In this paper, a novel morphology transformation of MAPbI films which were doped with Rb and prepared by spin coating on a"mp-TiO/bl-TiO/FTO" substrate was demonstrated. A slight blue shift of the PL peak for MAPbI with increase in Rb I concentration was shown. The morphology of compact TiO film used as an electron-selective layer and perovskite film used as a light absorption layer in planar perovskite solar cells has a significant influence on the photovoltaic performance of the devices. In this paper, the spin-coating speed of the compact TiO is investigated in order to get a high-quality film and the compact TiO film exhibits pinhole-and crack-free films treated by 2000 rpm for 60 s. Furthermore, the effect of annealing process, including annealing temperature and annealing program, on CHNHPbICl film morphology is studied. At the optimal annealing temperature of 100℃, the CHNHPbICl morphology fabricated by multistep slow annealing method has smaller grain boundaries and holes than that prepared by one-step direct annealing method, which results in the reduction of grain boundary recombination and the increase of Voc. With all optimal procedures, a planar fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO) substrate/compact TiO/CHNHPbICl/SpiroMeO TAD/Au cell is prepared for an active area of 0.1 cm. It has achieved a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 14.64%, which is 80.3% higher than the reference cell(8.12% PCE) without optimal perovskite layer. We anticipate that the annealing process with optimal compact TiO layer would possibly become a promising method for future industrialization of planar perovskite solar cells [1].

The orders of PVBs are determined by the modes of HG beams which are used in the combination scheme and the intensity distributions are the same as those of Laguerre–Gaussian beams. The bait feeding of river crab farming needs to be covered evenly on the whole pond. At present, feeding is mainly carried out by manual driving or remote control ship-borne feeding machine on the pond. The feeding accuracy and efficiency are relatively low, and it is difficult to guarantee feeding effect. In view of the above situation, based on the mobile automatic feeding boat equipped with GPS, this paper proposes a complete coverage trajectory planning method with irregular quadrilateral pond, and a trajectory planning system based on SuperMap Objects is designed to generate reciprocating traverse feeding trajectory automatically. The simulation is performed to verify the feasibility of the trajectory planning method. The results show that the trajectory planning system can meet the requirements of automatic and uniform feeding on the crab pond.

Image enhancement is an important part of the image processing of Dongba manuscripts. For the low-contrast and fuzzy Dongba manuscripts image, in this paper, an image enhancement algorithm based on wavelet analysis and grey relational analysis is proposed. Firstly, the wavelet transform is used to decompose the Dongba manuscripts image into three levels, and the corresponding low-frequency components and high-frequency components are obtained. Then, the interference signal and the useful signal in the high frequency component are distinguished by the grey relation analysis theory. Finally, inverse wavelet transformation is used to reconstruct the image so that the contrast enhancement and background suppression can be achieved. The experimental results show that compared with the conventional filtering method and wavelet threshold denoising enhancement method, the proposed method has the highest peak signal-to-noise ratio, suppresses the noise while enhancing the image details and improving the image contrast.

Due to the influence of various factors, such as the test environment, the instrument itself and the target's spectrum characteristics, the measured linear CCD spectrum data contains noise. If the noise can not be removed effectively, the results of spectrum detection will be affected. Since the noise contained in the linear CCD spectrum data is mainly Gauss white noise and impulsive noise, a combined filter method based on wavelet threshold and median filter is proposed to denoise the linear CCD spectrum data in this paper. The simulation spectrum data and the measured spectrum data captured by spectrum instrument are used to check the validity of this method. The simulation results show that using the combined filter method, the noise of the spectrum data can be effectively reduced, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the spectrum signal is improved.

Aiming at the wear debris sensor in the wear debris on-line monitoring system, the variation of the magnetic field distribution and the induced voltage of the induction coil in the working state is simulated. Taking into account the coil material, turns and excitation coil excitation power supply voltage, frequency and other factors. The three-dimensional finite element model of sensor coil structure was established by JMAG Designer software. The simulation results reveal the influence of different turns, power supply and so on in the internal magnetic field distribution and the voltage in the induction coil. The main morphology characteristics of abrasive in the abnormal wear stage of the confluent planetary gear mechanism were analyzed. It could be found that the fault predicted by the identification and analysis of the abrasive particles image of the oil was coincided with the fault of actual disassembly and assembly detection. Fiber Fabry-Perot cavity acoustic sensors have been widely used in some fields recently due to its advantages such as high sensitivity, resistance to electromagnetic interference, etc. In order to control the performance of the sensors, it is necessary to precisely adjust the cavity length. In order to obtain the cavity length efficiently and accurately, a fitting algorithm for interference spectrum is proposed in this paper. The base of the algorithm is the principle of light interference and the key of the algorithm is to find the peaks and valleys of the interference spectrum. Experimental results show that the algorithm has a high fitting degree.
