependencies of RNA molecules and cannot handle complex non-nested structures in RNA molecules. In this paper, we propose a multi-modal contrastive learning method SFMFold based on state space model, which captures long-distance interactions in RNA sequences through RNA sequence representation learning part, and models the structure of RNA molecules through RNA structure representation learning part. Finally, the features of the two modalities are aligned and deeply fused to obtain the final RNA molecule prediction map. We test SFMFold on several datasets, and the experiments show that our proposed model shows excellent performance in cross-family prediction and long sequence prediction tasks. In addition, SFMFold can also effectively predict non-nested structures such as pseudoknot with better accuracy than the SOTA methods. © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Multi-robot collaborative simultaneous localization and mapping (C-SLAM) offers precise scene reconstruction over single-robot SLAM and enables the data fusion from heterogeneous robots. However, heterogeneous C-SLAM faces challenges in both accurate inter-robot loop closure detection and globally consistent data fusion due to inherent viewpoint disparities and heterogeneous data characteristics. This paper introduces ATCM, an Aerial-Terrestrial LiDAR-based C-SLAM method designed for heterogeneous robots without priori initial relative position. ATCM comprises three modules: single-robot front-end employing diverse SLAM methods, multi-robot loop closure detection, and global pose graph optimization. A novel LiDAR-based cross-view global loop descriptor is proposed for scan-to-scan heterogeneous inter-robot loop closure detection. By uniformly mapping cross-view information into the height domain and integrating dynamic height, the loop descriptor automatically achieves viewpoint correction. Additionally, we introduce a bidirectional loop detection algorithm that validates inter-robot loop closures through both forward and reverse detections. Finally, the two-stage global pose graph optimization integrates multi-source measurements, ensuring globally consistent mapping and localization with cross-view data. We have validated the effectiveness of ATCM on campus scenario datasets and the KITTI dataset, achieving a remarkable 21.95% improvement in trajectory accuracy and a 17.00% enhancement in map precision compared to high-precision point cloud maps, surpassing state-of-the-art LiDAR-based odometry methods. In the ablation experiments, the proposed loop descriptor achieved 97% accuracy in recognizing heterogeneous inter-robot loop closures. Moreover, compared to the traditional unidirectional method, the bidirectional loop detection method demonstrates up to a 31.2% improvement in loop closure accuracy. © 2025 IEEE.

GAML: Geometry-Aware Mutual Learning for polyp segmentation

Accurate and automatic polyp segmentation plays a pivotal role in early colorectal cancer diagnosis. However, this task remains challenging due to (i) the diverse sizes and irregular shapes of colonic polyps, and (ii) the ambiguity in polyp boundaries with the surrounding mucosa. To overcome these challenges, we propose a novel and effective Geometry-Aware Mutual Learning (GAML) for precise polyp segmentation, incorporating the following steps. First, we design a region feature and boundary-wise extractor to mine the internal and external geometric features of the target. Secondly, we introduce a geometry-aware context aggregation module (GACA) to learn long-range dependencies between pixels in the external structure region and pixels within the object. Thirdly, we present a geometry-aware graph reasoning module (GAGR) that enhances and propagates features across different domains. This is accomplished by utilizing region and boundary features as nodes in the graph, leading to accurate segmentation along the boundaries. Finally, the network incorporates latent representations of internal and external geometric structures and is adaptively trained to recognize and segment polyp lesions. Experimental results on four benchmark datasets (e.g., Kvasir-SEG, CVC-ClinicDB, BKAI, and Kvasir-Sessile) demonstrate that our method outperforms current state-of-the-art methods regarding various evaluation metrics. AdvMap: Crafting Adversarial Maps to Counter AI Aimbot in First-Person Shooter Games

AI-based automatic aiming cheats (a.k.a., AI aimbots) have proliferated in first-person shooter (FPS) games, which grant malicious users an unfair gameplay advantage. Since AI aimbots operate independently of game data and are developed using object detection algorithms, they are difficult to detect with traditional anti-cheating methods. To actively counter AI aimbots, we propose AdvMap, which introduces invisible adversarial perturbations into game scene elements. In optimizing these adversarial perturbations, we design a mixture-of-misleading loss function that increases the total target confidence score within each misleading bounding box. It mitigates the risk of segment missing even when AdvMap is obscured, thereby enhancing the robustness. Besides, an L1-norm constraint with a small scale is employed during each update of the adversarial perturbations, which preserves the fidelity of the game scene. Additionally, to enable effective adaptation to interact with various elements within game environments, we introduce an Image-Subspace-Based Multi-Directional (ISMD) optimization strategy. It enables the adversarial perturbations to adaptively fit into each element by leveraging the mapping relationship between the game's 3D scenes and its corresponding 2D images. Furthermore, we construct a comprehensive benchmark, which includes various FPS games with different graphics styles and perspectives. Extensive experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of our method in countering various AI aimbot tools on different state-of-the-art object detection methods. © 2021 IEEE.

