Track parameters include gauge, super elevation, cross level and so on, which could be calculated through the three-dimensional coordinates of the track. The rail inspection system based on iGPS (indoor/infrared GPS) was composed of base station, receiver, rail inspection frame, wireless communication unit, display and control unit and data processing unit. With the continuous movement of the inspection frame, the system could accurately inspect the coordinates of rail; realize the intelligent detection and precision measurement. According to principle of angle intersection measurement, the inspection model was structured, and detection process was given.

Analysis on the relationship between economic development and water environment pollution in Shandong province

With the continuous development of the economy of the Shandong Province watershed, a large number of pollutant emission, resulting in water quality of the basin has undergone significant changes. To study the Shandong Province watershed economic development and the relationship between the discharge of pollutants, in this paper, the relationship between economic growth and pollutant emissions in the Shandong Province watershed was established by Shandong Province watershed in 2002-2015 per capita GDP and wastewater, COD, ammonia nitrogen(AN) pollutant emissions. The data were analyzed by software such as SPSS, and the cubic equation model between various pollutants and economic indexes was fitted. To further make the relationship between pollutants and economic development map to study the conventional pollutant emissions and economic development trends. It is found that only the relationship between industrial wastewater discharge and per capita GDP is most coordinated, that is, industrial wastewater emissions with the continuous development of the basin economy, showing a tendency to rise first and then fall. Finally, ultimately based on the results of the study of the water environment and economic development proposals were proposed.

Study on dynamic relationship of spring water in Jinan spring area based on gray relational analysis

Springs Jinan to spring sparks spectacular and famous at home and abroad. With the development of the city and the increase of the amount of groundwater, the gas inflow of Jinan spring group in the late 1960s has been declining. In the early 1970s, Baotu Spring has dried up in the dry season. Since then, the spring water in most years has been cut off and the drying time Growing. In recent years, under the leadership of the provincial and municipal governments, through the joint efforts of various departments and in the extreme conditions of precipitation, making Jinan spring has been spewing more than 4 years. In this paper, the changes of groundwater level fluctuation in the western part of Jinan and the urban area in Jinan in 2015 are analyzed. The gray relational analysis method is used to study the fluctuation of groundwater in the west of Jinan and the spring area of Jinan City. Through the calculation of the correlation degree, it is found that the mean value of the correlation between the groundwater level of the monitoring wells and the water level of the spring water in the urban area is 0.7738. This data indicates a higher degree of correlation. Thus, the amount of groundwater in Jixi and Jinan City is illustrated by the presence of hydraulic connections. But to protect the famous spring spewing, reproduce the natural landscape of water and build a harmonious water city, this ambitious goal is still good and fast development process in Jinan, a subject.

This is the third paper of the series about "Dynamics of algae growth and nutrients in experimental enclosures culturing bighead carp and common carp".In this paper,phosphorus dynamics were investigated under the condition of culturing bighead carp and common carp with added fish food(nitrogen dynamics is discussed in the second paper because their behaviors are so different from each other).Nearly fifty days’ observation results indicated that the reservoir water was typical of "phosphorus limited" water,and soluble reactive phosphorus(SRP) was the main constituent of measured total phosphorus(TP).The presence of fish food resulted in significantly higher SRP,dissolved total phosphorus(DTP) and TP concentrations in contrast with the reservoir ***,continuous supply of fish food led to the decline of total nitrogen to total phosphorus(TN:TP) from more than 100 to less *** in the ratio of TN to TP favored the growth of blue-green *** species affected phosphorus concentrations,and culturing bait-eating common carp contributed more to reducing the SRP,DTP and TP concentrations than culturing planktivorous bighead carp.0.5%,4.1%and 3.1%TP can be removed in enclosures with culturing bighead carp,common carp and mixed bighead carp and common carp,*** phosphorus in the fish culturing activities may be present as the uneaten food,algae cells,and within the water column and sediment,which should be taken into serious consideration for the target of future water eutrophication prevention and safety of the drinking water supply.

During the measurement of a capacitive tactile sensor array, there always appear large and unknown parasitic capacitance and other capacitance conducted by the effect of the charge injection on analogue switches, which seriously limits the measuring accuracy of the tactile sensor. This article analyses the various performance indicators of MS3110P based on the experiments.A P controller used to match the charge injection effect conducted by the analogue switch has been *** measurement mode of a micro-capacitor array detection circuit possessing the function of single capacitance array and the measurement mode of differential capacitance array, have been designed. Besides this, causes of parasitic capacitance have been discussed. The experimental results demonstrate that the designed circuit overcomes the impact of various parasitic capacitances on the sensor and enhances the measuring accuracy. It can meet the needs of the measurement requirements of a micro-capacitor array for MEMS sensors. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Variable eccentric distance-based tool path generation for orthogonal turn-milling

This study proposes an algorithm for max- imizing strip width in orthogonal tum-miUing based on variable eccentric distance. The machining error model is first established based on the local cutting profile at the contact line. The influencing factors of the strip width are then investigated to analyze their features and determine an optimizing strategy. The optimized model for maximum machining strip width is formulated by adopting a variable eccentric distance. Hausdorff distance and Fr6chet distance are introduced in this study to implement the constraint function of the machining error in the optimized model. The computing procedure is subsequently provided. Simulations and experiments have been conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Hot Embossing of Zr-Based Bulk Metallic Glass Micropart Using Stacked Silicon Dies

We demonstrated hot embossing of Zr65Cu17.5Ni10Al7.5 bulk metallic glass micropart using stacked silicon dies. Finite element simulation was carried out, suggesting that it could reduce the stress below 400 MPa in the silicon dies and enhance the durability of the brittle silicon dies when using varying load mode (100 N for 60 s and then 400 N for 60 s) compared with using constant load mode (200 N for 120 s). A micropart with good appearance was fabricated under the varying load, and no silicon die failure was observed, in agreement with the simulation. The amorphous state of the micropart was confirmed by differential scanning calorimeter and X-ray diffraction, and the nanohardness and Young's modulus were validated close to those of the as-cast BMG rods by nanoindentation tests. The results proved that it was feasible to adopt the varying load mode to fabricate three-dimensional Zr-based bulk metallic glass microparts by hot embossing process. Calibration of cutting force coefficients using surface errors in milling of thin-walled workpiece

Cutting force coefficients are the key factors for efficient and accurate prediction of milling force. This paper presents a new method to calibrate the cutting force coefficients using the surface errors related to milling of thin-walled workpiece including effect of cutter runout. The surface error is separated into nominal surface error and perturbation component due to runout. By analyzing forming of surface error, cutter deformation and deflection of thin-walled workpiece, the result that cutter runout has no effect on the average surface error is achieved. Relationship between nominal surface error and cutting force coefficients is constructed, and also an approach for extraction of nominal surface error from measured surface error is proposed. Then, the cutting force coefficients are estimated conveniently. Milling tests are carried out to verify the proposed method. A good agreement between predicted results and experimental results is achieved, which shows that the method is efficient.
