Large-scale grid-connection of photovoltaic (PV) generation causes the power system to face the problem of insufficient inertia and insufficient frequency modulation capability. One of the important means to solve this problem is to take part in grid frequency regulation actively. On the basis of spare certain active power, this paper puts forward the active power-frequency droop control strategy. By modifying the original control structure of the inverter, PV generation actively takes part in the grid frequency primary regulation. In order to achieve non-error adjustment of frequency, this paper further proposes a secondary frequency regulation control strategy that adapts to different grid-side AGC control modes (constant frequency control mode, constant tie line power control mode and tie line power frequency deviation control mode). The effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategies are verified based on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform. © 2019 Institution of Engineering and technology. All rights reserved.

This paper addresses the problem of complex and challenging disturbance localization in the current power system operation environment by proposing a disturbance localization method for power systems based on group sparse representation and entropy weight *** different electrical quantities are selected as observations in the compressed sensing *** entropy weighting method is employed to calculate the weights of different observations based on their relative disturbance ***,by leveraging the topological information of the power system and pre-designing an overcomplete dictionary of disturbances based on the corresponding system parameter variations caused by disturbances,an improved Joint Generalized Orthogonal Matching Pursuit(J-GOMP)algorithm is utilized for *** reconstructed sparse vectors are divided into three *** at least two parts have consistent node identifiers,the node is identified as the disturbance *** the node identifiers in all three parts are inconsistent,further analysis is conducted considering the weights to determine the disturbance *** results based on the IEEE 39-bus system model demonstrate that the proposed method,utilizing electrical quantity information from only 8 measurement points,effectively locates disturbance positions and is applicable to various disturbance types with strong noise resistance.

In order to meet the emission reduction requirements of integrated energy power system, the global inequality constraint is added to the economic dispatch model to reduce the carbon emission of the system by regulating the output of the unit, but it is difficult to achieve distributed solution. In order to solve the distributed low-carbon economic scheduling problem with global inequality constraints, a distributed economic scheduling solution method is proposed based on the existing research results. This method is based on dual theory and variable decomposition method to decompose it into sub-problems related to each virtual power generation unit (Agent). The alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM) algorithm is used to realize distributed economic scheduling through the exchange and iteration of Lagrange multiplier information between adjacent Agents, and meet the demand of "plug and play"of the optimization unit. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an IEEE-6-bus system. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper addresses the need to make judgments quickly and accurately after a transient stability failure in the power system. A method for transient stability assessment of power systems based on CapsNet is proposed. This method does not require manual calculation and is based directly on simulation data. Using the self-learning ability of the CapsNet and strong feature extraction ability, the offline training model is used to find the mapping relationship between the input data set and the transient stability, and then online evaluation. This paper effectively improves the accuracy of the evaluation by constructing the input data matrix;By improving the parameters in the network, the calculation speed is effectively improved, and the robustness and generalization ability of the model are enhanced. The idea of "fast measurement, fast resolution, fast control" has been achieved. The simulation results of IEEE-39 node system verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, and the proposed method is superior to the evaluation model of other machine learning methods. © 2019 IEEE.

Traditional active power sharing in microgrids,achieved by the distributed average consensus,requires each controller to continuously trigger and communicate with each other,which is a wasteful use of the limited computation and communication resources of the secondary *** enhance the efficiency of secondary control,we developed a novel distributed self-triggered active power-sharing control strategy by introducing the signum function and a flexible linear *** continuous communication–based controllers,the proposed self-triggered distributed controller prompts distributed generators to perform control actions and share information with their neighbors only at specific time instants monitored by the linear ***,this approach results in a significant reduction in both the computation and communication ***,this design naturally avoids Zeno ***,a modified triggering condition was established to achieve further reductions in computation and *** simulation results confirmed that the proposed control scheme achieves distributed active power sharing with very few controller triggers,thereby substantially enhancing the efficacy of secondary control in MGs.

A distributed stochastic power flow algorithm for distribution network based on inter-region scenario equivalence is proposed for the problem that the power injection of each node needs to be simulated with a large number of samples in the distribution network stochastic power flow algorithm, thus causing low computational efficiency. Firstly, the distribution network is divided into a backbone region and several sub-regions according to its radial structure characteristics, and the sampled power samples are partitioned;secondly, based on the inter-region power flow coupling relationship, the inter-region power flow action is replaced with the effect on the boundary quantity;then, a scenario equivalence method is proposed to merge the power scenarios that cause the same boundary injected power and boundary voltage. Finally, a distributed algorithm for distribution network stochastic currents is designed, and each region can complete the distributed solution of distribution network stochastic currents through the exchange of boundary equivalence scenario information and internal calculation, and the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method in reducing time are verified in the IEEE123 node system calculation example. © 2023 IEEE.

With the reduction of spectrum resources available in modern communication, higher requirements are put forward for the out of band suppression, frequency selection characteristics and signal-To-noise ratio of the filter. Based on the traditional stepped impedance resonator, a microstrip multifrequency filter based on open branch loaded stepped impedance resonator is designed and implemented in this paper. © 2022 IEEE.

Because the antenna is an important passive component in the RF front-end of mobile communication, some studies have found that the combination of EBG and antenna can effectively improve the performance of the antenna. In this paper, a dual band microstrip antenna based on EBG structure is designed, which improves the gain of the antenna, and the resonant frequencies are 2.4 GHz and 3.5 GHz. After simulation, the return loss at two resonant frequencies is less than-19.5 dB, which basically meets the design requirements. © 2022 IEEE.

This article designs three MIMO antennas for WLAN and WIMAX. The center resonance frequencies are 2.4 GHz, 3.5 GHz, and 5.2 GHz, respectively. The electromagnetic simulation software HFSS is used to design and optimize the MIMO antenna. The MIMO antenna is designed with dielectric substrates with different thicknesses and sizes and antenna element patches with different shapes. Use the antenna layout in each frequency band to obtain good isolation. Make the center working frequency reach more than 15dB. The antenna has the characteristics of omnidirectional radiation in the working frequency band, and the isolation and gain are calculated through the S parameter sweep frequency setting, and then the optimization function is used to optimize and modify the antenna. © 2022 IEEE.
