Directed fuzzing technology is one of the key technologies to quickly reach a specific location of software, and to conduct targeted testing or bug recurrence. However, directed fuzzing technology has some problems, such as unreasonable seed energy allocation, low code coverage and incomplete testing. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an optimization method of directed fuzzing based on Rich-Branch nodes. In this method, the concept of Rich-Branch nodes is defined and the algorithm of extracting Rich-Branch nodes is given. The optimization method collects the coverage information of the target program in the running process, calculates the weights of covered functions and nodes in real time by combining CG and CFG of the target program, and generates a list of Rich-Branch nodes. According to the weights of Rich-Branch nodes, the seed energy allocation algorithm of AFLGo is optimized and improved. Compared with AFLGo, this optimization method improves the average code coverage of each targeted point by 56.79%, and has the same target reaching ability as AFLGo. © 2022 Association for Computing Machinery.

Ni-rich layered oxides are one of the most promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries due to their high energy ***,the chemomechanical breakdown and capacity degradation associated with the anisotropic lattice evolution during lithiation/delithiation hinders its practical ***,by utilizing the in situ environmental transmission electron microscopy(ETEM),we provide a real time nanoscale characterization of high temperature solid-state synthesis of LiNi_(0.8)CO_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811) cathode,and unprecedentedly reveal the strain/stress formation and morphological evolution mechanism of primary/second ary particles,as well as their influence on electrochemical *** show that stress inhomogeneity during solid-state synthesis will lead to both primary/secondary particle pulverization and new grain boundary initiation,which are detrimental to cathode cycling stability and rate *** to alleviate this multiscale strain during solid-state synthesis,we introduced a calcination scheme that effectively relieves the stress during the synthesis,thus mitigating the primary/secondary particle crack and the detrimental grain boundaries formation,which in turn improves the cathode structural integrity and Li-ion transport kinetics for long-life and high-rate electrochemical *** work remarkably advances the fundamental understanding on mechanochemical properties of transition metal oxide cathode with solid-state synthesis and provides a unified guide for optimization the Ni-rich oxide cathode.

The zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD) obtained by global navigation satellite system (GNSS) atmospheric sounding is a pivotal data source for water vapor monitoring. Meteorological changes in Antarctica play an important role in analysis of the global climate, but factors such as complex climatic conditions can limit the collection of meteorological data needed for ZTD retrieval. Therefore, it is necessary to establish high-precision ZTD models that do not rely on measured meteorological data. The existing global pressure and temperature 3 (GPT3) model has limited ability to capture complex weather variations and cannot obtain high-precision GPT3_ZTD. To address the above issues, this research proposes a high-precision ZTD model through using temporal convolutional network (TCN) for improving the hourly global pressure and temperature 2 (HGPT2) model. The HGTP2 model based on Fourier analysis and the time-segmentation concept can consider the linear trend of climate variations, simultaneously the TCN is introduced to simulate the long-term temporal dependence of HGPT2_ZTD, so as to achieve the goal of obtaining high-precision ZTD without relying on measured meteorological data. The experimental results show that the precision of TCN_ZTD obtained from the proposed model is higher than GPT3_ZTD and HGPT2_ZTD when using the GNSS_ZTD observations obtained from 35 stations in Antarctica as a reference, and the improvement of the model is obvious. © 2024, Aerospace Information Research Institute.

In satellite communications, global navigation satellite systems(GNSS) and other important space activities, the value of total electron content (TEC) in the ionosphere directly affects the size of ionospheric delay. Achieving accurate prediction of ionospheric total electron content through modeling can effectively improve the reliability and accuracy of GNSS positioning. Considering the high prediction accuracy of long short-term memory neural network (LSTM) and the fast training speed of gated recurrent unit network (GRU), but it is easy to fall into the local optimum, while the width learning system(BLS) can effectively avoid this drawback. Therefore, this paper proposes a model for predicting the total electron content of the ionosphere, which consists of a broad learning system, an LSTM network and a GRU networks. Six parameters of TEC, geomagnetic index Dst, Kp, Ap, solar activity index F10.7, and hour (HD) are selected as input features from the observed data to predict the variation of the total ionospheric electron content. The results generate prediction maps of the total ionospheric electron content and are compared with empirical models and conventional neural network models at different times and solar activity conditions. The experimental results show that the root mean square error (RMSE) of the prediction results of this BLS-LSTM-GRU model is decreased by 23.07%, 17.48% and 9.46% compared with the IRI-2016, NeQuick and CNN-LSTM prediction models, respectively, with higher prediction accuracy. © 2024, Aerospace Information Research Institute.

There is a growing interest to use Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) inversed PWV for heavy rainfall prediction. When heavy rainfall occurs, it requires the atmosphere to contain sufficient water vapour and undergo strong upward motion. However, existing models using GNSS-PWV for heavy rainfall prediction have not accounted for the effect of the complex motion of water vapour. In this paper, an hourly heavy rainfall prediction model using sample entropy derived from GNSS-PWV and PSO-SVM is proposed. The sample entropy of GNSS-PWV is used to measure the complexity of the water vapour movement process before heavy rainfall occurs. Meanwhile, combining GNSS-PWV time domain features and co-located meteorological data, the occurrence of hourly heavy rainfall events is predicted by support vector machine optimized with particle swarm. To verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed algorithm, Hong Kong's HKSC station in Sham Shui Po is used for the model to train and test. The result shows that probability of detection, false alarm rate and critical success index of the proposed algorithm in this paper have significantly improved over other heavy rainfall prediction models. © 2024, Aerospace Information Research Institute.

