In the last two decades,motor operation monitoring tools have become a necessity,and many studies focus on the detection and diagnosis of motor electrical ***,at present,a core obstacle that prevents the direct comparison of such classification techniques is the lack of a standard database that can be used as a *** view of this,we offer here a public experimental data-set that has beendesigned specifically for the comparison of synchronous motor electrical fault *** data-set comprises five types of motor electrical faults:open phase between inverter and motor;short circuit/leakage current between two phases;short circuit/leakage current in phase-to-neutral;rotor excitation voltage disconnection;and variation of rotor excitation *** addition,each fault has been recorded as a four-dimensional signal:three phase voltages;three phase currents;motor speed;and motor *** package includes two deep-learning reference classifiers that are based on a convolutional neural network(CNN)and long short term memory(LSTM).Due to the good performance of these classifiers,we suggest that they can be used by the community as benchmarks for the development of new and better motor electrical fault classification *** database and the reference classifiers are examined and insights regarding different combinations of features and lengths of recording points are *** developed code is available online,and is free to use.

The deep learning algorithm represented by CNN has achieved remarkable results in complex feature extraction, classification and regression. Since the CNN adopts an end-to-end training process, the carrier of acquisition knowledge is a high-dimensional non-linear function, which is hard to understand by humans. Therefore, it is difficult to be widely used in online decision-making engineering scenarios such as the fast assessment of power system transient voltage stability. In this paper, the key input elements extracted by CNN are identified by Grad-CAM, and the key features captured by CNN in the assessment process are enhanced based on AM, so as to finally obtain the visual expression of key areas and variables of the original input data. Besides, a sample construction method based on single line diagram is proposed to improve the visualization effect of Grad-CAM and AM. Simulation results and analyses of IEEE 39bus test system demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2021 IEEE.

Under the Background of 'Carbon peaking and Carbon neutrality' goals, with the rapid development of clean energy, power system is gradually transforming to low-carbon. The proportion of distributed photovoltaic in the distribution network increases rapidly, and the uncertainty of its output and the randomness of the access scheme can easily lead to dramatic changes in line power flow and bring about operational safety problems. Aiming at the problem that high proportion of distributed photovoltaic access affects the safe and stable operation of distribution network, this paper proposes a distributed photovoltaic acceptance ability evaluation method based on voltage sensitivity and multi-scenario power flow simulation. The method uniformly generates the possible access scheme of distributed photovoltaic in the network and simulates the multi-power flow. Finally, by comparing the peak voltage of each scheme, the distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity of distribution network is evaluated. Taking IEEE 14-bus system as an example, the results show that the proposed method can effectively solve the calculation problem of distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity of distribution network. © 2022 IEEE.

With the increase of the proportion and dispersion of distributed PV connected to the distribution network, the possibility of extreme PV configuration is decreasing. However, the traditional bearing capacity evaluation includes a large number of extreme photovoltaic configuration scenarios, and the calculation results are too conservative. At the same time, the traditional evaluation method ignores the limitation of reverse power transmission to the main network at the time of large photovoltaic generation in the distribution network. For the above problems, a distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity evaluation method based on voltage sensitivity ranking is proposed. The method includes access scheme modification layer and index inspection layer: the voltage sensitivity ranking method is introduced into the access scheme modification layer to optimize the access scheme in each iteration and eliminate the extreme value distribution of photovoltaic. In the index inspection layer, the voltage deviation index and reverse power transmission of high proportion distributed photovoltaic distribution network are introduced to judge the rationality of the optimization scheme and feed back to the modification layer of the access scheme. The two-layer iteration finally obtains the calculation results of the distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity of the network. This method is closer to reality, reduces the conservatism of calculation and improves the adaptability of calculation. It has certain guiding significance for the photovoltaic planning and construction of the actual distribution network. © 2022 IEEE.

power hardware-in-the-loop (PHIL) simulation combines the advantages of digital and physical simulations, which is an effective method to study and analyse modular multi-level-converter-based high-voltage direct current (MMC-HVDC) technology. For the damping impedance method (DIM) interface algorithm, a real-time impedance matching method is proposed to improve the stability and accuracy of the PHIL simulation system. The equivalent impedance between the power interface and the MMC converter station is calculated according to the voltage difference and current between them, and the equivalent impedance parameters of MMC, in both de-blocking and blocking modes, are obtained by the Thevenin equivalent models;then the information of the hardware under test impedance is used to update the DIM interface algorithm. In addition, a compensation control method for interface delay is used to reduce the system error. The excellent performance of stability and accuracy is verified by digital simulation results, which show that the proposed DIM interface algorithm is able to keep the PHIL simulation system stable under different kinds of disturbances and the maximum relative error of the active power © 2019 Institution of Engineering and *** right reserved.

