In order to extract the nonlinear characteristic of rotary machine, a new monitoring method based on manifold learning method is proposed. High dimension space of original signals is constructed by multivariate statistical analysis. Three methods included local target space alignment (LTSA), Isometric Mapping (ISOMAP) and locally linear embedding (LLE) are employed for extracting one dimension principal manifold to reflect the non-linear dynamic characteristics of the system. And the results show that LTSA can predict the fault directly and effectively with practical data.

The recent progresses in mechanical system condition monitoring technology based on the inter-net was reviewed and presented. The CNC machine tools working condition plays an important role for the flow shop production line for the products quality, production efficiency and production cost. The framework of the production line CNC machine tools working condition monitoring and fault prediction system (E-MAX System) is presented. The functions of the system, are discussed in detail. The least-square method could be employed to collect and analyze the malfunction of the CNC machine tools to obtain the MTBF of key equipments and providing technical support for the maintenance based on practice data from the workshop. CNC machine tools working condition monitoring and fault forecasting System (E-MAX) was designed and developed based on the platform of Apache, PHP and MySQL. This system has several significant functions, including information consultation, working condition monitoring and fault prediction, maintenance plan and strategies. The system is a feasible tool for enterprises in terms of information management of the production line and equipment maintenance based on the conditions of the equipment.

A running stability prediction model faced to wind turbine equipment group based on Internet of Things (IOT) is research. It's beneficial to improve the running stability of key equipment group and promote the emerging IOT technology application in equipment maintenance. The prediction model mainly includes the system of remote online sample acquisition and prediction method of running stability based on IOT. The running trend feature is extracted from vibration signals, and a genetic algorithm optimization neural network prediction model based on mean function new information-weighted theory is applied to predict running stability deterioration. The results show that prediction model has good performance on prediction accuracy and real-time prediction.

Electromechanical system deterioration from stable state to a non-stable state is a process of deterioration changes which are depended on the time series. It is beneficial to carry out safety protection in advance and implement predictive maintenance, and also to prevent accident occurrence by using fault prediction method to reveal the fault feature. A fault prediction method faced to internal combustion engine group based on Internet of Things (IOT) is researched. It's beneficial to improve the operation stability of key equipment group and promote the emerging IOT technology application in equipment maintenance. The fault prediction model mainly includes the system of remote online sample acquisition based on IOT, constructing fault prediction model coupling the physical information and numerical rules information of the mechanical systems, both to reflect the physical nature of the mechanical system, but also reflects the fault indicates numerical rules of the mechanical system. Fault feature is used to predict fault trend in order to ensure safe and stable operation of internal combustion engine group.

This paper carried out the absorbance experiments on different pesticide formulations and mixed pesticide concentration sensor design for online mixing system based on the precision spray requirements. There are many different pesticide formorlations, among which wettable powder (WP) and emulsifiable concentrates (EC) are most widely used ones in China. The optical methods were chosen for quick and precise measurement based on the physical characteristics of commonly used pesticide formulations and generally low spraying concentrations. Firstly we carried out monochromatic light absorbance experiments to study the optical properties of different pesticide formulations. We prepared the solutions with different possible spraying concentrations of WP and EC of several commonly used pesticdes and used UV-Vis spectrophotometer to measur the absorbance of the prepared solutions. The experiment results show that: in the UV-visible wavelength range, the absorbances of the suspension or emulsion of WP or EC generally decrease with increasing optical wavelength, but the solution concentration and the absorbance value is not proportional. In the 600-800nm range the absorbances have good differentiation. In order to select the appropriate absorbance range of wavelengths and considering the available of laser diode, the monochromatic light with wavelength of 650nm was chosen as the source light. Then we carried out the preliminary design of mixed pesticide concentration sensor. The sensor is composed of monochromatic light source module, the light detection circuit and signal processing module. The structure of the sensor was also preliminarily designed.