data aggregation (DA) plays an important role in conserving the limited resources and extending the network lifetime of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). Privacy preservation has garnered considerable attention and is considered one of the most viable schemes to address issues such as communication eavesdropping, information leakage, and unauthorized access in WSNs employing DA. In this paper, we propose an improved Secure Privacy-preserving data Aggregation (iSECPDA) mechanism. It dynamically selects cluster heads through an enhanced Stable Election Protocol (SEP), which considers the residual energy of sensor nodes to enhance network lifetime. In our proposed SEPPDA, we integrate interference information into the sensing data and ensure data transmission privacy through a proposed slicing mechanism. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments demonstrate that iSECPDA exhibits significant performance improvements in terms of communication overhead and privacy preservation levels. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Fake news often spreads rapidly on social media in various forms, exposing users to a large amount of misinformation and disinformation. Recently, promising results have been achieved in fake news detection. However, most of the approaches only consider one-hop neighborhood information in cross-modal mapping relationships or focus mainly on pairwise interactions of multimodal fake news. However, the fine-grained feature mapping of multimodal fake news may go beyond binary relations. To address these issues, we propose a Multi-Hop Attention Diffusion Graph Neural Networks in this work to capture and complement the multivariate mapping relationships between fine-grained features, while extracting cross-modal higher-order alignment representations for multimodal fake news detection via cross-modal contrastive learning and modal matching. Extensive experiments on three public datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in the multimodal fake news detection task.

—Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have emerged as the potential aerial base stations (BSs) to improve terrestrial communications. However, the limited onboard energy and antenna power of a UAV restrict its communication range and transmission capability. To address these limitations, this work employs collaborative beamforming through a UAV-enabled virtual antenna array to improve transmission performance from the UAV to terrestrial mobile users, under interference from non-associated BSs and dynamic channel conditions. Specifically, we introduce a memory-based random walk model to more accurately depict the mobility patterns of terrestrial mobile users. Following this, we formulate a multi-objective optimization problem (MOP) focused on maximizing the transmission rate while minimizing the flight energy consumption of the UAV swarm. Given the NP-hard nature of the formulated MOP and the highly dynamic environment, we transform this problem into a multi-objective Markov decision process and propose an improved evolutionary multi-objective reinforcement learning algorithm. Specifically, this algorithm introduces an evolutionary learning approach to obtain the approximate Pareto set for the formulated MOP. Moreover, the algorithm incorporates a long short-term memory network and hyper-sphere-based task selection method to discern the movement patterns of terrestrial mobile users and improve the diversity of the obtained Pareto set. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively generates a diverse range of non-dominated policies and outperforms existing methods. Additional simulations demonstrate the scalability and robustness of the proposed CB-based method under different system parameters and various unexpected circumstances. © 2025 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.. Incomplete Graph Learning: A Comprehensive Survey

Graph learning is a prevalent field that operates on ubiquitous graph data. Effective graph learning methods can extract valuable information from graphs. However, these methods are non-robust and affected by missing attributes in graphs, resulting in sub-optimal outcomes. This has led to the emergence of incomplete graph learning, which aims to process and learn from incomplete graphs to achieve more accurate and representative results. In this paper, we conducted a comprehensive review of the literature on incomplete graph learning. Initially, we categorize incomplete graphs and provide precise definitions of relevant concepts, terminologies, and techniques, thereby establishing a solid understanding for readers. Subsequently, we classify incomplete graph learning methods according to the types of incompleteness: (1) attribute-incomplete graph learning methods, (2) attribute-missing graph learning methods, and (3) hybrid-absent graph learning methods. By systematically classifying and summarizing incomplete graph learning methods, we highlight the commonalities and differences among existing approaches, aiding readers in selecting methods and laying the groundwork for further advancements. In addition, we summarize the datasets, incomplete processing modes, evaluation metrics, and application domains used by the current methods. Lastly, we discuss the current challenges and propose future directions for incomplete graph learning, with the aim of stimulating further innovations in this crucial field. To our knowledge, this is the first review dedicated to incomplete graph learning, aiming to offer valuable insights for researchers in related fields.1 Copyright © 2025, The Authors. Referring Remote Sensing Image Segmentation via Bidirectional Alignment Guided Joint Prediction

Referring Remote Sensing Image Segmentation (RRSIS) is critical for ecological monitoring, urban planning, and disaster management, requiring precise segmentation of objects in remote sensing imagery guided by textual descriptions. This task is uniquely challenging due to the considerable vision-language gap, the high spatial resolution and broad coverage of remote sensing imagery with diverse categories and small targets, and the presence of clustered, unclear targets with blurred edges. To tackle these issues, we propose BTDNet, a novel framework designed to bridge the vision-language gap, enhance multi-scale feature interaction, and improve fine-grained object differentiation. Specifically, BTDNet introduces: (1) the Bidirectional Spatial Correlation (BSC) for improved vision-language feature alignment, (2) the Target-Background TwinStream Decoder (T-BTD) for precise distinction between targets and non-targets, and (3) the Dual-Modal Object Learning Strategy (D-MOLS) for robust multimodal feature reconstruction. Extensive experiments on the benchmark datasets RefSegRS and RRSIS-D demonstrate that BTDNet achieves state-of-the-art performance. Specifically, BTDNet improves the overall IoU (oIoU) by 3.76 percentage points (80.57) and 1.44 percentage points (79.23) on the two datasets, respectively. Additionally, it outperforms previous methods in the mean IoU (mIoU) by 5.37 percentage points (67.95) and 1.84 percentage points (66.04), effectively addressing the core challenges of RRSIS with enhanced precision and robustness. datasets and codes are available at https://***/wzk913ysq/BAJP.