Combined Cooling, Heating and power(CCHP) system is an important way to improve the efficiency of energy utilization and wind power consumption. In this case, increasing the operational flexibility of CCHP systems can help increase renewable energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions. So, it is necessary to provide real-time optimal energy management(OEM) for CCHP systems. In this paper. Firstly, a new training method is proposed for the LightGBM to improve the accuracy of real-time wind power prediction. In addition, to solve the nonlinear OEM of CCHP in real-time, a novel deep reinforcement learning algorithm-Soft Actor-Critic, is used in this paper. By combining the mechanism of CCHP with the reward function through knowledge fusion, the non-convex models can be translated into Markov Decision Processes(MDP), and then according to the Bellman optimal equation, the real-time optimized operation of the CCHP system is realized. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed policy is verified by the actual operation data of a CCHP system in Northwest China. © 2023 IEEE.

Accompanied by energy structure transformation and the depletion of fossil fuels, large-scale distributed power sources and electric vehicles are accessed to distribution network that result in the load peak-valley gap increasing. energy storage system (ESS) possessed the characteristics such as quick response, precise control and energy bidirectional flow. Therefore, the configuration of ESS in grid is a feasible measure to reduce the difference between peak load and valley load. This paper presents a superior control strategy that uses distributed energy storage to smooth load fluctuation of grid. Set the time scale to one day, constraints such as energy storage capacity, power and state of charge are taken into account, and the calculation examples are designed based on the proposed the evaluation index compares the effect of optimized control strategy given in this paper with the current common constant power strategy, which proves the feasibility and effect of the presented method. © 2021 IEEE.

Aiming at the power allocation problem of multiple energy storage power stations distributed at different locations in the regional power grid participating in frequency modulation services, a frequency modulation power optimization allocation strategy for multiple energy storage systems considering the dual constraints of frequency modulation cost and frequency modulation capability is proposed. Firstly, a multi-objective optimization allocation model for frequency modulation power is constructed with the minimum frequency modulation cost and minimum deviation of the state of charge (SOC) for energy storage power plants. Secondly, using Pareto based multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) to solve the model, introduce adaptive weight coefficients and fuzzy membership functions for each objective function regarding the frequency regulation demand of the power grid and the deviation of the SOC of energy storage stations, construct a comprehensive satisfaction function to make decisions on the most advantageous points on the Pareto frontier, in order to obtain the optimal output of each energy storage station that can adapt to the frequency regulation requirements of the power grid. Finally, simulation analysis was conducted on the proposed strategy in this article, and the results showed that: The proposed strategy not only enhances the frequency regulation economy of the regional power grid, but also helps to restore the SOC of the energy storage power station. © 2023 IEEE.

The application of fractal theory in antenna design can make the antenna more miniaturized and multifrequency, so the research of fractal microstrip antenna has very important theoretical significance and practical value. Based on Minkowski like fractal structure, a dual band fractal microstrip antenna is designed, which works in WLAN and WiMAX band. The center frequency is 2.4GHz and 2.7GHz, and the isolation near the center frequency is more than 15dB. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper proposes an economic analysis method for distributed energy storage applications in distribution networks, and constructs a visual simulation platform. Firstly, the influence of photovoltaic / wind power fluctuation on load peak-valley difference in distribution network under different permeability is analyzed, and the technical and economic characteristics of different distributed energy storage systems are compared. Secondly, in order to facilitate the analysis and display the analysis results, a visual simulation platform is constructed based on MATLAB / Simulink software. The simulation results of IEEE 33-Bus System show that the method described in this paper can effectively analyze the economy of load peak-shaving and valley-filling by different energy storage configuration methods, and the visualization platform can clearly and intuitively show the results of the above analysis method. © 2021 IEEE.
