In this paper, through the noise analysis of the signal processing circuit of the photoelectric sensor, two noise reduction methods are proposed by reducing the feedback resistance of the transimpedance amplifier and integrating the overall signal processing circuit. These two noise reduction methods can reduce noise and improve the signal-to-noise ratio while ensuring that the topography signal of the item is unchanged. To verify the method in this paper, the scanning head design was optimized, the feasibility of the proposed scheme was verified by the thermal noise method and the 0-range scanning method, and finally, the roughness specification was analyzed.

Blockchain technology can bring profound changes to the energy industry and is now becoming a new driving force for the rapid development of this sector. In order to build a secure, reliable, and stable energy service system, it is necessary to study the framework and interaction mechanism of the energy trading system. This paper introduces a distributed integrated energy trading solution, proposes a new overall architecture, and analyses the blockchain model. This paper presents an algorithm to calculate the score directly in the client. Through this algorithm, users can choose service providers, get rid of cloud control, and realize users' free choice of electricity purchase and interaction between users through the smart contract. The test results show that the system has high performance and efficiency, can meet the needs of integrated energy transactions, and provides a solution for the application of blockchain in energy trading.

With the aid of a robotic eye platform, several ocular motor disorders such as strabismus can be studied by ophthalmologists and biomedical researchers to better under-stand the biomechanisms of the human eye. Our previous work modeled a 2-DOF robotic eye driven by Super-Coiled Polymer (SCP) artificial muscles and presented a Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) learning-based controller. The control policy requires access to the full system states that include the orientation of the robotic eye and temperature changes of the SCPs. While the angular orientations of the robotic eye can be determined using embedded sensors or image-processing of the visual feed, it is quite laborious and expensive to measure the temperatures of the slender SCP muscles without affecting robot dynamics. To address this problem, this paper designs a linear reduced-order state observer based on the linearization of the nonlinear dynamics of the robotic eye. The linearized model is analytically shown to be fully observable along any trajectory within the operation range. To quantify the local observability of the dynamical system, local unobservability indices and local estimation condition numbers are determined along trajectories of the system states. The performance of the designed observer is tested through simulation in both open-loop and closed-loop foveation control of the robotic eye.

Constrained multi-objective optimization is frequently encountered from the point of view of practical problem solving. The difficulty of constrained multi-objective optimization is how to offer guarantee of finding feasible optimal solutions within a specified number of iterations. To address the issue, this paper proposes an innovative optimization framework with objective space mapping to decision space for constrained multiobjective optimization and a novel multi-objective optimization algorithms are proposed based on this framework. Extreme learning machine implements prediction of decision variables from modified objective values with distance measure and adaptive penalty. This algorithm employs the framework of artificial bee colony to divide this optimization process into two phases: the employed bees and the onlooker bees. In the phase of employed bees, multi-objective strategy employs fast non-dominant sort and crowded distance to push the population toward Pareto front. In the phase of onlooker bees, multi-objective strategy employs Tchebycheff approach to enhance the population diversity. The experimental results on a series of benchmark problems suggest that our proposed algorithm is quite effective, in comparison to other state-of-the-art constrained multi-objective optimizers.