This paper presents a novel design scheme for a decodable self-resetting Regfile circuit that aims to reduce the power consumption caused by massive data and high computing power. The scheme consists of three steps: first, it analyzes the working principle and the energy consumption process of the decoding circuit;second, it proposes a self-resetting decoding circuit structure that uses the clock to control the decoding state and automatically resets when the clock is low, thus avoiding the extra power consumption due to the inversion of the memory cell state during the non-working period of the decoding circuit;third, it implements a two-read, two-write, decodable self-resetting Regfile circuit using a full-custom design method under the TSMC 7nm FinFET process. The experimental results demonstrate that the circuit has an area of 5593μm2 and an energy-delay product of 0.41pJ•nS, and it can operate stably at 4GHz under various temperatures and process corner conditions. © 2023 IEEE.

BREAKING SPEAKER RECOGNITION WITH PADDINGBACK

Machine Learning as a Service (MLaaS) has gained popularity due to advancements in Deep Neural networks (DNNs). However, untrusted third-party platforms have raised concerns about AI security, particularly in backdoor attacks. Recent research has shown that speech backdoors can utilize transformations as triggers, similar to image backdoors. However, human ears can easily be aware of these transformations, leading to suspicion. In this paper, we propose PaddingBack, an inaudible backdoor attack that utilizes malicious operations to generate poisoned samples, rendering them indistinguishable from clean ones. Instead of using external perturbations as triggers, we exploit the widely-used speech signal operation, padding, to break speaker recognition systems. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, achieving a significant attack success rate while retaining benign accuracy. Furthermore, PaddingBack demonstrates the ability to resist defense methods and maintain its stealthiness against human perception. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The inherent complexity of Wi-Fi signals makes video-aided Wi-Fi 3D pose estimation difficult. The challenges include the limited generalizability of the task across diverse environments, its significant signal heterogeneity, and its inadequate ability to analyze local and geometric information. To overcome these challenges, we introduce WiViPose, a video-aided Wi-Fi framework for 3D pose estimation, which attains enhanced cross-environment generalization through cross-layer optimization. Bilinear temporal-spectral fusion (BTSF) is initially used to fuse the time-domain and frequency-domain features derived from Wi-Fi. Video features are derived from a multiresolution convolutional pose machine and enhanced by local self-attention. Cross-modality data fusion is facilitated through an attention-based transformer, with the process further refined under a supervisory mechanism. WiViPose demonstrates effectiveness by achieving an average percentage of correct keypoints (PCK)@50 of 91.01% across three typical indoor environments. © 2025 IEEE.

This article proposes a new predefined-time (PDT) stability theorem, which offers more evident advantages compared to previous predefined-time stability. Firstly, based on the limitations of existing PDT stability, this theorem relaxed the limitations of sufficient conditions, which fill the gap in the research on PDT stability. Secondly, the PDT synchronization of multi-modal memristive neural networks (MM-MNN) is analyzed by the usability of the new judgment theorem. A matching PDT controller is designed and sufficient synchronization control conditions is obtained by utilizing generalized Lyapunov functional method, set-valued mapping, inequality analysis technique and differential inclusion theory. Meanwhile, the topological characteristics of multi-modal neuron and its impact on network synchronization behavior are presented. Finally, we provide some confirmatory numerical simulations. © 2023 IEEE.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology plays a key role in driving the development of a green and smart Energy Internet. As one of the application areas of the Energy Internet, lane detection in intelligent transportation systems can provide accurate real-time traffic data, thus supporting intelligent scheduling and resource optimization, reducing congestion, energy consumption, and emissions, and improving overall energy efficiency. Therefore, deep learning-based lane detection methods can further enhance the intelligence level of the Energy Internet and promote its efficient operation. However, current methods often rely on Convolutional Neural networks (CNNs), which excel at local feature extraction but struggle to capture global information in complex conditions. In varying light, shadows, and obstacles, CNNs struggle to integrate information, leading to inaccuracies, particularly in dense traffic or complex road structures, where diverse local features result in identification errors and hinder lane continuity. This reduces decision-making efficiency and increases energy consumption. Consequently, we present LFKNet, a lane detection framework designed for the fusion of the Lane Focus Mechanism (LFM) and Kolmogorov-Arnold network (KAN) to enhance accuracy and robustness. It consists of two key components: the Lane Focus Mechanism , which utilizes the geometrical topology of lanes for improved global fea ture extraction in complex scenarios, and the Kolmogorov-Arnold network, which employs a learnable nonlinear activation function to optimize performance on complex and nonlinear features. The experiments demonstrate that LFKNet achieves 97.00% accuracy with a 97.76% F1-score on the Tusimple dataset. It also achieves a 79.43% F1-score on the CULane dataset. Overall, LFKNet’s performance validates its effectiveness in lane detection, enabling accurate traffic monitoring and analysis while providing reliable data support for the Energy Internet.
